The whole hall was crowded, so Sia had to move through everyone carefully but immediately she got to front, she saw a guy holding out a gun from the crowd,he moved stealthily in the crowd.

Sia tried telling someone but the noise only got worst so she rushed towards Aaron to warn him but the bullet went right into her from the back,straight to her chest.

Her body dropped.

“Sia!”Anaya yelled horrifically.

Aaron turned back immediately and his eyes widened,Sia laid lifeless in cold blood.

“What the hell!”Micheal snapped, he spotted the guy trying to blend with the crowd immediately.

“There he is!”Micheal yelled and the four started a mad chase after the masked guy.

🗣□Is…is she dead?!!□ Everyone muttered,watching Sia’s blood pool down the hall.

Aaron immediately rushed over to her and jacked her up in his arms,Anaya followed behind.

Aaron placed her in the car hurriedly and Anaya sat in back,they drove off immediately.

“Sia? Sia wake up!,Sia breathe!!”Anaya kept saying worriedly.

“She has stopped breathing!”Anaya bursted out in tears.

Aaron’s fist tightened on the wheel and he stepped on the speed.

The hot chase went on and the guys were literally flying over things and knocking people out of their way.

Owen led the chase and Angelo wasn’t far of. The guy took the left down the cafeteria and the guys split up going both ways.

They got to the cafeteria and bursted the door open but they were met with a dead body, the $h00ter was f-__-king dead!

“What the hell!”Angelo groaned angrily and knocked over a table.

Owen squatted over the body and sighed.

“He’s dead,they ki||ed him before we could get to him”Owen muttered,anger evident in his voice.

“f-__-k!”Lennox snapped and roughed his hair.

Micheal pushed his gun back into his pocket and frowned deeply.

Anaya kept pacing around worriedly but the nurses attending to Sia seemed even more worried about her current situation.

Aaron stood at a corner,his hands crossed on his chest,only one thought came to his mind.

□”Why did she do it?Why did she take the d@mn bullet?□

For all he can remember he didn’t even want to touch her once but she didn’t think twice before blocking him out from the bullet. Guilt was literally eating him up,d@mn much.

“Doctor how is she?”Anaya sniffed, the doctor pulled off his gloves slowly and sighed with a sad smile.

“We were able to bring her to a stable state but it seems she has some complications with her heart,she is bearly breathing,she seem to be enduring a lot of pain and with this injury it got worse”The doctor explained.

Anaya barely swallowed trying to digest the information.

“What about the drugs? Prescribe them,I’ll get them”Anaya asked.

“No need,the young man over there already paid in advance,we’ve given her some sedative so she’ll be fine but she should avoid any kind of stress,anxiety,any matter relating to the heart,once the wound clears she should be back for a proper test”The doctor said,Anaya nodded.

“You can take her home now”The doctor said and left.

“Home? I don’t even know where she lives”Anaya muttered. Aaron began walking past her.

“Thanks….”Anaya said and Aaron brows furrowed.

“I h@ťě you more than you think but she’s alive because you brought her here on time so….thanks”Anaya mumbled.

Aaron said nothing and continued walking.

“I don’t know where she lives though and I can’t possibly take her home,family issues thats only add to hwr stress”Anaya said.

“So?”Aaron muttered coldly.

“Take her to your house,she took your death so it’s only nice you take care of her till she’s able to breath properly” Anaya said nonchalantly and Aaron’s eyes twitched a bit.

“Why would I take her to my house doesn’t she have any relative?”Aaron said coldly.

“She’s an orphan”Anaya said bluntly.

“Then she can stay just stay in a hotel” Aaron said.

Anaya frowned deeply at him and he rolled his eyes and walked out.

“How can he act calm in a time like this? Jerk!”Anaya muttered.

A black Suv drove speedily into Island and halted inside the gates.

Aaron stared at Sia through the rear mirror for a while,her clothes were still bloody and her hair was messy.

He got out the car and opened the back door then carried her easily in a bridal style and walked into the mansion.

“Boss is back!”a maid announced and they all lined up against the walls. Aaron walked in and when he passed them with Sia,their eyes widened in shock.

“Boss brought a girl back home?”the first said breaking the silence.

“I think she’s hurt”Another said pitifully.

“Forget that,he has never even brought his girlfriend here”the third half snapped.

“Can you all quite down,it’s not like she’s important,get back to work”the head maid snapped.

The rest rolled their eyes rudely and walked away.

“She’s just jealous”they whispered as they walked away.

Aaron walked into the suite,he walked straight into the bedroom and dropped Sia in bed.

“Sir,do you need any thing?”the head maid asked nervously from the living room.

Aaron walked out the bedroom and nodded.

“Clean her up”Aaron muttered and began walking out.

The head maid stared at Sia sleeping soundly and folded her fist jealously.

Aaron suddenly stopped on his tracks and turned.

“If she incures any injury on your watch you’re as good as dead”Aaron said coldly and walked out.

The maid hissed inwardly and walked briskly to Sia.

Sia winched painfully and she kept turning slowly on the bed.

The sounds of water splashing in the bathroom got her attention,her lashes parted weakly and slowly her eyes scanned the room curiously. The whole decor screamed wealth everything seemed spotless and she was having second thoughts.

“Am I dead?”She thought ,the bathroom door opened suddenly and Aaron walked into the room,his upper body bare and dripping segziness, her mouth dropped open and her eyes scanned down his body,his tats were more visible and his abs…..urgghhh!. Her head screamed.

He didn’t seem to notice,he was busy drying his dripping hair with a towel so he didn’t notice but he suddenly stopped and started up at her.

“It’s bad to keep on staring”he muttered coldly,she turned away embarrassed.

Nothing still made sense to her,why was she in the last guy who wanted to see her face room and in his bed?. Her eyes went shut to recall something but the only thing that came to mind was his dark tats.

“What happened? why the hell is he still bare in front of her and wait…..was she naked?!!!”

She peeped under the duvet and closed her eyes quickly,she had nothing on.

‘Did he really do it to her?’ Would he?’ Her mind kept screaming and her heartbeats were far from normal,she was hyperventilating.

Aaron kept staring confusedly all this while. He began taking slow steps and her heartbeats began beating painfully against her ribcage. He leaned over her and she held her breathe,but her chest kept moving heavily.

Aaron squinted his eyes on her face,the way her lips kept moving slowly apart and together again so cutely as she tried to breathe.

He immediately snapped back,he grabbed his phone beside the pillow and stood straight.

“What are you doing?”Aaron frowned.

“What did you do to me?”Sia stuttered fearfully, her eyes still shut tightly.

“We had segz”Aaron shrugged nonchalantly and walked into the wardrobe room.

“Huh? We did what? How could you? I can be irresponsible sometimes but you could have stopped me and what happened to you didn’t wanna touch me?!!’Sia half snapped,she made to stand up but fell back. She groaned out painfully,it all came back to her,the gunshot.

Aaron came back out all dressed,his hands in his pocket.

“Stay in the suite, call the maids if you need anything”Aaron muttered and walked out.

Sia sighed out in relief but I came back with a painful ache and her eyes suddenly went shut again.

“Good morning sir”the maids greeted as Aaron walked past.

“How long is she gonna stay in there?”The first maid scowled.

“Isn’t she ashamed? She’s naked in bosses bed”another scoffed.

“Well why can’t we just quicken her stay here?”the head maid smiled.

Sia stayed quitely in bed,she didn’t move an inch until she was sure Aaron wouldn’t come in again.

“He just left me here”Sia mumbled,she pulled the duvet off her body and bit her lips. Did he perhaps see her like this? No way,she thought.

The door to the suite suddenly opened and the head maid walked with a fake smile and Sia drapped the duvet on her chest.

“Sorry ma’am,I’ll get you something to wear”the maid said,while the other glared h@ťěfully.

The maid walked into the wardrobe,she picked out a blue hoodie and handed it to Sia.

“Here you can wear this”The maid smiled.

“Huh? He won’t get angry right? I’m fine like this”Sia stuttered.

“No he doesn’t wear this anymore” the maid lied. Sia smiled,she took the hoodie and the maids walked out.

She wore it immediately and it swallowed her up completely, her hands were completely covered and it went all the way to her thighs.

It still had his burnt rose scent,it was so snuggling and cosy,she chuckled cutely and waved her hand in the air funnily.

The four sat quitely in the suite but it was obvious thier anger hadn’t subsided yet cos no one said a word.

“You didn’t find anything? What were you doing when the gun gor fired!”Owen snapped over the phone.

Angelo laid on the couch, he kept scrolling down the Ritz blog with a heavy frown.

“I was being real and someone had to tell that girl,she thinks she’s some hottie”Angelo scoffed with an eye roll and they all laughed.

The door suddenly opened and Aaron walked in with a puppy in his hand.

“Dude!”Angelo said and they all sprang up.

“No hugs!”Aaron warned.

“I wasn’t gonna hug you”Angelo scoffed and sat back.

“So who’s the puppy for?”Micheal asked curiously.

“Maya is returning soon”Aaron muttered and dropped the cage.

“And Sia? How is she?”Lennox said.

“She’s in my room”Aaron said simply,he brought out the puppy from the cage.

“What? Are you cheating on me?”Angelo gasped.

“Are you nuts? Who’s cheating,dude stay away”Aaron scoffed. Angelo pouted and sat beside him.

“Stare at me like that one more time and I’m gonna ki|| you,swears”Aaron warned,Angelo laughed

“She’s at my house,but only because I didn’t know where she lives and you know how crazy your cousin is”Aaron said and Lennox chuckled.

“And?”Owen pushed further with a smirk,the rest were also staring attentively.

“Stop thinking dirty,she was asleep the whole time and you know I won’t even touch her”Aaron scoffed.

“Yet”Lennox added.

“She’s not my type of girl,i don’t have any interest in her and I’m sure I never will,I like serious girls,she’s too childish”Aaron said.

“So found the $h00ter yet?”Aaron asked.

“Yeah,we found him dead”Owen said.

“That settles it,I’ll find the person who sent him myself”Aaron said coldly.

Sia walked around the suite countless times,she got bored and had to go through his wardrobe twice.

She laid on the bed to rest but her tummy rumbled shamelessly.

“I haven’t had anything today,he wouldn’t mind if I use the kitchen”Sia mumbled, she got off the bed and walked straight to the kitchen.

She mouth fell open immediately she pushed the glass door open. It was three times bigger than her’s and it had everything and it was completely spotless from top to bottom.

“Those he even use here after all?”Sia muttered shockingly,she walked in fully and searched for the pots.

She got everything out within minutes and turned on the gas,the hoodie made it difficult to cut the onions though, they kept sliding down her fingers and she and to drag them up again.

“Where are the spicies?”She muttered searching around.

“There is no one here,maybe I’ll find one downstairs”she muttered turned off that gas and went out.

Sia stared around confusedly,she hadn’t gone far but she had lost her way already.

“Where is the kitchen?”She muttered worriedly,she didn’t want Skyle to meet her out after he had warned her about it but now there was obviously no turning back cos she didn’t know where she came from.

Sia took another turn and came to a door,she opened it slowly and smiled.

“Found it”Sia mumbled,she walked in and began searching for the spicies.

“What are you doing?!”Ixora snapped,Sia flinched and turned around.

“I….I’m sorry I came to check for…”

“She was obvious stealing ma’am,young master brought her last night”the head maid said,Ixora stared Sia over and squeezed her nose in disgust.

“She looked like something he picked from the thrash,and why is she here in my kitchen?”Ixora snapped.

“I’m sorry,I was just leaving”Sia mumbled and began walking out but Ixora held her back.

“How dare you? Who do yoy think you are to walk out on me?!!”Ixora yelled.

“Please let me go,I said I’m sorry”Sia said blankly,Ixora fumed angrily and added more pressure to the grip.

“Argghh!”Sia gasped and pulled out her grip,but she already marked her hand with her fingers,blood slid down her wrist.

“What’s wrong with you? It wasn’t intentional!”Sia snapped ,Ixora landed her a hot slap Immediately and Sia’s forehead bled.

“Who do you think you are? Just because that kiddo brought you here you think you’re some hot shot? I’ll show you your place you filth”Ixora snapped,she grabbed Sia’s bleeding wrist and pushed her towards the door,Sia’s head went straight for the wall but it hit someone’s chest before she could fall.

Sia held unto his shirt tightly and bursted out in tears.

“What’s going on here?”Aaron said coldly.

The maid rushed out immediately.

Sia eyes widened and she moved back immediately,sniffing.

Aaron placed his thumb on her head and whiped off the blood,he stared at it for a with a heavy frown.

He twisted his neck in total annoyance and licked his lips,a light smirk playing on the corner of his lips.

Ixora moved back carefully with a frown.

“Skyle…”

“I would have put a gun to your skull right now and crack it open for disturbing my guest but I’ll take the next few hours thinking of a better punishment”Aaron cold voice came and Sia shuddered fearfully.

He turned to Sia and she’d have bolted out the door if his cold arms hadn’t grabbed her waist that second. Her mouth fell open in a gasp and her palms fisted his shirt tightly.

Within a blink he lifted her up in his arms and carried her out the door.

Sia blinked thrice at once surprisingly.

“Skyle…..”

“Don’t make a sound princess”His cold voice cut her off.
