Ryan opened the door to his office and met Page seating comfortably on his seat sipping his coffee and typing gently on his laptop.

“What are you doing?” He said coldly and she looked up quickly from the laptop and stood up.

“I didn’t see what you asked me to do so I…….

“Do you just seriously let anyone hug you?”He frowned cutting her off and she bit her lips.

“I didn’t hug him back I…

“But you didn’t push him off right ,you liked being in his arms!”He snapped with a cold glare and she suddenly felt her heart drop.

“No….. what….are you saying he is my friend and its not bad if he hugs me cause….. he is hurt”she muttered.

“Fine go meet him, he is waiting”He muttered coldly and turned his back to leave , surprisingly she rushed to him and wrapped her arms around him .

“You’re not mad at me right? He is my friend but if you stop talking to me now it hurts”She mumbled and he smiled secretly turned she stared into his eyes gently pouting her lips.

“I’m not mad at you but the fact he is your friend irritates me, I h@ťě sharing what’s mine”He said and her face flushed red instantly.

“I mean you’re my p.a ,mine not his”He said and she frowned.

“But why do you h@ťě him so much I don’t think he is that bad”She said and he sighed .

“Don’t talk about him “He said coldly.

“But you can’t just h@ťě him if he did nothing wrong?”She muttered and he frowned.

“He is a cheat ,backstabber and liar and am not ready to talk about him!”He snapped and she blinked and nodded .

He walked to his seat and sat down gently then stared at the laptop.

“You finished the write ups?” He asked with furrowed brows and she nodded.

“Thanks”He muttered and she smiled widely.

“What?”

“This is the second time you’re appreciating my work this must be the best day ever”She gushed and he chuckled lightly.

Elsa coughed out and opened her eyes slowly to the darkness around her and she stared around scared ,she was tied to a chair with chains on her leg and she began shaking frightened.

She had actually prepared for work this morning when someone broke into her house and hit her hard on the head that was all she remembered and now she’s where?

The door suddenly flung open and her eyes widened and the fear she was feeling was not compared to what she felt before that her breathe lost it’s way.

“You?!!”Elsa shuttered and Jocelyn walked in with a cold glare spinning a knife and Elsa gulped fearfully.

“I….I’m sorry please don’t ki|| me,i did what you wanted me to do but she didn’t die ,I swear I did” Elsa said fearfully and Jocelyn kept walking closer staring coldly.

She stopped right in front of her and without blinking th-ru_st the knife forward dragging out a drenched scream from her.

“No!!! please!!!!! Pleas!!!!

She pulled the knife out from her hand mercilessly and Elsa began crying loudly ,blood spurting out her hand.

“That’s just the extent I can go for Ryan but you couldn’t ki|| her I gave you just one f-__-king job and you couldn’t even give her a severe pain so I gave you that pain”She snapped furiously.

“I would have ki||ed you but I won’t want you disgusting blood on my hands so I’ll give you another try,you either ki|| her or die”Jocelyn said with a dangerous smirk her hands on her waist and Elsa nodded gently still crying as her blood flowed down freely.

“Good girl,you wanted money right so once your done with the job I’ll send my guard to give you the money”Jocelyn said but Elsa was less concerned about the money right now the pains only got worst and she could feel her self paling out on blood.

“Tonight or die” Jocy smirked and walked out and Elsa began screaming in pains.<<>>

Bruce sat quietly in his office checking out reports of the new cases when suddenly someone pushed the door and he looks up surprised.

Andy walked in drunkly holding the door as he made his way in and Bruce stood up with wide eyes quickly and held his arms and supported him to a chair.

“What happened to you why are you here ,and why the f-__-k are you drunk!!”Bruce snapped and Andy chuckled lightly.

“Can’t I c..ome visit my elder brother or you also want to replace me?”Andy said and Bruce stared at him with a confused look.

“You’re drunk I’ll take you home” Bruce muttered and Andy stood up with difficulty raising his hands in protest.

“No I’ll go myself since you don’t have my time”Andy muttered and made to leave but Bruce sighed ,pulled him back and hugged him.

“I’m sorry I don’t have your time lately”Bruce muttered .

“I’m so scared you were’nt there dad…he keeps hitting her and she still loves him?”Ace muttered teary.

“You know we’ve tried but mum won’t let us file a case against that bastard”Bruce muttered with a sigh.

“But.. s..she’s…….. “He stopped talking and suddenly went unconscious and Bruce lowered him to a chair slowly and sighed.

“I just hope this is over soon…. everything”He muttered and his thought moved to Teresa ,he sighed and covered Andy with a duvet and roughed his hair.

“No matter how much you try to be strong you still always come to me to pour your feelings?what I’m I gonna do with a silly brother like you? “Bruce smiled.

He stared at him for a while and walked back to his chair.

Amelia sat quietly staring at various photographs with a smile,she was lost in thoughts when her phone suddenly rang ,she stared at the caller ID and stood up quickly rushing outside the mansion before picking the call.

“Where are you?”She whispered and her spy came out of hiding.

“What took you this long”She snapped.

“Sorry ma’am it wasn’t easy getting information about her”He muttered and she raised a brow.

“So did you?”She said and he nodded and handed her a brown envelope.

“All the photographs and info are inside”

“Good, I’ll send your money and extra to keep a close eye on her make sure she doesn’t get harmed and no matter what my parent mustn’t find out a thing about her”She muttered and he nodded and left.

She rushed back into the mansion but suddenly bumped into someone and the envelope fell down,she looked up and glared.

“At least use your eyes?”She snapped.

“I should be telling you that honnie why the rush? Hiding something?”Jocelyn smirked.

“Not everyone is like you Jocelyn no one can be that inhuman” Amelia muttered with an eye roll and Jocelyn only gave a smirk before walking away .

“I know what you are capable of Jocy ,it’s not too late yet”
Amelia muttered and Jocelyn faced her sharply but didn’t say anything, she smirked and walked out, Amelia sighed.

“You two had a fight again?”Someone said behind her and she turned back to see Ace.

“No”She muttered and walked to the dining Ace walking slowly behind her.

She sat down and began tearing open the envelope revealing Ruby’s photographs and she checked everything out with a smile while Ace stared quietly at her picturing each smile.

“She looks a lot like me right?”She suddenly said bringing him back and he nodded slowly.

“A little but I just hope she’s not crazy like you”He muttered and she giggled.

“I’m sure she’s a lot like me, baby doll told me she knows so much about me and she works for Ryan as his intern”she smiled.

“So when will you tell everyone especially her ? “He asked and she sighed sadly .

“it’s not that easy I’m just glad I found her and she’s fine so for now let her leave her normal life”She muttered and he sighed and moved closer to her.

“You’re scared she won’t accept you ?”Ace asked and she lost control of the tears that weighed in her eyes letting them out slowly.

“She’ll h@ťě me, It’s all my fault……

She muttered her voice muffled up in her throat and Ace pulled her into a hug and began patting her hair gently ,she hugged him back tightly.

“She won’t h@ťě you ,who’d h@ťě a cutie like you”He whispered gently and pulled out of the hug and held her cheeks,she smiled slowly and hugged him back .

Andy who’d been standing at the door walked away tears sliding down his druken face.

Brian gently opened the door to his
apartment and looked back cautiously
before walking in.

He switched on the lights and flinched in fear staring at the person right in front of him.

“You think you could run away from godfather ? no one ever dared dream of it”Venom muttered with an evil smirk .

“I wasn’t trying to run I only wanted my freedom something even you don’t have”Brian smirked and venom glared at him raising a pistol to his head and immediately he pulled the trigger Brian dodged it and gave him a flying kick .Venom returned it fairly with a double fist punch and Brian fell aburtly ,blood fusing it’s way out his bursted lips.

Venom pulled him roughly dealing him a couple of face punches and pushed him hard to the wall breathing heavily.

He moved his hands quickly for his face but Brian grabbed it with his left palm and the next thing Venom knew he was knocked flat with a flying fist and went down with a bloody nose.

Brian took some keys on the door and hurriedly rushed out to a speed bike and hopped on it and drove off roughly a fast bullet from venom suddenly went for his right arm.

Venom rushed out firing countless bullets at him but he was long gone by now.

“$h|t!!”Venom groaned scattering his hair and kicked the fallen gun away.

Everyone was asleep except Amelia who was laying on the couch her hair all scattered across the couch as she kept eating from the third popcorn bowl watching a movie.

The door opened and Amelia looked up quickly and a half paled Andy walked in his hands in his pocket as he took slow strides to the stairs but suddenly missed some steps and staggered, Amelia stood up quickly looking worried.

“Andy??”She muttered and ran to him but he raised his hands to signify a decline.

“I’m fine”He muttered and began staggering up the stairs drunkly and Amelia sighed sadly.

He took more steps holding the railings tightly the other hand supporting his dizzy head,Amelia eyes lids not blinking for once as she stared at him worriedly.

He took another step and slipped back losing his balance and went down but Amelia was quick to grab him holding him tightly as his eyes began giving up.

She held him closing and helped him up to his room and laid him gently on the bed .

she began pulling of his shoes before pulling his legs to the bed,she dragged a duvet over him and stared down at his closed eyes and a smile escaped her cute lips.

“Why do you have to be sturnborn you either come home sad or stay late with your girlfriends”She muttered sadly and stared down at his pink paled lips and bit her lips slowly and sighed aburtly.

she brought her thumbs gently to his lips and brushed it softly and the feeling suddenly made her heart stop.

She removed her thumb her heart still beating fast at the feeling and she gave a loud sigh .

She bent slowly and pressed her lips against his forehead gently inhaling his sweet hair scent,she pulled away after a while and left .

It’s a extra working day so not everyone had gone home at least the one’s that weren’t done with work and that didn’t exempt the ceo himself

Page stood quietly in front of Ryan as he kept explaining some write up details to her.

She wasn’t getting of it,her eyes were so focused on his moving lips ,her heart beat intensifying with every movement they made…….

When suddenly the company’s power went off ,she immediately snapped back.

“What’s wrong with the light?”Ruby muttered from where she sat.

“I’ll be back “Ryan muttered and left .

Page suddenly felt scared fidgeting with her fingers as she took in deep breathes to calm down her nerves .

Darkness was one thing she despised and just staring into the darkness brought back those nightmare that bored fear into her very soul,but the dark figure suddenly standing right in front of her scared the leaving day light out of her but before she could make a move it th-ru_st a long blade forward and her eyes widened .

The lights went on immediately and a shocked gasped escaped her lips as Ryan held the blade tightly blood flowing it’s way to the tiled floors.

“Ryan!!!?”Page gasped tearfully.

“B..bo..boss?!!!”Elsa gasped with shaking hands and the long blade fell from her sweaty palms.
