●Devon’s room●

Devon laid closely beside Moon,his eyes never left her even for a second.

He kept gently caressing the strands of hair that had fallen on her face.

His right hand was beneath her shirt,and he rubbed his cold finger tips against the stabbed spot,it had healed up already but he just kept rubbing the spot,his finger slowly trailed to her nervel and she smiled in her sleep.

“Naughty moonlight,she’s having naughty thoughts while I do all the work”Devon chuckled softly.

He suddenly noticed his moon necklace was gone,it most have fallen when moon fainted in his arms,he thought, but before he could get up to search for it,he spotted something sticking out of Moon’s fisted hand,right beside her head on the pillow.

He smiled and gently opened her palms,he took the necklace out her hand and gently placed it around her neck.

*you’re giving her?* Damon said Ç0çƙily.

“I’m still surprised you survived,if only”Devon rolled his eyes.

*you can’t live without me and you know it* Damon chuckled and Devon rolled his eyes.

*We’re being left out here?*Another voice suddenly came up and Devon sighed.

*he doesn’t look happy we’re here* another said.

*It suddenly feels suffocating here*Derek scoffed .

*he’s being sarcastic again*the third voice came and Devon groaned.

“I can barely endure two voice now they are five? Just keep shut!”Devon groaned and everywhere went silent.

Moon slowly moved and her eyes parted gently,but she winched immediately she felt a hand on her.

“Arghh!”Moon half screamed and pushed Devon off,he fell against the bed stand and back to the pillow.

“Devon ,you? Oh my gosh! Did you get hurt!”Moon gasped and immediately crawled to the other side of the bed.

“Are you okay? Does it hurt? You were screaming alot ,it must hurt?”Moon kept blabbering, worriedly checking his head between her palms.

Devon just stared at her with an amused look on his face but it turned Ç0çƙy immediately.

“It hurts here”He said pointing at his chest.

“What?”Moon blinked but he pulled her right on top of him and she got it immediately.

“Do you know the amount of chaos you caused outside? The master are looking for a spell to close the mid hall of abyss you caused and the walls they’re in serious damage ,you took out almost alot of my dad’s gaurds leaving him with just four which you dragged ,strangled with chains so they are presently in the ice room getting thier neck dislocation fixed and don’t let me get started on the glasses” Devon said teasing,his eyes full with amusement.

Moon mouth dropped for a while but it all started coming to her.

“I really did all that? Did i?”Moon immediately blinked innocently and Devon lost it and laughed out crazily.

“Seriously?!”Devon laughed out more.

“I just went crazy seeing you in all that pain, I just couldn’t take it anymore,I know it’s really wrong especially now you have a mate but I don’t wanna stay away,i might just die”Moon mumbled childishly.

“Is this the spirit bind or you?”Devon smirked and Moon made an eye roll.

“I’m busy pouring out my guts out and you’re teasing me,go mark your mate then and just forget me”Moon scoffed and tried getting off his body.

“Where do you think you’re going?”Devon furrowed his brows holding her waist firmly.

“Devon?!”Moon half snapped trying to free herself but it was useless, their eyes suddenly locked and they kept staring deeply at eachother, the staring took like forever but slowly Devon leaned up to her lips and took her into his mouth slowly.

Moon eyes shut close immediately and she grabbed his shirt tightly.

Thier drive began to increase and slowly her shirt dragged up against his.

It got crazier when Devon’s hand trailed down her stomach, her either body ached crazily,sending electric shocks down her body.

She broke the kiss immediately and breathed out like she saw a ghost.

“What was that?”Moon mumbled.

“What?”Devon said nonchalantly leaning in for her lips again.

“I’m being serious Devon,what are we doing? it doesn’t feel right,you have a mate and we shouldn’t be encouraging the spirit bind,I just lost it seconds ago”Moon said softly but non of it was getting to Devon cos he just kept giving her pecks.

“De…von!”She snapped in-between a short kiss.

“Can we not talk about anyone else now? Especially not Raven”Devon said.

“But Devon “Moon hadn’t finished when Devon pushed her to the bed and came on top her,and began giving her crazy kisses all over.

She got interrupted when the necklace around her neck gave her a little pull.

“What is this?”Moon muttered holding up the half crescent pendant.

“It always ended up with you so I thought it’s better to just it to you”Devon muttered and went back to his business.

“De…..von stop it”Moon gasped when his lips met with the nap of her neck.

“I’m helping you charge up,you’ve used alot of energy already, I want you to be fully charged when Mellisa comes again”Devon smiled naughtyly.

“Hey jerk!”Moon snapped and pushed him off,Devon fell to the ground laughing loudly.

“Laugh all you want I’m leaving,you’re becoming worst jeez”Moon scoffed.

“Ouch!”Devon faked immediately holding his arm which stopped hurting like decades ago.

“What is it? Devon? Devi?!”Moon rushed to him and grabbed his arm immediately.

“Where does it hurt?”Moon asked curiously.

“It hurts everywhere alot,just stay with me the whole night,I think it reduced when you came closer”Devon lied and Moon frowned deeply.

“You almost gave me a heart attack,is this funny?”Moon mumbled.

“So you won’t stay? Leave then “Devon muttered and climbed back on the bed.

Moon rolled her eyes and climbed with him.

He grinned widely.

“Emotional blackmail”Moon mumbled ,Devon ignored her and dragged the duvet over them,he moved his head to her chest and her eyes widened.

“Devon…..”She mumbled but gave up when he wrapped his arm around her waist.

~Back at the midhall ~
The students all stayed back to clean up the hall except Raven.

They all kept using thier power to get things around while Shadow just scrolled through a book.

“Haven’t you found the spell yet,I’m getting tired!”Jinx groaned lazily.

“Except we’re looking for a reverse mid hall abyss spell,uprooted surface and total undestruction spell then i don’t know what you’re talking about”Shadow said sarcasticly,Jinx rolled her eyes.

“I can’t belive we are standing above a mini hell,what else would she have done if she hadn’t gotten to Devon on time?”Ivy said.

“I’m starting to really like her alot,total destruction goddess is totally my type”Wyatt grinned lifting thw broken peices of glasses off the ground.

“Expect you want to be a dead groom then it’s totally fine,we’ll surely attend you’re half funeral “Liam said bluntly and everyone laughed.

“Let’s just clean this up and go to bed,it’s almost morning and I haven’t slept a wink”Granger said and walked out the room.

“He’s only being grumpy because Moon went destructive for Devon and not him”Hermoine chuckled and rushed after him.

“I’m starving!”Winter half yelled suddenly and everyone turned to her surprisingly.

“It’s still late ,Winter,we can’t have breakfast until its dawn”Shadow said closing the book in frustration.

“Well I’m hungry and since there is obviously no hope I’m fixing this I’m going for my midnight snack”Winter smiled childishly and walked out.

Laim chuckled softly and Ivy eyes widened.

“Did you just laugh to something Winter said?”Ivy smirked.

“You haven’t slept yet so that why you’re probably hallucinating “Laim said and walked out of there.

“He was defined smiling “Ivy chuckled.

“I saw it too”Shadow laughed.

“Let’s go,it’s getting really late,we can find a solution tomorrow,I just hope moon wakes up soon”Ivy said.

“She’ll be fine,let’s sleep in my room tonight”Shadow said walking out with Ivy,leaving only Jinx left.

Jinx scoffed and also walked out the room taking the hall to Raven’s room.

Jinx pushed the door to the room open and as expected,it was in shambles,nothing was left unturned.

But it was empty Raven wasn’t inside anymore.

“Where the hell did she go to in the middle of the night?”Jinx muttered.

“Please don’t do something stupid,Rav”Jinx mumbled and fell tiredly on the bed.

Outside the institute,Raven stood at the edge of the lake with her arms crossed on her chest.

Wind suddenly rushed in and Raven crooked her head to meet Mellisa standing there.

“It took you how long to get here?”Raven scoffed.

“Chill sis,you’re the one getting rejected soon not me”Mellisa laughed wickedly and Raven shot her a glare.

“Why are you here? And where is Aragonite?”Raven snapped.

“The dark queen said,you should ignore the initial plan just do what you want “Mellisa smirked and Raven gave her a blank look.

“What don’t believe me then wait for the news yourself “Mellisa shrugged walking around the tree.

Without another word Raven walked out of there.

“And I’m supposed to be the wicked one?”Mellisa cackled.

Aragonite suddenly appeared and he bowed before her.

“You’re here my princess? The queen asked me to…..”

“I already delivered the information, but it’d only happen my way,I made few changes to what was gonna happen,she was supposed to retreat and come back like the queen wanted but she decided to stay and fight for her mate”Mellisa smirked.

“Tell the queen the future heir is coming for her throne sooner than she think”Mellisa cackled and disappeared.

“She’s a lunatic “Aragonite said.

Everyone were still deeply asleep after last night’s encounter so Moon just walked down the quiet hall when suddenly a harsh force sent her to the ground.

“Ouch!”Moon groaned out painfully and stared up at Raven.

“You were enjoying yourself till now? What’s wrong?”Raven smirked.

Moon stayed quite,she picked herself up and began walking down the other direction but Raven dragged her back.

“You’re staying quite all of a sudden? You spent thw whole night with my mate! Aren’t you even ashamed? It’s just disgusting!”Raven smirked.

“I’m not thw one who’s at fault here,Devon loves me and what did you try to do even with the advantage of being his mate? You wanted to control him to do your evil bindings,if I’m disgusting then you’re better?!”Moon snapped.

“How dare you! The dieties will never accept this,you and Devon? He can’t reject me so how can he be yours?”Raven snapped back.

“It’s happening already under your nose and you don’t even notice,I may not be able to protect him always but my love will surely ruin you,I swear it “Moon said daringly.

“So don’t you even think I’m standing in your way,Devon is there do your worst but he’ll never ever be yours and why? Because you’re probably the most selfish,disgusting and mindless puppet I’ve ever seen!!”Moon snapped.

“You?!…”Raven raised her hand to slap Moon but it stuck mid air.

Moon turned to see Devon standing at the entrance with a deadly glare.

Raven hand made a funny sound then slowly it began twisting on its own,sounds of cracking bones shattering ruthlessly in her arms.

“Arggh!!”Raven screamed out painfully.
