“B..bo..boss?!!”Elsa gasped with shaking hands and the long bloody blade fell from her sweaty palms.

“Boss!!”Ruby screamed horrified ,already on her feet.

Page rushed to grab his hand hurriedly but he pulled away gently and walked to Elsa giving her an ear deafening slap and she staggered back tears rolling down her already red face.

“You actually think you could ki|| her that’s why after the restroom incident you had the shitty guts to try ki||ing her again”Ryan said with a dangerous glare that none of them had ever witnessed and Elsa swallowed hard, Page eyes widened

“What ?!!”Frankie gasped.

“Surprised? Don’t be you’ve worked for me for two years I knew from the start that you were the person behind the mask and I wasn’t the only one aware of this ,after the incident Ruby had been acting strangely and I kept an eye on her and found out she found the mask in your bag that same day and threw them in the trash bin were anyone could find it during a search and since you weren’t good of an expert you didn’t notice and just like she planned they found it and ran some test , with some of your possession which had matching fingerprints” Ryan smirked and Page eyes stayed widened while Ruby’s shocked look only got more dramatic.😂

“And you might be wondering why I played along when I could have gotten you behind bars sooner”Ryan said coldly.

“Buh that seriously wasn’t satisfying so I decided to catch you myself and this whole staying extra late was just a decoy”Ryan smirked and Elsa swallowed emptiness on the close sounds of the siren and before they knew it she was dragged away.

She didn’t bother giving a sobby face cos right now behind metal bars was better than encountering Joceyln again. A devil indeed.

Page kept staring endlessly at Ryan,she has never seen him talk this much and especially today and think it was because of her?, she held his hand ,her tears rolling down on them and he smiled.

“Are you okay?”Ryan asked and Page blinked.

“What? You were the one that got hurt and your asking me that ,let’s go to a hospital “Page said and began pulling him with her without listening to his complaints.

“Here”Ruby muttered and dropped the full basket in front of the cashier.

“That will be 45.99$ “The cashier said and someone else dropped a basket with basically the same items ,she turned to see who it was and her eyes widened when she saw it was…..

“Emma?”Ruby said but he didn’t even spare her a glance before turning to leave with his already paid items.

“Emma!”She muttered watching him leave and made to follow him.

“Ma’am you haven’t paid yet”The cashier said and she dropped the cash hurriedly and ran after him.

He hadn’t gone far yet so she was quick to get to him.

She clutched tightly to the shopping bag and bit her lips hard her moist eyes struggling to hold back the falling tears.

She stopped right in front of the door and heaved a sigh gently turning the door knob but stopped when she heard a car stop behind her making her turn quickly and her smile spread wildly across her face when Emma came out of the car and before she could think it through she ran to him and hugged him tightly.

Emma smiled secretly and touched her hair gently,she suddenly realised what she did and moved back gently .

“You came back?”She muttered staring intensively into his eyes.

“Not like I had a choice you were crying,It’s my fault I shouldn’t have acted harsh I never really told you about my feelings and how i’ve fallen madly for you and if you’re in love with someone else I don’t mind……….

The rest of the words got stuck in Elsa’s mouth as she kissed him deeply and his eyes stayed wide till she withdrew slowly from his lips and stared at him nervously biting her lips.

“I….I love you”She said and his eyes widened slowly, she nodded gently.

He pulled her to him this time and kissed her deeper ,she wrapped her arms around his neck reciprocating deeply into the kiss.

“So you’ll be my girlfriend?” Emma said breaking the kiss and she nodded energetically.

“I love you”He said smiling cutely and she smiled lightly.

“I love you more”She muttered.

“So what about the guy I saw you with?”He muttered.

“He’s my friend”She muttered impatiently and kissed him again and pulled away shortly with a bright smile.

“I wanted to be sure I wasn’t dreaming gosh!! It’s real I’m dating the all time Emma!!”She smiled cutely and he chuckled that was when he remembered why he actually came out.

“I have to go it’s my turn to shop for food today and it’s quiet late, Amelia would probably be crying or ranting around for macrons “Emma said and Ruby chuckled.

“So she likes macrons too”Ruby asked surprised and Emma nodded .

“Bye baby I’ll call you”He said and pecked her lips before entering the car ,quickly driving off and Ruby just stood there smiling foolishly on the spot .

“My bias also loves most of the foods I love this must be the best day ever I swear”She said still smiling foolishly that she didn’t notice Besty had already come back .

“Babe I’m back”Besty grinned and when Ruby wasn’t answering she touched her shoulders making her flinch.

“Don’t scare me like that!!”She snapped .

“I should be telling you that ,I’ve been talking to you but you just stand here smiling like you’ve seen some kind of gold”Besty said.

“How long have you been here?”Ruby suddenly asked and Besty shook her head.

“It’s obvious you’ve gone mad”Besty and began walking in.

“Yes!! Guess what ? Emma and I are a couple now”Ruby giggled and Besty mouth went agape.

“Really? Ahh!! Yes!!! My roommate finally has a future”Besty said loudly grinning from ear to ear.

“Are you okay?”Ryan asked and she nodded and they began walking in,she watched Ryan go up the stairs to his room and went to hers,minutes later she came back down in a simple gown and went outside and as told Jayden was waiting in his car.

She smiled cutely and walked to his car ,he opened it gently and she entered.

“You leave here?”Jayden asked with a frown and she nodded as he began driving off.

“Yeah anything wrong”She muttered.

“I was thinking the address was wrong but I guess..

“Let’s forget it”She muttered looking out the window and he sighed.

Ryan who had seen them drive off from his room window folded his bandaged hand tightly with a cold glare.

“We are stopping here?”She asked.

He finally stopped at a hill it’s not really high but it’s a superb place to get a clear view of the evening sky ,he opened the door for her and she came down gently staring around.

“Why are we here?”She muttered with a confused face.

“It’s a surprise ,so let’s sit down?”He said and held her hand before sitting with her on the hill.

“It’s really beautiful here though I really wanna know the surprise”she pouted

“Just wait”he muttered also staring at the stars then suddenly something caught their eyes golden star lines moving quickly in the sky immediately Page’s eyes brightened and Jayden kept staring at her with a smile.

“$h00ting stars!! Wow! “Page gasped and he chuckled ,he brought out some ice cream and gave her she took it absentmindedly her eyes not leaving the blazing sky.

“It’s so beautiful” She whispered with a smile and Jayden pictured the smile for minutes.

“They are beautiful but not compared to you”Jayden muttered and Page turned quickly to him.

“Thanks” She smiled akwardly with smeered ice cream lips and turned back to the stars.

Jayden kept staring endlessly at her red pouted lips and when he saw her smeered lips he moved closer making her face him.

“You have something over there”He pointed his thumb already at the surface of her lips and she closed her eyes slowly and that was when he lost it .

Those full red lips looking like a delicacy to eat up.

He leaned in instead and captured her lips slowly in a kiss and her eyes flew open.

she quickly pulled away from him ,his eyes widened the same on realisation of what he just did.

“Jayden?”She muttered.

“I want to go home, I’m tired”She muttered and stood up but he immediately grabbed her hand.

He tired explaining but she pulled his hand off gently and ran off and since the hill wasn’t far from the road she stopped a taxi and drove off.

Jayden roughed his hair countlessly remembering how she reacted.

“I’m such a fool now I’ve ruined our friendship why didn’t I stop myself”He muttered sadly and entered his car immediately trying her number but she didn’t pick.

“Maybe I should go check on her that moron doesn’t even know how to take care of himself so how will he keep her safe”He muttered that was what he has been saying to himself.

“I’ll go and check on her”He muttered and walked out of his room and met Rosy going upstairs.

“Do you know the possible places she could have gone just give me a list I’ll go there myself” Ryan said and Rosy blinked that was when he noticed he didn’t even know what he was saying.

“What I’m I saying how will I know where they went exactly,I really think I’m going crazy” He mumbled and roughed his hair.

“Sir if you’re looking for miss she is in her room presently ,she came back earlier” Rosy said and Ryan raised a brow.

He stood there for a while before walking back up the stairs to her room.

Page opened a drawer and brought out the white substances and gently poured it into the glass of milk Rosy brought and gulped down nervously ,she dropped the cup quickly.

She walked to her wardrobe and brought out a nightie and tossed it on the bed she moved her hand to the zip of her gown and gently pulled it down with her bra reveling her bare skin.

Just then the door opened and before she could say anything Ryan walked in but immediately he saw her his eyes widened.

“Argh!!!!”She screamed using her hands to cover her bare chest and he immediately turned away.

“Sorry “He muttered and she just stood there nervously her hands still on her chest as she stared at his back.

“At least wear your clothes”he muttered impatiently and she blinked and quickly put on the night wear then exhaled nervously.

“I’m done y…you can turn around”She stuttered nervously and took in her lower lips.

He turned and stared at her and that only got her more nervous.

she looked down nervously right now she felt like hiding away from those haunting eyes,he walked closer to her and held her hand pulling her with him.

“Where are we going?”She muttered but he didn’t say a word till he got to his room and pushed the door open and pulled her in with him.

“I can’t sleep so I want you to help me fall asleep”He said and she looked at him with raised brows.

He pulled her to the bed and laid on it gently turning to look at her and she climbed the bed slowly biting her lips.

“W..what should I do?”She muttered.

“My head hurts from thinking start with that?”He whispered.

She nodded moving her slim fingers to his black silky hair and he smiled secretly as her fingers pierced way into his hair,he slowly closed his eyes.

She kept stating at his sleepy face and remembered jayden she bite her lips harder almost bleeding and sighed.

“Wh.y did he do that?”She mumbled slowly.

She kept moving her fingers through his hair countlessly staring at his face and her heart slowly kept beating ,she kept that motion for some while and slowly closed her eyes falling asleep.

Ryan opened his eyes sleepily and when he saw she had fallen asleep he smiled staring at her closed lashes clunged to each other.

He stood up slowly and gently carried her in his arms and walked out of his room, his eyes not leaving her lips.

He pushed her room door slowly and walked to her bed as slow as possible admiring her tender face,he dropped her slowly on the bed and pulled her hair behind her ear gently, her phone suddenly rang beside her,he took it and immediately frowned when he saw the countless message on her phone.

Elsa kept looking around the dark room and the only thing that could be seen clearly was the dim light hanging right in the middle of the large room.

She kept breathing nervously and the door suddenly opened reveling Anthony in a brown coat.

“Miss Elsa? You might not know me I’m Detective agent Anthony”He said and she kept quiet .

“Now I’m sure you didn’t do any of this on your own will?”He said and she gulped down nervously anything reveling Jocelyn now only meant her death, but right now wasn’t death the best choice?.

“And how are you sure I didnt. I h@ťě her don’t I so I wanted her dead”She said boldly.

“Miss Elsa lying won’t get you anywhere ,the lady attacked had been attacked earlier on the streets and it’s possible that it’s just what I’m looking for”He muttered.

“I told you everything already! I h@ťě her she disgust me,I was jealous so I tried to ki|| her!!!”Elsa snapped and a hand immediately grabbed her neck mercilessly squeezing the very breathe out of her.

“You wh-_-re,it’s my fault for letting you breathe for another day”Ryan glared gripping harder .

“Ryan? Stop”Anthony said and pulled his hands off roughly and Elsa fell on her butt gasping for breathe.

“We need her alive if we wanna find out who is behind the attackers”Anthony said and Ryan inhaled slowly still glaring at her.

“She better talk quick I’m losing my patience “He snapped and walked out.

Anthony faced Elsa and sighed.

“Get her a glass of water”He said and a guard immediately ran in with a glass and she took it slowly gulping it down gently holding her red neck and just before he could say another word his phone rang.

“Miss Elsa I’ll be back take your time and think ,it may be your only way out,you either get sentenced for attempted murder or spill the identity of who sent you”He said plainly and walked out to attend to the call.

He entered the torture room and the next thing he saw was Elsa’s lifeless body damped in her own cold blood and her bloody head crack open with bullets in them and his eyes kept widening almost bulging out of it’s socket.
