{ Lies! }

“Kiss me Richie, I missed those lips”she cried.

His lips met with hers in a quick peck.

“Not a peck”she sniffs.

“Why don’t we go in first, no one is in”he said and she nodded. They walked in while she sat down.

“What were you doing all through yesterday?”she asked.

“Thinking”he said and she looked at him weirdly. “You said I shouldn’t hide anything from you anymore, I was seriously thinking”he said.

“Thinking about?”

“You”he said straight.

“Me? And you left me”she scoffed.

“What did Alex talked to you about?”he asked.

“Your third friend, what happened to him?”She asked and he hesitate for a while before replying.

“He died”he muttered.

“How?”she asked.

“Don’t try to skip it this time”she added, standing up to stand in front of him.

“I wanna know the truth, what happened between you three? Why aren’t you friends with him”she said.

“He had heart cancer and was told not to get close to smokes or a cold area….”he paused.

“And?”

“He badly begged me to take him out to the snow that he has always wanted it and I….I took him out due to his unending plea”he said.

“He died that day?”She asked slowly.

“No… we both came back safely and he showed no sign of pain. We both laughed on it before I left, but what I didn’t know was that… he held the pain in”he said, already in tears. Arabella held his hands as they both held gazes on each other. Giving him an ‘ it’s okay look ‘ to go on.

“The money for his surgery was being delayed but mom nor dad took me serious about it, neither did Alex’s Dad. Mom thr_@tened on taking me out of the country if I keep asking for the money and in frustration I told Alex I don’t….. don’t care anymore about…. Ryan”he cried.

“I regretted it immediately and ran to apologize but…. but he he… he died at that spot. He died after seeing me immediately I entered the room”he cried, she pulled his head down to her shoulder slowly while he cried on.

“I just wished I never said that”he sniffs.

“We should let tears out sometimes, pour every bit of it out”she patted his back while he cried on her shoulder.

** GIRLS DORM, ROOM 102 **

May and Emily already left for their room, leaving just Fiona and Julie.

“You’ve seen Vince today?”Julie asked as she put on a hoodie.

“Yeah, we spent some time together”Fiona said and she paused just as she finished putting on her hoodie.

“Not just talk but spent the….”

“Do you like your best friend?”Fiona cut in and she blinked.

“Fi… Fiona?”

“I started liking Vince recently and wanted to take permission from you his best friend who’s my friend”Fiona said with a smile, trying her best to make it seem so cool.

“You like him?”Julie asked after a couple of silence as she went for her sneakers this time.

“Yeah, what do you think? Am I good for your best friend?”she asked.

“Why don’t you tell him first, you should make him know soon and know his reply”she said.

“I will but what do you think about us?”Fiona asked.

“Cool”she said and picked her phone.

“Going out?”

“A stroll”she said and walked out. Fiona let out a bright smile. She surely saw disappointment on Julie but that’s not gonna make her stop.

She sent HI to Vince since she got his contact on the time they spent. Smiling broadly as she await his reply which seem not to be coming soon.

“Would you get off your phone for once?”Emily groaned as Rachel kept smiling at every reply she sends to her unknown lover.

“I just hope he isn’t one cripple guy, how bad you would h@ťě it”Emily said with a mean smile and she looked up to eye her.

“Don’t joke with him on that”May scoffed.

“Oh please! Just ask him to send a photo at least, you’ve been dating for three months now”Emily snapped.

“I want it to be a surprise when we finally meet”she blushed and Emily made silly face. A knock on the door was heard.

“I’ll get it”Emily stood up but May cared less.

She opened the door only to see Alex. Alex in front of her door.

“Lost?”she asked with a raised brow and he scoffed before stretching out the ointment.

“I don’t really need it”he said and her gaze with to it.

“Why give it to me?”she asked and he smirked.

“Should I start explaining?”

“What? You think I asked Paul to give you?”she scoffed.

“What else is it”he scoffed.

“You should have asked yourself why I would do that at first before coming here”she said.

“Cause you aren’t still over me”he said and just as she was about talking, he continued. “I’ve got someone I love right now, so there’s no chance for you, not like there was any though”he muttered the last part and she chuckled then hissed before shutting the door on his face.

“To hell with you Alex!”she screamed loud enough for him to hear from inside. May gave her a weird look but she ignored her, going for the restroom.

Arabella and Richie walked hand in hand. It’s seven pm already. She spent the past few hours with him.

“You owe me a kiss”she said as they stood in front of the girls dorm.

“You could steal it”he smiled.

“You’re too tall you know”she said, going to stand next to him to measure height and they both laughed. Her head stopping at his shoulder point.

“I’m not short though”she said.

“Off course you aren’t”he joked and she quickly stood on her toes and kisses him but he was quick to wrap his arm round her waist, stopping her from dropping her feet as he took charge on the kiss.

Capturing her lip in a fast pace, his arm remained on her waist while her hands on his shoulder.

It ended too quick and they smiled.

“No more debts?”he smiled.

“No more”she smiled and jumped on him, her legs encircled round his waist /, his hands on her @zz.

“Let’s kiss this way”she said and he smiled, capturing her lips immediately. His legs began moving till her back hit a close by car, he didn’t let go of her @zz, instead, he held it firm then gave it a squeeze, making her Mõ@ɲ with a smile as they continued kissing.

** NEXT DAY, COLLEGE **

All departments got a morning class today, so everyone is obviously on their way to class.

“There’s Vince!”Fiona beeped in excitement as the boys waved at them from a distance but Julie scoffed, walking away first.

“What’s with her?”May muttered.

Arabella winked at Richie who returned it as they both smiled.

“See you guys later!”Fiona waved and dragged Arabella along.

“What’s with the mood? You’re too happy”Arabella said and she smiled more.

“Vince replied my message yesterday and we chatted for exactly an hour”she blushed and Arabella had to stop walking to look at her before laughing out.

“What’s funny?”

“You got noticed of the time?”Arabella in mist her laughter.

“Hm hm”she nodded.

“Vince got to feel same way cause this… Gawd!”she screamed as they continued their walk to class.

“You’ve told Julie?”she asked.

“Yeah and she said cool”Fiona said and she nodded.

“That’s Alex, obviously waiting for you”Fiona said but she said nothing. Getting to the entrance, she was about walking past him but he held her hand.

“We’ve got an unfinished conversation”Alex said.

“I’ve got a class to attend”she said and he let go of her.

She and Fiona got seated on the front seat and between five minutes later, the hall was filled up as the lecturer walked in but to her greatest shock, Alex kept standing.

“Leave!”she mouthed.

“I’ll wait”he also mouthed.

“What the….”she muttered before giving the lecturer her attention.

Two hours later, the class ended.

“You stood right here for the two hours! Are you insane!”she snapped as she walked out. Fiona excused herself by leaving.

“Let’s talk somewhere else”he held her hand but she pulled it away.

“I’m not a kid!”she snapped and began walking while he followed.

She stopped at a silent passageway.

“Let’s talk here and be quick, I’m famished”she said.

“You talked to Richie?”he asked.

“Why? You wanted me to be sad and have broken up with him?”she scoffed.

“Exactly what I want”he said.

“We’re still dating, it’s our third day together and I would appreciate you don’t come in between”she said.

“So you’d go along with a murderer?”he asked as she turned to leave but turned back to him.

“Richie’s not a murderer!”

“He f-__-king his!”he raised his voice, already getting annoyed.

“You aren’t in any position to call him that!”she shouted.

“He obviously lied to you about it all and your naive self believed”he smirked.

“What the heck happened!”she shouted.

“He told you about taking Ryan out and saying those shits to me then going to the hospital to apologize and Ryan died?”he said but she neither replied nor nodded but her expression says yes, making him chuckle.

“I’m gonna f-__-king ki|| him! I swear!”he screamed and turned, walking away. Arabella didn’t go with him instantly but before she could get to the cafeteria, she met chaos.

Alex kept punching Richie nonstop. It’s not a fight cause Richie isn’t trying to fight back.

“Richie!”she screamed, rushing to them.

“Let go….”was all she could say as Alex used his hand to push her away. In a fast pace, she fell heavily, hitting her head real hard as blood flow out.

That brought Alex back to his senses.

“Bella!”

“Arabella!”
