“Your Majesty!”. Kai called in fright but instead of hitting Asa, the Emperor struck the ground instead and it divided instantly.

“Leave my sight and this kingdom together with the rest of your family”. The Emperor said his voice laced with so much h@ťě and anger and Kai quickly took the chain from him, incase he changed his mind.

Then the Emperor turned to walk back to his but Asa ran to kneel in front of him.

“Punish me instead. I’ll accept how many strikes you give me, but i don’t want to leave with my family, they’re all evil and I don’t want anything to do with them, just punish

“Don’t talk like you can take the strikes”. Kai cut her off.

“I don’t mind. I’m grateful to everyone who pleaded for me but–i don’t want to leave”. Asa mumbled sniffing as she awaited the Emperor’s reply and everyone curiously glanced at him also, while the Emperor only stood glaring down at Asa.

“Would you rather serve as a servant in the palace then?”. Emperor Damien asked everyone gasped loudly while Kai’s eyes widened.

“What?!”. Many exclaimed.

“What’s with the surprise look on everyone face? The Emperor’s actually being too lenient on her!”. Minister Zhou shook head in disappointment.

“Ye-es your majesty, I would rather work as a servant in the palace than leave the kingdom”. Asa replied her voice shaking as she spoke.

“It’s sorted then”. The Emperor said walking back to his throne and sitting dominantly on in.

“Thank you, your majesty!!”. Asa said bowing her head, before getting up from her knees and sadly joining the crowd who wouldn’t stop staring at her, Kai only sighed giving her a final glance before walking to stand behind the Emperor.

Minister Zhou wasn’t done speaking when The royal announcer climbed the podium with a different scroll and he together with everyone else blinked in shock wondering who was next.

“What’s that weasel doing up there? Hasn’t he called enough names from his scroll already?”. Minister Zhou rolled eyes.

“I have a bad feeling about this”. Minister Wei took in as he awaited for what the royal announcer had to say.

“Minister Zhuo, Ling, Wei, Zhang step forward please”. The royal announcer said and the mentioned Minister’s exchanged glances.

“Do you think we’ll be getting promoted?”. Minister Zhang asked in confusion as they were all hesitant to step forward.

“Promotion?! Finally!”. Minister Zhou smiled widely facing Han who shook head at him he winked before moving closer to the podium and the other minister’s whose names were mentioned stood beside him.

“As the highest ranked ministers in the whole tenth province, you all played a huge role in the distrust the people have against the officials of this kingdom. You all took part in bribery and corruption, funding of immoral houses in the city, refusing education for your younger servants, stealing grants and sponsorship issued by the Emperor to the people and also encouraging exam malpractice by helping the scholars at the last civil service exam cheat. As a result of that you all will be forced to step down fully from your titles, positions and wh@ťěver entitlement given to you by the palace, you’ll all have to return back wh@ťěver grants and sponsorhips you stole from the palace in fifty folds and also will pay the taxes of your whole district till the year runs out—-

“Father!!!!”. Han and Giselle shouted loudly as they ran towards Minister Zhuo who already fainted heavily to the floor, with his mouth wide opened as his eyes went shut, the shock was just too much.

“The rest of the ministers that had been suspended from their duties has only tommorrow to fully exit their office and positions as It’ll be occupied fully by more competent people deserving of it. Signed the Emperor”. The royal announcer finished and the whole court was placed into a huge tantrum, as the Emperor stood up from his throne, everyone went on their knees bowing as he walked out of the court.

“Your majesty please tamper justice with—

“If you’re interested in becoming an official, be it you’re a noble or an orphan, take the exam coming up next week and you’ll surely be appointed as an official if you’re interested, just be over 200 years of age”. The Emperor said sternly his gaze glaring at every of the other ministers before walking out of the court together with Kai, and the people cheered loudly happily.

“Long live the Emperor!!!!!”. Everyone cheered and chorused happily.

Everyone cheered happily while the demoted ministers only sat crying on the floor.

“The Emperor’s really trying so hard to force class on low status people like himself!!!”. Minister Zhang’s son Long said balling his fist in rage but immediately guards from no surrounded him and his eyes widened as he was urshered outside.

“Pay taxes for the whole of my district till the year ended?! But the year won’t be ending anytime soon?!!!”. Minister Ling shouted as his wife tried consoling him but he pushed her away.

Then Kai suddenly walked back into the court going straight to where Asa stood.

“Come with me”. He said and Asa nodded as she followed him from behind.

Then Asa noticed he was leading the way to the servant’s quarters and more tears escaped her eyes as she followed him from behind.

“You should have just left with the rest of your family. You’ll be treated lowly here and might likely get bullied for your family’s sins”. Kai said not turning to face her as he continued walking.

“I have no family again–

“Your mother?”. Kai asked.

“Her full focus will be on father now and how to find somewhere to stay, Nazia was the only family i could boost of, but you ki||ed her”. Asa replied her voice getting clothed with h@ťě and Kai stopped on his track guilt eating the whole of him as his fists tightened.

“I was only following orders”. He tried explaining but Asa already began walking away.

“I know my way. Don’t try to escort me, I won’t run away”. Asa muttered as she walked out on him and Kai stared after her hurting filling his eyes.

<EMPEROR’S CHAMBERS>

The Emperor walked angrily into his room and immediately used his powers to divide the huge bed into two, his veins popping out as his eyes became completely red with anger.

“She might take a century to return back to me? Why so long? Does she has to reincarnate?! Did he really have to ki|| her cause of the sword?!!”. Emperor Damien shouted destroying his reading desk this time around.

He had nearly been holding up all through his time in the court as he almost ran mad, but now the whole thing was over and he needed her back.

He had successfully cleaned up the whole palace for her so its time she returned. He had made everyone capable of hurting her, receive their own punishment so it’s safe for her to return now.

“I can’t wait for that long. I need to do something especially now that he’s not yet back in the heavens and still traveling to the demon clan. I have to get Jade back, safe and healthy”. Emperor Damien muttered to himself his eyes already calculating wh@ťěver steps he needed to take just to bring her back.

“Jade has suffered enough. I’ll make her happy this time around, she won’t pass through wh@ťěver did she in the past again, I’ll make atonement for my cruelty towards her and treat her well. She deserves the whole universe and I’ll give it her”. The Emperor said calmly to himself.

The demon marrying Damon and Sindura, was cut short when Damon grabbed Sindura’s waist pulling her to himself he slammed his lips on hers and everyone present in the dark themed wedding hall began clapping loudly.

“I didn’t say you may kiss the bride yet, but you’re the king so, just continue”. The demon priest said as everyone cheered the kissing couples, Damon wasn’t ready to let Sindura go when she broke the kiss forcefully pushing him away from her.

“Were you planning on suffocating me?”. Sindura frowned and Damon scoffed.

“We’ve got all the time anyways, let’s see if you’ll have any power to push me away tonight”. Damon smirked at her amd Sindura glared back at him.

They both looked dashing in their matching black robe. With Damon serving a hot demon king look, Sindura looked gorgeous in her dark makeup and attire.

“Report!!!!!”. A messenger shouted running down the aisle from the entrance towards Zucchini who stood behind the Demon king.

“What’s it?! How dare you disrupt the royal wedding?!”. Zucchini snapped as the messenger was forced to his knees by two demon guards.

“It’s–its really important general Zucchini!!”. The messenger stuttered panting from the too much running.

“What’s more important than the royal wedding?!!”. Zucchini shouted making to slay the messenger with his sword but a wave of Damon’s hands made him, as moved closer to the messenger his dark eyes staring cooly at him.

“Speak. And make it make sense if you love your life”. Damon warned and the mesanger nodded quickly.

“I was standing at the border as usual waiting for any incoming messages but then strong bright lights passed the sky and i looked up to check it out–your majesty it looks like Sheng–Sheng–

“Speak properly you fool!!”. Zucchini snapped.

“It seems Shanghai will be arriving here any minute your majesty—

The messenger wasn’t done when all the subjects in the hall and soldiers including the Asuras Damon took over from Sindara broke into laughter.

“Does this looks like the tenth province to you?! What’s Shanghai’s business with the demon clan?!”. Zucchini shouted in rage taking his sword to neck of the messenger and the messenger gulped down nothing.

“That old man h@ťěs trespassers so it’s only respectful if he doesn’t tresspass our land also. ki|| the fool for spreading fake news”. Damon waved letting out a scoff.

“What if he’s saying the truth?! Are you saying Shenghai can’t come here if he wants to? Why?!”. Sindura asked and Damon faced her.

“Just put your mind at rest Sindu not Sheng wh@ťěver is storming my palace! He dares not or else!!!!–

“Or else what Damon?”. A strong voice boomed loudly as the ceiling came crushing to the ground revealing Shanghai and the four gods descending from the sky to the wedding hall court through the celing.

Everyone began running for cover and thinking of the only safe place for them they went to hide behind their king who was more than shocked.

Shanghai angrily scanned through the whole place like he was expecting something from them, till Sindura though shocked went on her knees bowing her head to the ground.

“Welcome supreme ruler!”. Sindura said and Damon let out a scoff as he made her stood up.

“How many times do I have to tell you not to bow to anyone else but me?”. Damon frowned at Sindura who frowned back but immediately when Shanghai in anger summoned his sword everyone immediately went on their knees bowing.

“Welcome supreme ruler!!”. They all greeted and Damon glared at them all.

“I’m the supreme ruler in this kingdom!!! No one else!!!!”. Damon roared angrily before tightening his grip on Sindura’s arm and she whinced out in pain.

“You see what you caused?!”. Damon glared darkly at her and flinched fearfully.

“Let her go Damon, she’s the only sensible one amongst you and your people”. Shanghai said from where he stood and Damon let go of Sindura who nursed her arms.

“It’s Demon King Damon for you. Get it right, Old Hai”. Damon glared and Shanghai grinned calming his temper.

“Why are you laughing?! Do I look funny to you?! Wait– you think cause my ancestors who fought you are no more you can bully i and my people?! No way! No Shenge way old man!”. Damon sneered moving closer to Shenghai whose eyes widened and Sindura gulped down.

Shanghai turned to the god behind him.

“What’s with everyone and messing my name up?! First was that trouble making sweetheart of Damien and now this rascal just told me ‘No Shenge way’?! Does my name sound like a meme to all of them?!”. Shanghai snapped at god behind him and the other gods grinned secretly.

“No supreme ruler! Your name’s more than a meme”. The god Shanghai asked replied coldly and the other gods laughed more.

“More than a meme? How? So it’s a meme but a greater one?! Are you joking with me god of thunder?!”. Sheghai yelled facing that particular god, who happened to be the god of thunder and the god’s eyes widened.

“I-i was just answering your question?–

“Forget it!”. Shanghai said facing Damon back only to see Sindara standing right in front of him, everyone except Damon and Sindura had already ran away, Damon actually assigned Zucchini to lead them out secretly.

“Where are the people who were here just now?”. Shanghai asked looking around and Damon pushed tattered looking Sindara to Shenghai.

“Take her away. We give her to you, she’s the only evil one amongst us, cause i know thats what you’re here for, to separate the wheat from the shaft. Take her she’s the only shaft in this kingdom!”. Damon said confidently ignoring the glare both Sindara and Sindura sent his way.

“You can’t give my sister to him!”. Sindura said.

“Sindu! Sindu! He’ll treat her better! I might end up ki||ing her if she spends another night in my dungeon–

“Oh please!! Lord Shanghai take my husband instead! He’s the only nemesis in this kingdom!!”. Sindura said running to Shenghai and Damon’s eyes widened.

“Her sister’s the nemesis not me!! Imagine she sent Asuras! The strongest army in the world to attack your lovely tenth province and almost injured your favorite Damien! Isn’t that enough reason to punish and take her along?!”. Damon said and Sindura only threw him a glare as she moved closer to Shenghai.

“Come here Sindu Now!!”. Damon ordered but Sindura shook her head.

“No! Let my sister go!!”. Sindura shouted back and Damon scoffed facing Lord Shenghai.

“You see what your presence has caused, my timid wife now talks to my face? You know what, don’t take her sister again, just go back to where you come from, Our forefathers will judge our crimes amd punish us not you”. Damon said shooing Shanghai away as he slowly walked to take Sindura from him but Sindura ran to hid behind Shenghai instead.

Shenghai on the other hand stood hating himself for even showing his face at all, he felt more confused than he ever did in his whole existence.

“I told him not come here, the people here are all disorganized compared to the tenth providence”. One god said to the others and they nodded I agreement.

“No wonder the war between the demon clan and the Tenth province never ends. The demon king is too annoyingly crazy while the Emperor on the hand is greatly stubborn and commanding, bad combo, very bad combo”. Another god said sighing deeply and the others agreed as they watched Shenghai getting caught up in Damon and Sindura’s arguments.

Sindara on the other hand only watched quietly since a spell was used to seal her mouth clothe an she couldn’t even move from where she stood cause of the same spell also.

FOURTH REALMS>>

“I won again!!!”. Jade screamed jumping up cheerfully and the heavenly officials sighed deeply before bringing out wh@ťěver expensive things they had with them and handing it to Jade who smield widely as she sniffed the silver stone happily since that was the currency used in the fourth realms.

‘Dammy wouldn’t be happy if he sees me gambling but who cares. He can’t see me right now’. Jade chuckled as she counted the stones in her hand.

“But isn’t gambling against the rules of the heavens? We’re judgment officials gambling cause of this girl, won’t we get casted into hell?!”. One out of the three officials said and Jade shook head.

“You’re not gambling at all! This is just a game of chess! If i loose I give you my money if you loose you give me yours and as long as you follow the rules, you have committed no sin at all!”. Jade explained broadly and the guards sighed out in relief.

“Really? Then what are the rules please? I want to keep playing but don’t want to go to hell”. One of the officials said.

“The line for trial is getting longer, I think we should return back to work”. The second official said as he watched how dead people kept on multiplying on the line.

“Just play one last round. I promise not to charge you spiritual stones for it”. Jade said and they all gave her a suspicious look.

“If we don’t give you spiritual stones what else are we to give you then?”. The third official said.

Jade spoke but paused.

“Food? Here?! You’re unbelievable”. The officials scoffed almost walking back to their post.

“Why? Please wait!!”. Jade called after them but they were already busy once more and Jade frowned.

“I made them play with me, just so I could speak to the Emperor, but instead i got this useless stones instead!!”. Jade screamed throwing the whole stones to the floor then her eyes widened.

“I just threw heavenly money to the floor?! What if it’s gold in the tenth province!!”. Jade gasped as she ran to pick up the stones again.

“But What’s the use when I’ll soon get reincarnated as a baby and wouldn’t get to use the stones!!”. Jade screamed throwing the stones to the floor again, then she sat on the floor and began crying.

“Her madness never seizes”. One of the heavenly officers said as they watched Jade perform her madness.

“Jade”. A farmilar voice suddenly called and Jade only cried more on the ground, throwing her legs into the hair and the officials covered their eyes as they continued their duties, since her robe wouldn’t stop flying.

“Jade!! Quit causing the tantrum you know best and come here quickly!”. The voice said from behind her and Jade’s eyes widened.

Jade gasped as she instantly got up looking behind her in search of who it was that called her, but she only saw those firm farmiliar hands reaching out to her, the hand actually popped out of a cloud the body seemed to be at the other side of the cloud which Jade suspected to be the tenth province.
