“Come out. Now”. The Emperor uttered his gaze away from Jade who made to come out as told but the Emperor’s eyes widened more as he shifted back.

“What are you doing?!”. He questioned and Jade stayed back in the water.

“You told me to come out…

“Naked? Don’t you have a tiny brain in that head of yours?!”. The Emperor snapped and Jade scoffed wrspping her arms.

“Then give me something to coverup rather than insulting me!”. Jade snapped back and the Emperor’s gaze darkened.

“Did you just talk back at me?”. He asked his voice brewing with temper and Jade smiled gummily.

“Never. I dare not”. She replied with her usual annoying wink and the Emperor took off one of his robes throwing it at her and she gasped catching it instantly.

“Woah. This would cost a fortune…

“Sell it and have yourself to blame!”. The Emperor thr_@tened standing up to his feet and Jade put on the robe coming out of the water.

As water dropped down her wet hair and the hem of the Emperor’s white robe also. It was huge on her as she tied the tye on her waist side.

Then she stood face to face with each other the Emperor’s glare capable of sending her six feet and she scratched her hair.

“I…just…I was on my way to your chamber when i came across here…

“My chamber?”. The Emperor asked a glint of disbelief in his eyes.

“You gave my room to those two witches! And they won’t let me in!…

“Do you deserve it?”. The Emperor questioned and Jade’s eyes widened as she moved more closer to him.

“But I’m your only student! Shouldn’t i be treated like a queen amongst everyone else…

“You should and that’s why you’ll have the whole field to yourself now. It’s more than enough for you to sleep on and yes, don’t think about going to the dining without finshing your laps”. The Emperor said before turning to leave and Jade’s eyes widened as she ran to his front.

“Sleep on the field why?! What if it rains?! Please my handsome mentor! Do reconsider!”. Jade pleaded falling to the Emperor’s feet as he held his clothes.

“Let go…

“Please your majesty…

“I said let go”. The Emperor almost snapped and Jade let go of him walking back to the pool to undress and he blinked as his eyes followed her.

“What are you doing?”. Emperor Damien asked.

“Leave let me finish my bath”. Jade said facing him holding her robe tight like she was waiting for him to leave before she undresses completely.

“But this is my bath chamber…

“I already used it to wash away my feaces smelly body, so just leave and let me finsh my bathing. You can help me tell tgeaids on the way to get more petals I’m very hungry”. Jade said and for some seconds the Emperor’s mouth was opened a gap.

“You…want me…to inform the maids for you?”. The Emperor asked slowly his eyes strong.

“Yes. You can’t? Or you’re too big for that”. Jade asked and the Emperor nodded walking closer to her he did as if to attack her and when Jade made to scream he jumped into the water, his robe still on.

“I’m in now. So go out and relay your message yourself”. The Emperor said abd Jade frowned madly at him before jumping into the water also and his eyes widened.

“No! No! Get out you bath naked!!”. Emperor Damien shuued and Jade smiled as she tied her robe very tightly.

“See, i won’t undress again. So put your mind at rest…

“I didn’t permit you. Just go and let me have peace of mind you crazy girl”. Emperor Damien replied but Jade shook her head sharply.

“Girl? Just cause I’m fifty I look little to you? What if I won the Queen Selection process you won’t marry me cause I’m a girl?”. Jade scoffed.

“Don’t bring that up. Just bath and leave…

“I also wouldn’t want a man like you for a husband. I want someone like my Ming. I want a husband who would listen to me like my puppet and supports me no matter what! You’re the very big opposite so you’ll just teach me, I remove your sword and we’ll go our separate ways”. Jade uttered confidently as she began playing with the water and the Emperor in hidden anger, used his powers to throw her out of the water, then he pushed her out of the chamber locking the door loudly.

“But i didnt say anything wrong!!”. Jade yelled from outside the door before going on her way.

“Puppet? Nonsense”. The Emperor spat with a strong sneer as he relaxed his head backwards to feel the warmth of the water but a flash of Jade’s upper nakedness hit his head and he raised his head up instantly with widened eyes he balled his fist.

“I knew it. She’s a witch, she just charmed me! I need to cleanse my eyes immediately, and maybe my head to cause it won’t stop replaying in my head”. Emperor Damien said nodding in support of his thoughts as he instantly came out of the pool rushing out of the chamber.

DINING>>

All the trainees sat at the big dining table eating to their heart contents as they awaited both the Emperor and the Queen to address them.

“What’s all this? Gosh I don’t eat chicken, why must they believe every one loves that annoying animal!”. Asa snapped pushing her plate away and Bae scoffed while Nazia tookher food and ate it instead.

“You aren’t hungry Hani?”. Giselle asked beside Hani who held her spoon tight instead of eating with it.

“Why should I eat on the same table with poor beings?”. Hani clenched her teeth in rage and Giselle looked around only to see the girls from poor backgrounds rushing their food like their life depended on it.

“Everything ends tomorrow. Once we’ve been told our level of ehich you’ll be the one with the highest points no one would dare share the same table as you”. Giselle assured and Hani faced her.

“I’m sharing the same rank as that Mina girl so for sure no annoying thing is changing”. Hani muttered looking around.

“The witch’s not even anywhere to be found”. Giselle muttered and Hani only rolled eyes.

“I’m guessing I’ll be in level 2 by tomorrow, i did rubbish in my arrow $h00ting, sword fighting would literally be my highest points”. Cherry muttered as she stared at her food.

“I excelled mostly in spell casting. Gosh Mentor Shadow’s the best! He’s so precise and hoodlooking also. If I don’t get the Emperor i should atleast have him”. Sana said from beside her and Cherry scoffed.

Then suddenly the huge door opened and the Queen Mother walked in smiling widely while instead of the Emperor came, Kai came and Asa frowned.

Then Everyone stood to bow to the Queen in greeting.

“Do sit”. The Queen permitted and everyone sat.

“You all did marvelously well today and i would like to compliment your efforts”. The Queen Mother said and everyone smiled widely.

Then the Queen Mother faced Kai to speak.

“The Emperor sends his compliments also. Though most of us still haven’t found our root yet and take here for fashion parade we know with time we’ll still improve and make away with such slackishness”. Kai said his stern eyes on everyone and Asa’s eyes widened as she faced Nazia beside her.

“He’s talking to me right?”. Asa questioned pointing at herself and Nazia scoffed.

“He didn’t mention your name…

“But who else dresses like a Queen if not for me”. Asa questioned and Nazia only sighed deeply.

“It is on this same sense that I’ll inform us, on behalf of the Emperor that the first trial to becoming the Empress starts very early tomorrow morning and everyone from far and beyond will be here to watch your ski||s”. Kai continued and everyone gasped out.

“Yes of course we need some of you out to give way for the future Queen”. Queen Mother said and everyone gasped fearfully.

“Do enjoy your meal and by tomorrow night we’ll throw a big celebration for our quater-finalist!!”. The Queen Mother said and everyone cheered as Kai left the chamber first.

“Everything’s set my lady”. A slave said to Sindura who stared at the huge dark themed dining filled with lots of meals one last time before smiling.

“These are all his favorites. Even though he h@ťěs me, he wouldn’t resist eating these at least”. Sindura muttered assuring herself.

“Should i go call the Demon King my lady?”. Another slave asked.

“No! Stay here for me. I’ll call him myself”. Sindura said before leaving the dining her dark goen glowing behind her.

SECRET ROOM>>

“You’ve all gotten the plan now right?”. King Damon asked four of his most trusted men.

“Yes your majesty”. The dreadfully powerful looking men with dark aura oozing out of them bowed to their knees in response.

“Keep in mind it’s his army medallion we’re after. With that medallion I cam be able to control his army without his permission or presence, so ki|| him and get it for me”. King Damon said gritting his teeth as he baled his hands.

“He thinks making me marry his gullible daughter will make me his puppet? He has forgotten I singlehandedly ki||ed my father in steamy blood!! I h@ťě when I’m being controlled and I’ll use General Asura as an example to those strong officials out there who think acting as a kingmaker and controlling the King in secret is the best occupation to lead! I’ll wipe out anyone proving to be more powerful than me, one by one! Till i finally have supreme control and can challenge the heavens themselves!!”. King Damon yelled maniacally and his men only lowered their head more.

“Leave and come back victoriously! Then with the help of the Asura Army i shall fearlessly storm the teth province and acquire Damien’s head”. Damon smirked satisfactory and immediately his men hit their knuckles together and disappeared into thin air.

“Canceling my arranged wedding should come first. But then, let’s mourn our general first”. Damon laughed evilly before disappearing out of the secret room and appearing in his chamber only to mert Sindura there already putting few disorganized stuffs in order, but sighting him she ran to him taking off his cape as she went to hang it while he rolled eyes walking to his jewrlries box to take off his rings, but Sindura soon appeared and took it off for him

“You must be tired, after a long meeting. I prepared you your favorites but freshen up first….

“My favorite. Blood?”. Damom asked a look of disbelief in his eyes and Sindura scrotched her face in disgust.

“No! Roasted lamb….

“Roasted what?! Do I look like a god to you?! You know I’ve actually been wandering if truly you’re a demon! Is your name really Sindura cause its word apart in terms of your character!!”. Damon mocked shoving her away from him when she made to help him undress.

“That’s the name my father gave me. But you can call me Pearl instead my mother gave me that…

“Shut your crap and leave my room, don’t force me to ki|| you before seeing you cry your eyes out”. King Damon said and Sindura blinked in confusion.

“What do you mean?”. She asked moving closer to him but he pushed her away again and she fell to the ground this time around.

“Total weakling. Can’t even imagine a nightmare with you as my wife in it”. Damon spat harshly and Sindura stood up staring at him.

“You said i would cry. Why? Are you going anywhere? Will you leave me….

Sindura was interrupted by Damon’s loud laughter and she only got confused.

“You’ll cry if I leave you?! My hell! I should really leave then! You cherish me more than your own father?”. Damon asked and Sindura only stood quietly, then Damon walked to her his hand beneath her chin he raised up her face more to stare into his eyes.

“Put your mind at rest. I’m going nowhere, your father has and soon you’ll join him”. Damon said in a way that horrified Sindura as she pushed him away.

“You planned a couple against my father?!”. Sindura snapped and Damon quickly grabbed her neck tight.

“How dare you raise your voice at me?! This is the same reason why I sent an ambush to your old man! Always ordering and deciding for me!! Now that he’s gone you want to continue from where he stopped?!!”. Damon said throwing Sindura across the room and her back hit hard on the strong wall before she fell to the ground, then suddenly she sat up on the floor smiling at him.

“You won’t find the medallion with him if that’s why you want to end him so much”. Sindura said and Damon faced her with a serious look on his face.

“What do you mean?”. Damon asked and Sindura slowly got up.

“He left it in my care. He knew you would try to attack him cause of it some day. So even if you ki|| him you still have to marry me before you get the medallion or else no troop will listen to you!!”. Sindura smirked before leaving the room and Damon stared after her.

“So the old man whether dead or alive still wins?”. Damon muttered to himself before breaking into a crazy laughter.

Then in anger he flipped over a strong iron table right in front of him.

“Just little of this will make him fall for my scent. Jade might be the first to see his face but I’ll certainly be the one he sleeps with amongst the whole contestant”. Mina smirked to herself checking out her pretty cream transparent garment in the mirror.

Her makeup was heavy, with sharp lip tint and heavy jewelries for her adornment, then she twirled in front of the mirror smiling at her reflection.

Then with a smile she walked out of the room shutting the door locked only to come face to face with Hani who frowned.

“Where are we heading to?”. Hani asked scanning Mina’s look.

“Nowhere but to royalty”. Mina replied with a smirk before walking away her scent hitting Hani’s nose hard and Hani turned to glared at her.

“That scent’s highly seductive. Hope it’s Chief Ace and not the Emperor she’s planning to seduce with that”. Hani said before walking into the room, shutting the door.

Meanwhile Jade sat right on the floor in the kitchen eating the remains from the big metal pot with so much thrill and excitement in her head.

“I’m a way better chef than whoever cooked this. But we’re not ready for that talk yet”. Jade smiled as she continued eating to her heart content making loud noises with her spoon.

“They thought treating me badly would send me to my early grave, I’ll keep shoving my dirt into their eyes but first let me get rich first, they’ll know who they’re messing with….

“Is that the 500 laps you’re finishing up?”. A voice came from behind and Jade instantly stood to her throwing the pot to the floor and it made a very loud noise.

“That pot was very dirty. I was helping clean it up”. Jade replied confidently dusting her clothe. She was still in Emperor’s robe but not too wet like earlier.

Then she turned to face Kai who stood behind her, with a blue cloth in his arms.

“Take this. It’s the trainees uniform…

“Blue? Why blue? Will I get to where yellow like others tomorrow?”. Jade asked and Kai scoffed.

“Yellow is for improving students not the ones who hasn’t even touched a sword yet…

“But that’s cause your king refysed teaching me anything! Take this clothes back i deserve better! Give me yellow or nothing!”. Jade said looking away grumpily and Kai nodded.

“Okay i will”. Kai said and Jade smiled widely facing him.

“You’ll give me yellow?!…

“No! I’m giving you nothing, but taking the Emperor’s robe from you!”. Kai said walking to take off the robe on her but Jade shifted back.

“Are you a pervert?! I’m completely naked beneath…

“None of my business. The Emperor doesn’t want you in his robe and it’s my duty to make sure you take it off…

“What kind of duty is that?! You know I noticed you h@ťěd me right from the start but wanting to see my nube now is a big NO!”. Jade said and Kai scoffed throwing the blue dress at her.

“Just put that on and quit wasting my saliva…

“If she says no, then no! Not everyone likes the poorly desinged trainees clothes”. Asa uttered catwalking to them with her hands wrapped.

“Coming from who? A fashion god?”. Kai scoffed and Asa glared at him.

“I knew it was me you were referring to back then! Hey! You don’t know me, my father’s post in this Kingdom not a joke, so mock me again and face the consequences!!”. Asa thr_@tened and Kai in anger turned to Jade with aim of forcefully swaping the Emperor’s robe with the one in his hands but Jade was already gone and he sighed deeply glaring at Asa.

“You’ll regret what you just said to me. Mark my words”. Kai said before storming away and Asa only rolled eyes.

“What can a mere guard possibly do”. She scoffed.

NEXT MORNING….

<EMPEROR’S CHAMBER>

“Once the court meeting ends. The comtest will begin”. Kai said from behind the Emperor who stood in his white silk crop robe and short, his hair packed up in a tight bun his golden pin holding it tight and neat.

“I’ll get your royal robe from your wardrobe”. Kai said as the Emperor put on his mask.

“Pick the golden fit. Today’s the test of ski||s and wearing a royal gown isn’t fit for it”. Emperor Damien said to Kai who nodded as he made his way to the Emperor’s wardrobe, only to be met with a huge shock.

“What in heavens name?!!!”. Kai gasped out his eyes wide opened.

“What’s the problem?”. The Emperor asked making his way toward Kai but seeing the scene he almost fell to the ground loosing his stance.

It was Jade sleeping upside down right in his wardrobe. Her legs widely opened same with her mouth as her spoon was lying helplessly beside her cheek. The huge pot she was eating from last night was right next to her, widely opened as most of the Emperor’s robes were already touching the soiled pot.

She was still in the Emperor’s robe but because of the way she slept it could fall off her body any moment.

“What the hell?! Kai take her out of there before she stains my clothes!!”. The Emperor snapped but Kai stood back.

“What if the robe she’s putting on completely falls off, my eyes…

Kai was interrupted by the book the Emperor threw at his face.

“I told you to give her the trainees clothes last night didn’t i?! It’s your cross so carry it?!”. Emperor Damien snapped and Kai took off his shoe throwing it at Jade who unconsciously caught it and put it in her mouth thinking it was food, then she changed her position her almost loosed robe already exposing half of her upper skin.

“Will you leave your eyes wide opened you pervert?!”. The Emperor snapped throwing more at Kai who tried doging some, then to save himself he instantly used his leg to close the wardrobe and then let out a huge sigh, then both he and the Emperor sat tiredly on the floor letting out deep breaths.

“I’m fed up of her. She’s supposed to have a trial with the others this morning but she…this witch is still sleeping!!”. The Emperor growled standing to his feet and Kai stood up also.

“You shouldn’t have seized her room your majesty, now you have nothing to wear cause your coothes have been stained”. Kai said and the Emperor threw him a glare.

“Like i knew she’d sneak in here without my consent and what’s her deal with my clothes anyways! It’s getting out of hand!!”. The Emperor yelled and at the process Jade yawned from inside the wardrobe.

“Why’s everywhere dark and stuffy? I’m I dead?! Without making any money?!! My life ended just like that?! No!!!…

“Will swallow your annoying voice and come our of there!”. The Emperor snapped and he could hear Jade sigh in relief with a hit from her hand the wardrobe door burst open but she refused standing up as she still laid upside down, inside staring drowsily at the Emperor Kai who took few steps backwards incase she was possessed cause the black dots in her eyes were barely visible only blank white.

“I think she’s still sleeping…

“But she just spoke right now”. The Emperor sighed in disbelief as he held his waist, then Jade flipped her lashes.

“Is it morning yet?”. She asked, drowsily.

“No! It’s midnight you witch!!”. The Emperor and Kai snapped at once and Jade flinched in fear as the sleep finally left her eyes…
