Moon clutched tightly to her dress and bit her lips hard,she kept biting deeper till the sore spot bled out again.

She couldn’t cry if she wanted to so she just watched her lips bleed her pain out,but it healed almost as soon as it bled that’s when she noticed footsteps behind her.

“Moonlight?!”Devon muttered walking towards her.

She turned and her heart sank a bit,how would she stay away from him, when all she wanted to do right now was jump into his arms?

The more she wanted to stay away the more the spirit bind became a looping obsession and the more she resist the more it hurts.

Devon stood in front of her with his hands in his pocket as they both just stared intently at eachother,and all that staring took like forever.

“Moonlight, I…….”

Devon hadn’t finished when Moon rushed into him and hugged him tightly, his eyes widened and the force left his hands hanging mid air.

She just stayed like that, her face buried on him,his hands slowly went down to her back and he also held her closely.

“What happened? I thought you’d be mad about everything ……” Devon mumbled.

“It’s feels like I’m slowly drifting away from you,I’m suddenly feeling anxious. Something very bad is going to happen but I’m more scared I may end up hurting you,I’ve never been so scared its strange,just hold me this way…..please”she technically begged in a soft tone.

A wide smile spread on Devon’s lips and he did just as she said.

They stayed there half an hour their silence saying it all while they just stayed in eachothers embrace.

Raven folded her fist from the other end of the hall and King Herod smirked behind her.

“I told you we didn’t have much time. Its almost time for the full moon to surface,meet me at the old hall before midnight and find a way to bring Devon with you by any means” King Herod said and walked away.

“I’ll ki|| her,I swear I will ,just wait and watch I’ll end the so called goddess’s life myself” Raven sneered ,still standing and staring with folded fists.

Moon kept staking up the books on eachother,about a dozen of them.

“Why did you need all this books darling?” The old lady said filling the room with the smoke from the red candle in her hand.

“It’s all about the demons,dark powers and the devil himself “the lady said.

“I’ll find exactly what I need in here” Moon smiled and began reading through.

After moments of reading attentively darkness began seeping in,she didn’t know how long she’d been sitting in there till she found the old woman asleep.

A strange feeling suddenly hit her and she felt goosebumps and a cold chill rushed down her spin,suddenly feeling anxious again she folded her fist.

“What’s going on?” She breathed out trying to clam her nerves,she looked around and her eyes caught the red candle which the old lady had lit earlier.

“I most be coming down with an illness or I’m allergic to those flames” she mumbled reassuredly.

But the flames weren’t moving again and that caught her attention, they stayed still like time had stop suddenly it began flowing again but red flames blew out like a gush of blood and Moon gasped.

All the pages of the twelve books in front of her began opening till it stopped at a particular page and they all had the same thing written in it.

Moon eyes widened and everything started sinking in,tonight’s moon is pure white and the only night the demons in Devon could be freed and that meant…….. ki||ING HIS EXISTING DEMON. That meant he’ll forget about everything else that had to do with the old demon,all the memories,every moment including Moon the spirit bind will be non existent with the new demons and he’ll be a full ………..!!!

Moon heart sank and frantically broke.

“I need to tell Devon, right now!”Moon panicked and tried appearing right in front of him but she couldn’t, she tried appearing in the main hall but it was the same,her room ,the dining,trianing hall?

It was all hopeless so she dashed out of the library running as fast as her legs could carry her.

•Northeast hallway•
Devon walked silently down the hallway when suddenly his face frowned at an unsual pain.

*Damon what’s it now?*

*Mate is hurt! Let’s go see if she safe* Damon voice said.

*And why should I care?* Devon said with a heavy scowl.

*We both don’t want mate but we can’t ignore her either,it’s hurting badly let’s just see her once* Damon said and Devon groaned.

“You act so soft sometimes I wonder if you’re a real Demon”Devon scoffed and took the other direction down the to the mid hall.

Raven laid sprawled on the ground crying profusely,just outside the mid hall,it looked like she’d sprian an ankle cos she kept clutching tightly on the spot.

Devon got somewhat irritated just staring at her there but Damon took control and Devon found himself bent in front of her.

“Devon?”Raven smiled cheery.

“Are you okay?” Devon asked bluntly.

“You can’t see me in pain can you? You’re restless but it wasn’t my fault i tripped and now I can’t get up”Raven pouted.

Devon sighed and helped her up though Demon insisted they carried her but Devon ignored the urge to do so,if they got any closer than this it’d be sad news.

“Devon I’ve got something to show you ,I know you don’t accept me as your mate yet but I’m still hopeful so I got you something”Raven smiled all innocentlike.

Devon just stared blankly.

*Just go with,it won’t hurt,mate won’t hurt us* Derek voice came.

Devon groaned inwardly and Raven smiled and pulled him with her immediately.

Raven pushed the huge door open and and the two walked into the darkness.

Devon began having second thoughts when he noticed the red candles lit in each corner of the room,he turned and Raven smiled all evil like.

“I’m sorry Devon but it’s the best for the both of us”Raven said and immediately slit her wrist.

Devon fell due to the sudden pain,Raven raised her palms to the spot and began reciting some dark spells,dark smoke forming out of her wrist.

Raven began taking slow steps towards him as he held his chest tightly, groaning out painfully.

“Stop resisting it Devon,I didn’t want to hurt you like this but its the only way to make you mine” Raven said.

Devon stared up at her unbelievebly with a deadly glare.

“Are you sure this is safe? This is an institute, I’m not sure such dark magic should he used I here it can affect the rest” Master Kai said beside King Herod,they stood outside the hall staring in at everything that was going on,since they were standing where the glass window was.

“And isn’t it against his wish?” Master Wave said.

“It’s about my kingdom and son,so I think I know how to take care of both my way,its almost midnight the moon will rise and and Devon will be his real self as I want” King Herod said.

“Anyone who’s displeased can be escorted by the guards” King Herod said.

The master exchanged glances and sighed.

“I have a feeling this won’t go well” Master Wave said.

“Not one bit”Master Kai said.

All this while Master Lamia just stood with a hidden smirk.

Devon knees still stayed stuck on the ground but now he could barely hold the pain every now and then Raven would mutter a spell and he pain intensify then he’d bleed out his mouth.

“Stop fighting it Devon,the only way to stop the pain is to give me a mate mark,it’d help our bond grow stronger and you won’t be able to resist me,I promise it’d be all over after that” Raven said desperately holding his drenched face between her palms.

Devon pushed Raven off and she fell flat to the ground,she spit out blood and nodded.

“Fine I’ll be the bad one then have it your way” Raven sighed and deepened the wound on her wrist.

“Argggggghhhhhhhhh!!!!!!”

By now Devons screams chased any living thing nearby and attracted the attention of the other students.

“Devon?!!” They screamed.

“Someone stop that haggard witch!!”Winter snapped.

King Herod turned Immediately and signalled his guards at her.

Liam walked right in front of her and frowned.

“Touch her and die” Laim said so coolly they probably thought it was a joke and tried to take another step but dropped dead instantly.

Shadow turned back to her human form and frowned.

“He said touch her and die he didn’t say when”Shadow smirked and gave King Herod a heavy scowl.

“Guards! Just keep them away from entering!”King Heord snapped and all the guards immediately rounded them up.

“Hey! Let go!”Ivy snapped,dropping one down with her vines and the rest made to attack but Master Kai raised his hands and their hands dropped.

“What? We should watch them torture him like that?!!” Granger snapped.

“Devon?”Moon rushed before anyone could answer that.

Her eyes widened at what she saw and she practically screamed.

“Devon!!!”

“Gaurds hold her back”Kings Heord voice came.

Two guards Immediately rushed to hold her but she pushed them off rushing straight for the door.

But just as she pushed it open and began running to Devon, a heavy force pushed her back and Raven used the opportunity to create a shield against anyone from coming any closer to them.

“You should know better Goddess,you can’t go near Devon while his mate has full control” King Herod smirked.

“Guards!!! Chain her!!”King Heord snapped annoyed and they Immediately pulled Moon to the wall,there were already heavy chains nailed to the wall,the guards pulled Moon and Immediately chained her there in front row to watch Devons torture.

“I saved this spot specially for you,you were preaching about spirit bind a minute ago so I wanted to show you the true meaning of power” King Herod smirked.

“He’s your son would you watch your own son suffer? You are smiling maniac!!!?”Moon screamed madly.

King Herod only smiled and Moon shook her head.

“You’re more despicable than the devil himself!”Moon snapped and this time the tears began flooding out as she watched Devon’s every scream of agony.

“Just please stop I can’t watch,please just stop!!!”Moon cried out crazily,screaming on the top of her lungs but her screams were no match for his loud painful groans.

Now Devon eyes began changing from green to a bright red.

“Please stop!!! Please!!!” Moon yelled.

Raven moved closer to Devon to mark her but he just flinged her against the force shield.

Raven groaned painfully and stood up, immediately her sword appeared in her hand and she cut her other wrist.

“Arghhhhh!!!!” Devon screamed even louder.

“Stop hurting him!!!”Moon cried out in pain,every bit of the pain he suffered she suffered no less.

Moon began dragging the chains but they didn’t bulge another scream from Devon and she totally lost control.

The white full moon was out now and a rough rush of heavy wind suddenly hit the hall,the guard who stood in front of moon head suddenly blew off into scattered bits ,blood pouring down the hall.

Everyone’s mouth dropped in awe.

Moon head was bowed,her eyes pure white,her hair kept stretching down her back and her moon marks beneath her feet were glowing madly.

“I…..SAID STAY AWAY FROM HIM!!!!”Moon’s voice screeched madly and all the windows shattered into million pieces.

Everyone took cover to the ground holding thier ears fearfully.

Not even a pin drop could be heard if Devon still wasnt screaming out in pain.

Moon stood up slowly off the bloody ground and a dangerous smirk spread across her lips.

“I said no one should touch him,I made it very clear… STAY AWAY FROM HIM”Moon said calmly, dragging the chains effortlessly out the walls, the guards began rushing after her but suddenly the ground began cracking open with an abyss of burning furnace beneath them and half of the guards fell in.

The chains dropped to the floor and Moon began walking towards Raven,with each step she took her foot print got engraved to the ground and it’d crack even more leaving just a straight path for her.

“Stop her!!!”King Herod yelled.

Moon raised the chains and they got four gaurds by the neck, and she began dragging them along as she walked closer.

King Herod hardly swallowed when a piece of the building fell right on top of him.

“Save the king!!!” The guards yelled.

The amount of chaos she caused meant nothing at that moment she’d ki|| if she had to hear that scream again.

Now Raven tried to force Devon’s lips to her neck but the new demons were uncontrollable and they kept resisting.

Moon swiped her wrist a bit and the walls came crashing down ,she pushed her feet right into the shield and she went right through it. One reflex from her wrist Raven was sent out of the shield.

Moon’s eyes turned normal immediately she saw Devon,but the raging wind only got worst.

It was too late he already had all his demons taking full control already.

“Devon its me!”Moon said trying to touch him but he pushed her roughly and she fell.

Moon stood again with teary eyes and walked slowly to him.

His claws moved to stabbed her but she held him instead and stabbed herself with his claws.

Her loud gasp came out her mouth,and she coughed out blood.

Her blood pooled out all over his their hands but she didn’t let him go. Slowly the scent of her blood began filling the air and his eyes slowly began changing again.

“You’ve felt it right? It’s me your moonlight ,no one will hurt you I promise,they’ll all crazy to try and turn you to a monster when you’re already my little demon”She smiled sadly as the pain gripped more on her lower abdomen.

“Moonlight?!”Devon’s eyes widened madly and he immediately pulled out his claws from inside of her and she fell into his arms.

She clapsed his face between her palms and smiled.

“I already created all this chaos to bring you back and you look like you’re gonna scold me”Moom chuckled dryily and painfully coughed out more blood.

“I’ll…..I’ll end anyone who hurts you ever again even myself if I end up hurting you, I swear it Devon”Moon smiled sadly and her eyes closed slowly as she took her last painful gasp.

“Moonlight! Moon!”Devon snapped ,he stared up at every shocked, terrified,ghost looking and surprised eyes staring widely at them.

Blood washed down the pieces of the hall left as the fire kept burning out.

Devon gave King Herod a deadly glare and vanished with Moon.
