Everyone has been quite since last night and the silence was the same during breakfast,its either they were scared of talking about what happened or the fact the masters haven’t said anything either.

Presently they all sat in the dining room,all quietly eating from their plates.

“You’re not eating?”Shadow turned to Moon who still had her fist folded on her laps.

“I’m not hungry”Moon mumbled.

“You can atleast try the salad it’s tasty “Winter smiled lightly but Moon pushed the plate away.

“So what do we do now?”Wyatt said openly, he dropped his cutlery in frustration.

“You’re the first to speak finally someone broke the jinxed silence “Hermoine said.

“Hey!,what do I have to do with this?”Jinx made an eye roll.

“Come one guys this is serious that lady just went through the shield we all created together “Granger said.

“Well not all of us,Moon wasn’t there”Ivy said.

The masters suddenly entered the hall and the students sat back in relief.

“We couldn’t get much to talk after last night but we’re happy you got to witness all this yourself” Master Kai said.

“She was more dangerous than we expected “Jinx mumbled.

“That’s why we need to tighten the training schedule and most importantly to be able to fight your enemy you need to know more about them so that’s gonna be today’s assignment” Master Wave smiled.

“But what did she want exactly?”Granger suddenly asked.

“She seemed only Interested in Moon ,immediately we showed up she left like we were spoiling some awaited fun” Hermoine said,Raven rolled her eyes.

“That you’d also have to find out yourselves “Master Kai said.

“Then what exactly are you helping us with?”Raven asked quite rudely.

“Keeping you alive while you do all this”Master Lamia said and the masters left.

“Is he always that sarcastic?”Wyatt chuckled.

“Trust me”Winter chuckled also.

Laim stared up at Winter and then Wyatt,she caught his gaze and shrugged inwardly.

“So anyone knows anything about Mellisa?”Devon finally said for the first time since last night.

“Mom only scared us with stories of the dark queen never heard of Mellisa before”Ivy shrugged.

“For a dark queen to be able to conceive she’d have to commit hundred atrocities to make way for her demons but Mellisa was born out of a thousand years of atrocities,she’s currently blind cos she tried to ki|| the dark queen crazy enough she almost won at a string lenght but the queen took her eyes and left her in the bottomless pit,it didn’t take long for Mellisa to take over there too and now she’s back for revenge”Shadow said all at once leaving everyone stunned.

“She tried to ki|| her own mother? “Wyatt shook his head in utter disbelief.

“Her guts”Ivy muttered already spooked out.

“It’s probably because she has nothing to lose”Devon said.

“Niether do i” Moon said and everyone turned to her.

Moon ignored their stares and walked out silently.

“She probably knows something deeper” Jinx said.

Everywhere just went silent after that.

“And how do you know all this?”Liam asked suddenly catching Shadow off guard.

“She reads alot of books”Hermoine covered up and Shadow smiled at him,he returned it.

The books on the floor looked like a tornado had struck the library and Moon sat silently on the floor with them reading attentively from each one.

The old lady walked in suddenly with two mugs and sat on her rocking chair behind Moon.

“Here you go little one,you’ve been here all morning have this”the old lady said.

“Thanks”Moon smiled and took the cup gently she dropped it beside her and turned back to the books.

“If you check the wrong place for the right answers they’ll only lead you astray,only the right books give right information”Old lady said,Moon turned to her with a confused look.

The old lady only smiled and stood up.

The old lady took few steps to and old shelf and dragged out a book. She walked back to Moon and dropped the book beside her.

“You never opened this once after I told you it was yours” The old lady said.

Moon shifted a bit on the floor and slowly took the book,she opened it immediately and like before its blank.

“It’s always blank ,how will I get my answers from a blank book?”Moon frowned.

“You’re just not searching enough, you’re scared to know who you really are,it must be blank for a reason,you wrote your fate yourself immediately you were born and it appeared here to be kept safely till you were old enough to understand”The old lady said.

“Now I’m even more confused,you talk just like grandma”Moon groaned.

“She must be a wise woman” the old lady smiled.

The bell suddenly rang and Moon gasped.

“It’s evening already,how long have i been there?” Moon muttered

“It’s time to leave now little one,you need some alone time with the book maybe it’ll help better” The old lady said.

Moon sighed and stood up,she held the book and disappeared.

“The right night,the right place the right person is what is left little one” the old lady smiled ,she slowly settled on her rocking chair and smiled.

Raven hands hanged around her chest as her black cloak dragged on the floor.

Devon walked out another hall and stared at her but she didn’t give him even a glance she just kept on walking.

“Isn’t it rude to walk out on friends?”Devon suddenly said.

“Even if you abandoned them and now suddenly remember them? Then it’s not”Raven rolled her eyes and stopped walking to face him finally.

“I saw you kiss Moon and……”

“Can we not talk about that?”Devon cut her off and she nodded.

“I knew you’d act like this that’s why I didn’t want to talk to you in the first place”Raven scoffed.

Devon sighed and pushed his hair slightly to the back.

“Okay fine,I’m sorry”Devon said.

“For?”Raven rolled her eyes.

“Making you angry again just because I wanted to talk to you”Devon said and Raven smiled slightly.

“Honestly I don’t like the fact you kissed her,I h@ťě it”Raven said.

“You want your own kiss?”Devon leaned in teasingly and Raven felt a rush in her heart beat,it felt like something just flowed through but then it suddenly hurt and she gasped.

Devon moved back quickly and Raven held her chest tightly.

“Raven are you okay?”Devon asked worriedly.

“D…..don’t come closer please”Raven begged and Devon brows furrowed confusedly.

“It hurts more when you come closer,I might do something crazy if you come closer!”Raven snapped and moved back,she fell against the wall and grabbed her chest even tighter.

“Raven becareful…”Devon rushed to hold her,her heart hurt even more now,the blood in her veins were reaping out now the pain was torture but the only thing that cane to her head was______ KISS HIM! KISS HIM!!

She grabbed his shirt and pressed her lips against his immediately.

Devon eyes widened madly .

Moon appeared in the hall way from the library,she decided to take a long walk

The book is still blank so she didn’t just walked around with it wrapped around her chest.

Few more steps to the room hall when she suddenly heard voices from Master Lamia’s hall.

Soon she took the route to the hall the voices were coming from,who ever were there were probably whispering but it was no use,Moon picked the sounds easily.

She got closer now and suddenly felt some strange chills,fear took in slowly she know she shouldn’t be snooping around this late and especially not in a master’s hall but the voice sound familiar and it was crazy to say she heard a cackle.

~▪︎Inside Master Lamia’s hall▪︎~
Dark smoke filled the room and Master Lamia was bowed in front of Mellisa, who sat on the masters seat.

“Mom gave you just one task,to destroy the shields and you couldn’t even do that properly should I maybe inform the Queen of your incompetence?”Mellisa said with a serious look,one she’s never had.

“I did my best but unknowingly the girl must have done something to seal it,I tried my best and that was why you were able to leave” Master Lamia said.

“But that isn’t enough”Mellisa said.

“I think it’s time to finally visit that old hag of a ruler and take my rightful place but it can only be possible if I ki|| the one and you know that I can only get more powerful by ki||ing her,so if you want your life span to increase do something …..time is tsking!”Mellisa cackled again and Moon lost her balance on the door know so it fell open.

“You?!!”Moon mumbled staring intently at Mellisa then to Lamia.

“So you’re the dark force working with the queen? I should have guessed when you didn’t believe what we told you,it….it was all your plan right?”Moon snapped.

Master Lamia smiled evily standing up straight, Moon shook her head a bit and began taking some steps backward but just as she was about to take another step _________ BANG!
