~ SPEECHLESS ~

Micaela woke up with a little groan tiredly , she threw the duvet cover over her body with closed eyes .. The kids jumped on the bed and she groaned again tiredly and threw the duvet cover over her again but little hands pushed it off then shook her arms and pulled her feets.

” Mommy , Mommy , wake up . You are going to be late for work ” Emily yelled jumping on the bed .

” Stop it ” Mica groaned tiredly ” it’s Saturday ” she said tiredly”Let’s sleep in.”

” No , Mommy …. it’s Wednesday and you are late!” Emiliano giggled and pulled off Micaela sleep mask.

” Wait , Wednesday ?” Mica frowned. But they were wishing us happy weekend . Who does that when it week days. She groaned tiredly and threw the duvet off her body. Her lips fell a little as she saw her dress already picked , her shoes and her purse to go . She turned to the kids who were grinning widely .

” Do you like it ?’ They asked at once .

Mica nods almost tearfully hugging them .

” Hello, Missus you are late ! Hug us later would ya ?” Emily said pulling Mica with her little hands to the washroom . Mica could just stare surprised. Yes they surprise her sometimes. Even their actions is all grown up.

” Here ” Emiliano hands Mica a towel . Mica took it smiling widely.

” And here ” Emily hands her her dress . Then they shooed her inside the washroom .

” Go . On . Hurry up !”They shooed her in the washroom .

Micaela almost Mõ@ɲed in relief as the water touched her skin . She begins to scrub her body savouring the cold water and the effects it did to her skin. She felt tempted to sleep in. Very lately , she is feeling very tired unlike her . She stared at the mirror hung near the shower and stared at her reflection. ” Kael ” rang in her ears. How will she ignore him today and forever. Can she ignores me fact that he is the father of her twins. Even if, what if he want to keep ………

” Stop it . Mica ! It’s too early for all this ” she wipes the mirror clean my and continues scrubbing her body .

* I am dirty , I am dirty * That word rang in her ears. She stopped scrubbing and stare at the sponge. Her mind was conflicted she took a deep breath to calm her nerve.

” Mica , stop this . Stop thinking. ” She said in her head. She will never let harm near her kids and no , she isn’t dirty not after giving birth to those angels. But still she still needs to find who spiked her drink that night .

” And to think , he won’t apologize . Such a jerk ” She scoffed then sneezed under the water after cursing Kael . ” And he is a wizard too , no surprises .” She wrapped her self up ,dried herself well and changed in the washroom . Not very convenient but a little closet was near the washroom .As she opened the door, she saw two besigant blue eyes waiting for her . It made her think of Kael . His eyes are blue too .

He has blue eyes too. Mica felt jealous that they took almost all of his facial features. Her jealously spread as she watched Emiliano stood up to approach her . Just like Kael , he walked elegantly with a hand dipped in his pajamas pocket.

” This isn’t fair , I birthed them .” She said then slapped herself inwardly ” what’s is wrong with you , Mica !!” She scolded herself ” At least I have them to myself” A grin spread on her lips afterwards.

“Ecco seiditi Mama ( Here ,seat down . Momma) ” Emily pulled a chair and Mica obeyed just for Emily to start brushing her hair .

” Mommy , you have long beautiful hair ” Emily said as she brushed it , she then oiled it.

” So do you , darling ” Mica smiled at her .

” Here you go ” Emiliano wore Micaela shoes and she raised her brows at them .

Wait this is suspicious ” Aren’t you mad at me ?” Micaela asked them carefully and stared at them both

They laughed surprising and scaring her a little ” Why should we be ?” Emily flunged the hair brush as she tried to untangle Micaela hair .

” Tell us . Momma . Why should we be ?” Emiliano asked giving the hair brush to Emily who accepted it with a little smile .

Mica rolled her eyes ” Okay . Momma is sorry for wh@ťěver wrong she had done, uh . I will take you out soon uh babies are we good now ?” She asked but they frowned and she frowned ” So we are not?” Mica pout and bashed her lashes pretending to be sad.

Emily and Emiliano laughed again surprising the heck out of her. What is wrong with them.

” Don’t panic . Momma , we were only pulling your legs. ” Emiliano said as he laughed

” We know how hard you work. And it’s for us right ? So Why should we be mad ? ” Emily resumed brushing Mica hairs.

Mica smiled gratefully ” I promise I will make time for you guys”

” Well … Tia ( Auntie)took us out yesterday ” Emily said and Mica smiled.

” We saw some restaurants and plenty of boutique . She bought Italian pasta for us ” Emily licks her lips as she said it ” it was delicious , momma ”

” Oh really .” Mica shoulder dropped a little but she shrugged.

Emiliano noticed that and smiled “Momma , don’t tell us you are jealous of Tia( Auntie)”

Mica rolled her eyes good naturedly ” Shouldn’t I be ?” She said and they laughed holding their bellies.

” Don’t worry . Momma . You have us all to yourself ” Emily dropped the comb , she applied some lip gloss on her lips. Mica stared at her wondering why.

” Come here , momma” Emily smacked her lips then pout her little cherry blossom lips at Mica urging Mica to kiss her lips

Mica just shook her head at Emily . ” Drama princess” , Emily is full of drama’s.

” What ? I have brushed ” Emily said blinking her blue little eyes along that Mica laughed lightly .

” I will still kiss you if you hadn’t ” She kissed Emily and smacked her lips together .

” Bellisimo ( Very beautiful!” ) Muah !” Emily kissed Mica again ” Rub it harder Momma ” . Mica obliged with a smile .

Emiliano watched waiting for his turn” Your purse , Momma ” He gave it to her with a dazzling smile.

Emily turned smiling more like grinning then she ran to Emiliano with sparkling mischievous eyes ” you too should have some lip gloss.” She said running after him.

” No thank you .” Emiliano ran away as he spoke from her.

” Why , why Milo , it makes you look pretty …. Uh , don’t you want to look pretty ,,, Here come and have some lip gloss ” Emily ran after him with her lips pursed ” it’s gonna dry , Milo, come , come , Muah!!!”

” Ahhh. Stop it Emy ,am not a girl ! ” Emiliano covered his mouth as Emily caught him.

” Woah , so you can’t kiss me but you can kiss Momma ” Emily said with her hand akimbo staring at Emiliano.

” You are not Mamma . My lips is mine alone ” Emiliano retorted still covering his mouth. ” Mine ALONE!” He drawled out .

Emily faked a gasp ” So you can’t kiss me , your adorable twin…”.

” Ha ! Adorable my foot !” Emiliano scoffed.

” You!’ Emily pointed at Emiliano flaring her nose ” How dare you disrespect your elders !!”

Emiliano scoffed rolling his eyes at Emily” You took 10 seconds from me , ten seconds!!’ ” Emiliano exclaimed raising his hands.

Emily scoffed at Him” So ? I am ten seconds older than you . Ten seconds smarter than you ,ten seconds sweeter than you and…. Much more ten seconds than you are !”

Emiliano flared his nose ” you , Sweet . Ah ! ”

Emily stuck out her tounge and rolled her eyes at him. They begin to bicker .

” I am sweet , infact all my teachers say so !’

” That’s because they aren’t living with you , Emy !!”

” So , what are you saying ? Uh …” Emily ran after him.

” I dunno know , what do you think am saying ?”

” Oh … You better chew it out Milo…”

” Haha , Emy . It’s “spew , Spew , S. P. E.W . Spew it out !!”

” So now am stupid .”

” See you never listen to corrections , you are ten seconds more stubborn !’

” Me . Oh . Milo . When did you… Unbelievable !! …. When did you start talking back at me !’

Micaela just ignored them while laughing lightly. Of course their argument is silly but funny , they fight and reconcile then keep you in their middle after they reconcile. So it’s best you don’t say a word .

” Mommy , Emy is bulling me again !!”

” Don’t you call Mama into it , Milo !! Call me sweet !”

” No !”

” Call me sweet !!”

” No , stop bothering me ! Emy !”

” What’s going on ?” Catelyn frowned as she walked out of the kitchen. Their noise disturbed her from preparing breakfast for Micaela.

” He / she started it !!!” They yelled pointing at each other. Catelyn frowned holding her chin , she Ç0çƙed her brows at them.

” Isn’t it too early for this uh ? First you woke up early , despite my warning , now you are tearing the house down with your bickering . Uh ?”

They pout and drop their head down staring at the floor, they kept their hand behind their back.

” Scusa , Tia (Sorry, Auntie) ” They mumbled inaudible.

Micaela laughed as she stood up ” just let them be , Tia ( Auntie ) ” She waves her hands and crouched to their level ” Be good , okay ?”

” Hmmm . Hmmm” They nod in response with bright dazzling smile that made her smile.

” Momma get us cookies on your way home , please ….” Emily said fluttering her lashes at Micaela who smiled .

” Yes . Yes , buy cookies ” Emiliano agreed .

Per farvore ( please…..” They both said with adorable blue eyes.

Micaela smiled , she raised her hand ” only if you promise not to fight ”

Emily turned to her brother ” Where we fighting ?” She asked raising her brow’s.

Emiliano scratches his hair ” What’s fighting ? I don’t think we were doing that .”

Mica laughed at those two behavior , so did Catelyn ” Alright , I will buy you Italian pas ctin no ( cookies )”

” Yayyy !!” They broke into a jump hugging her tightly while kissing her cheeks along. The kids loves cookies , so much.

“Alright . ” Catelyn opened the door ” You are going to be late , if you continue with these two .”

Micaela glanced at her wristwatch ” So True , but not entirely , she will meet up on time .”

She cup their faces staring at them affectionately and they smiled ” Remember our deal ?” She kissed their cheeks.

” We will be good . Momma ” They replied and she hugged them briefly..

” Don’t worry Tia ( Auntie ) . I have spoken to some neighbouring rentals. If they do come. Let them do their job .”

” We are moving soon .” Emily asked with exictement , Micaela nod’s in response.

” About time , this place is not homey ” Catelyn agreed and checked her wristwatch ” Alright ,go .”

Micaela kissed them again briefly ” Te Amo , mis babies ( I love you my babies)”

” Te Amo , Mama ( We love you Mommy.” ”

” Bye Tia ( Auntie) ” Micaela kissed Catelyn briefly on the cheeks and walked out, she breathed out loudly and walked to the stairs , which will lead them out.

Catelyn smiled ” Alright kids , you…..” She turned around but they were already laid on the bed.

. ” Here. ” Emiliano covered Emily with the duvet cover ,she smiled at him then they both covered their eyes going to sleep land Catelyn watched amused and shook her head .

Everyone was busy with a thing or another . It’s always busy at Brixton. Above all they were working hard. Why wouldn’t they be. Brixton is know for his popularity and big fat pay !! So it’s a life opportunity to get into Brixton. And when you are in be careful not to get thrown out .

Micaela smiled . She got into Brixton which is a job well done. The environment sparkle clean and tiles of Brixton shone like gold. Micaela smiled again ” I just have to avoid him and I will be fine.”

” Hi .” Micaela heard a voice as she stepped into the large company . She turned and almost hissed.

Beverley smiled ” I just want to apologize , about yesterday. I was on my period so I get cranky a little .”

” A little ?’ Micaela asked with a raised brows.

Beverley laughed lightly” okay maybe a tiny bit extra. So we are cool now !” She offered a handshake .

Micaela raised her brows at her and smiled ” Yes we are, I am not fighting either .”

Beverley shook her hand slowly” Oh grazie ( Thanks ). Well you look very beautiful today ” She complimented , her eyes eyeing Mica office gown and black stilettos that she wore to match it.

Micaela scoffed but kept a straight face” So do you .” She smiled while walking .

“Okay then , . Bye .” Berveley said teasing and she walked off.

Micaela smile disappeared so did her’s. Berveley plan is to get closer to her and Micaela knows that already but why , she had no idea . She saw Penny waking or should I say slouching . She felt so lazy and moody . ” None of her business but . Penny helped with her taxi last night .”

” Hello there .’ Micaela waves , Penny saw her and she brightened a bit as she scurried to Micaela.

” Morning Boss .” Penny smiled.

” Why do you keep calling me that ?” Micaela threw back. The word seems so big for her.

Penny just rolled her eyes ” You are a head of a department . It’s just a norms here boss.’ she said and got coffee from the coffee maker, she handed one to Micaela .

Micaela eyed the coffee , it reminded her of the wine. God knows what it is that coffee” Sorry I don’t drink coffee .”

” Oh , sorry . I guess I will take you then. ” Penny said ” We have a lot of workload . The Big Boss just signed a contract with Prime Stone .” She informed as they walked into the company elevator .

” Prime Stone, the Prime Stone after Axis ?” Micaela asked a bit surprised.”

” Prime Stone is known for it’s fame and popularity with cosmetics across the globe. And it’s owned by a female Boss . Well its a shocker but Prime Stone is after Axis , The female Boss is super competitive They call her the ” The Devil spawn in the industry.” Penny said. Micaela nod’s in raptness as she listened to Penny.

” Oh !” Micaela raised her brows and part her lips to talk but penny beat her to it.

” You must be wondering what they called our Boss. ” Penny looked into Micaela eyes as she spoke then she glanced around the elevator just to be sure , even though they were the only one in the elevator , her gaze went to the company CCTV then she flinch as if Kael could see her .

” Come on. !!” Micaela almost groaned . Why are they so scared of him .

The elevator opened and they saw the Devil right in the production area.

Wait right in the production area. Penny almost passed out in fear , while Micaela just stared at His back.

He was looking sinfully beautiful even from his backside. Kael had his hair jeled , his suit fitted him like he was the only one they made it for and his shoes …. His shoes, They shone like they had never met the floor. His smell. His colonge competed with the perfume in the office . The workers were assembled right in front of him giving him their absolute attention

Micaela shook her head . She get it now , his looks is too intimidating . How can someone be this perfect ? It’s a sin !.

Penny recovered and pulled Micaela out tip toeing. Micaela rolled her eyes , she freed herself from Penny gasp and walked like Mica ! .

The sound of her Stilettos made several head to turn around and they gasped. It was mixed with fear and shock. Even Bullet gasped. Micaela was looking gorgeous like she isn’t an inhabitant of this world ,most importantly she was late for work !!!

Kael watched with a Cold look that almost froze her . The look in his eyes terrified her a little she couldn’t lie . He eyes her from the toe slowly like he was stripping her carefully with his eyes, when his gaze met her . He frowned ” Who do you think you are to be late at this hour ?’ He asked. The room was silent , even a pin drop could be heard .

The tension in the room was un – bearable as he stared waiting for her answer. He was so serious with his look that she felt tounge tied for a minute .

Wait you ? She frowned and looked sideways to see Penny still standing beside her .

“Ohh!” She gasped a little inwardly as she noticed she was the one with a purse , while Penny was with loads of coffee. So she guessed they sent Penny to get them coffee.

Everyone in the room felt sorry for Micaela. Kael h@ťěs lateness , infact he h@ťěs any comma’s in his work. Italy is very competitive and so is Kael.

Bullet scratches the back of his neck slowly. He felt nervous suddenly.

Brian took his lips in sadly .He doesn’t want her to be yelled at. He felt sorry for her and glared at Kael secretly in annoyance

And Berveley smiled , no she smirked !. Her plan worked out. She had stalked Micaela earlier so that she wouldn’t sign in on time and she knew the Boss h@ťě lateness ” Adios , Ɓîtçh .” Berveley smirked as she stared at Micaela.

” But why is he so mad? She got here 5 Minutes ago and met Berveley ….. Ohh f_ck ” Micaela gasped inwardly . She didn’t sign in as she walked into the company .

” What are you waiting for Miss Fernando ? Are you deaf or what ?” Kael icy
voice broke the silent demeanor and Micaela swallowed lost of words

” What’s is wrong with him ??”
