*NEXT MORNING*

Elena held her shoes in her hands as she tiptoed into the mansion,she almost successfully made it to her room when a voice made her halt

“where were you?”Fabio asked calmly

Elena swallowed and turned around slowly

“Answer me!”Fabio yelled

“I..I..was with..a friend”she replied

“and you didn’t bother to call”

“I tried but there was no signal due to the rain”

Fabio remained silent he starred at her before walking away

Elena sighed in relief and ran to her room
this would be the first time her cousin was acting calm on this type of issue..

Diego was fully dressed and ready to leave when the door burst wide open

“Am back”A Young man richly dressed shouted

That is Alex Diego best and only friend,he had travelled out of the country for some work.

Alex was the only one who could understand Diego,they are basically brothers but with different blood

they are the exact opposite Diego is cold while Alex is the jovial type,you would even wonder how they became friends

Diego starred at him expressionless
Alex sighed and hugged him

“don’t act like you don’t miss me”Alex hit him on the head

“what the f_ck,why did you have to come back to disturb my peace”Diego pushed him away

“you can’t get rid of me,we are stuck together forever!”

Diego ignored him and left the room

“this is why you will never get a girlfriend!”Alex ran after him

Diego and Alex got to the living room to see bullet talking to some strange men

“who are they?”Diego asked

“new recruits boss”Bullet bowed
Diego nodded and left ,Alex glared at him for few minutes,he doesn’t trust bullet one bit

*ELENA’S ROOM*
“where were you?”Luna asked angrily

“I was at di’s house,am sorry for sneaking out but I didn’t plan to spend the night there but it was because of the heavy rain sorry”Elena rushed her words

“all you can do is apologize do you know how many times your brother yelled at me?”Luna asked

“am really sorry”Elena hugged her

“why don’t we go out this evening”

*EVENING,AN AMUSEMENT PARK*

Elena and Luna was laughing loudly as the got off one of the rides

They have been having so much fun and none of them were ready to leave

Elena was glancing around looking for the next ride to go on when she saw someone familiar

“Di”she approached him and he turned

“Bunny,what are you doing here?”he asked

“I should be asking you that,I didn’t know you liked amusement parks”

“I don’t this manic here dragged me with him”he pointed at Alex who was busy enjoying his cotton candy

“hi pretty am Alex”

“Am Elena”she smiled

“nice to meet you”Alex said and turned to Diego

“you didn’t tell me you’ve got a girlfriend”

“am not his girlfriend”Elena said

“Elena where have you been,I’ve been looking for you “Elena ran to her,still panting

Soon they introduced one another and they began to have fun together

A life band pulled up in the park stealing the attention of everything

where they started playing the music everyone rushed to them to enjoy the music including Elena,Luna and Alex

Diego stood still while watching Elena dance,her dance moves were craz,it was a bit off tune but no one was worst than Alex,he was dancing like madman

Diego was still watching Elena when he noticed something

An electric pole was shaking it was unstable and it would fall any second

It was right next to Elena if it fall it would land directly on her

“Elena “He called but the music was too loud she couldn’t hear him

Running would be of no use because it would definitely fall before he reaches her…
