“Your majesty!!”. Kai gasped when he rushed in and saw the Emperor falling from the air to his knees, one knee down on the floor while the other up.

“Why do you have to interfere in all my affairs?!”. Shenghai snapped storming towards the Emperor through the crowd, to the middle of the court, many paved way for him, till he got to the Emperor his eyes glaring at him.

“She doesn’t know what she’s doing–

The Emperor wasn’t done when Shanghai let out an annoying scoff. The other gods stood back at the podium staring sternly at everyone kneeling.

“You take me for a fool right? She’s wielding the forbidden sword and you’re telling me you nothing about it!!!–

“Stop shouting old man! I told you to leave I’ll finish things up!”. Jade snapped thunderously landing on the floor and thdthe breeze from her wings pushed everyone backwards, then she smiled creepily staring at each and everyone while they only shivered back.

Shenghai’s gaze widened as it followed her, then seeing the wide smile on her face he turned the Emperor.

“The trouble maker you wouldn’t let free you, she’s the one?! You’ve finally gotten her possessed?”. Shenghai questioned in an unbelievable look.

“I’m not an evil spirit to get anyone possessed, the sword you stole did that—

“Of course it would!! Who else removed it?! Was it the chosen one?! You got someone else to remove it through black magic and you expected it to happily go into that person’s arms?! You should know your own sword Damien!! You trained with it, for the past four hundred years! You should know how picky it is, about whom it should serve!!–

“But why Jade?! What did she ever do to get possessed this way!! And how could you even let that happen! When we need to remove the sword desperately you send your annoying lightening and now that it was black magic used you just sit up there and watch it happen?!!”. The Emperor shouted back and everyone only gasped loudly while only grinned loudly from where she stood.

Shanghai in anger stormed towards the weak Emperor who was still on one knee and was about striking him with his sword when Kai jumped in his front, going on his knees instantly.

“Our majesty is sorry supreme one. Please forgive him?!”. Kai pleaded bowing on his knees almost immediately everyone in the court also sent their heads to the floor, bowing.

“Please forgive our majesty supreme one!!!”. The all pleaded with shaky voices.

Shanghai scoffed in rare anger, while the Emperor rolled eyes at him, trying so hard to contain his anger.

“It seems I’ll have to ki|| you to trigger the demons in sheep clothing’s amongst your subjects. Cause no matter how evil they are they still cherish you so much, I love how they’re fully aware that you were caused just because of them, all because you went to war to save them all from demons Shanghai sneered at the Emperor.

“In wh@ťěver you do, just answer my question first”. Emperor Damien sneered back.

“Your majesty!”. Kai called but the Emperor ignored him.

‘How come this whole sword issue is so serious?! Mother’s finally destroyed me’. Mina thought in her head as she glanced at her mother who avoided her gaze.

“Now tell me who amongst you should get punished first”. Jade asked then she faced Lady Wang.

“You reek of dark powers. What have you been up to?”. Jade questioned moving closer to Lady Wang who shifted back.

“Wh-what are you talking about?!! Just get lost you daughter of a slave!!”. Lady Wang snapped loudly shifting backwards but it only angered Jade as she supersped towards her, then gripped the lady’s neck tightly with her long fingers and immediately Lady Wang began bleeding from her neck.

“I’m the daughter of a slave, but your daughter is the daughter of a witch! A full time one!!”. Jade snapped digging her fingers right into Lady Wang’s neck and immediately huge chunks of blood began pouring out from all sides of her neck, even her mouth and hear were excreting blood and everyone’s eyes widened.

“Jade stop!”. The Emperor shouted but Jade’s mind was a far off.

“Leave my mother alone you witch!!”. Mina screamed at the top of her voice, she was about rushing towards her when Shanghai appeared right in front of Jade and freed Lady Wang from her grip.

“Of course she’s a witch, but you’re in no position to ki|| her, leave vengeance for us the gods”. Shanghai said sternly to Jade and everyone’s eyes widened.

“Wi-witch? My mother?!”. Mina gasped turning to her mother to explain but cause of her excess bleeding from even the mouth, Lady Wang couldn’t speak.

The Emperor tried getting up but his pains only got worst and he went back on one knee, then he faced Kai.

“I’ve been meaning to tell you, but all these had to happen”. Kai said and the Emperor gave him a raised eyebrows.

“You’ve been meaning to tell me what?”. The Emperor questioned his two fists balled.

“Lady of the Wang household is truly a witch, sh-she’s the only one of her kind since the others has been ki||ed by us the moment they reach twenty”. Kai replied and the whole hall was plunged into a huge gasp.

“She’s a witch? It’s no wonder she couldn’t bare a male child, witches only birth girls so as to continue their lineage”. Mistress Gora scoffed.

“Can’t believe we’ve been living with such a creature all our lives?!”. Mistress Soni gasped.

“If She’s a witch, that means Mina and Sana also a witch?!”. Bae said and Sana’s eyes widened.

“No! I’m not a witch but your new Queen!! You all have no right to accuse me falsely!!”. Mina screamed at everyone, while they all just shook head at her.

“Giselle’s a lady and she’s your daughter so know how to choose words carefully father”. Han cautioned and Minister Zhou only scoffed at him.

“My wife can’t be a witch what are you saying supreme god?!”. Minister Wang let out troubingly.

“Where did you both first met? Wasn’t it in the forbidden forest?”. Shanghai replied haughtily and many eyes widened.

“No! She was dressed richly, she said she was the daughter of a renowned minister who loves traveling, and her father do render me support each time i wrote to him”. Minister Wang replied.

“Isn’t it obvious you’ve been fooled?! She lied and instead used her witchcraft to support you instead!!”. Jade sneered already loosing her patience and Shanghai faced her.

“I’ll be doing the revealing not you!!”. He growled.

“I’ll say wh@ťěver i want to say!”. Jade snapped back and that seconds Shanghai sent a lightening at her which she barely dodged.

“Once i free you from that sword? You’ll be in big trouble!!”. Shenghai thr_@tened Jade.

“You can remove the sword from her?! Why wait then instead of doing it now?!”. The Emperor yelled but immediately spat out blood from his mouth.

“Your majesty stop talking, you’ll only hurt yourself more”. Kai said.

“Leave him. That’s his punishment for disrespectfulness”. Shanghai spat turning away from the Emperor and facing Lady Wang, then with a wave of his hand he stopped her bleeding making Jade throw him a glare.

“You can heal a witch but not the Emperor?! Are you sure you’re not the genesis of this whole crisis old Shenge–

“What did you just say?!!”. Shanghai roared in rage making everyone panic, but Jade ignored him and went to the Emperor she knelt beside the Emperor and was about healing his wounds when he held her hand stopping her.

“Don’t do that”. The Emperor said and Jade scoffed.

“Suit yourself then. After all I never begged you to collect the strikes for me”. Jade said getting up from her knees, but the Emperor pulled her back down, making her glare at him, his hand holding hers tightly.

“Just stay put and might be freed”. Emperor Damien said holding unto her tight, but Jade became angry as she tried pushing him away.

“Let go of me!!”. She snapped trying to free herself from him but when she couldn’t, she used her other hand to set three people amongst the subjects on fire and like that they burnt to ashes making everyone’s eyes widened.

“She just ki||ed those people!!?”

“What kind of a devil is she?!”

Everyone panicked as she targeted another five people and burnt them with her phoenix fire instead, the Emperor instantly let go of her, throwing Shanghai who just stood watching a glare.

“Took you so long”. Jade sneered getting to her feet, as she brought out the forbidden sword.

“But i already planned everyone in this kningdom–So nothing’s going to change, this world would be a better place without suoernaturals who ruins peoples life!!!!”. Jade screamed raising up her sword to strike and burn everyone to death with the fire attached to the sword.

“You’re making a big mistake! Just snap out of it Jade!!!”. Emperor Damien shouted.

Everyone screamed loudly at the top of their voices running to take cover amongst themselves, some even running towards the Emperor, but before Jade’s sword could fufill it’s mission, a sword pierced through her chest from behind, it was shining but now dripping of Jade’s blood, everyone let out a sigh of relief while both the Emperor and Kai’s eyes widened.

The forbidden sword disappeared from Jade’s hand back into her chest, and Shanghai removed his sword from her chest, and pierced it back again at the same spot that he earlier stabbed her and this time together with vomiting out blood the forbidden sword ran out of Jade’s body and straight to Shenghai’s hands.

Then Shanghai finally removed his sword from her chest and Jade fell to the floor lifeless, her eyes wide opened her mouth releasing gallons of blood and her chest bleeding profusely.

“We’re free from the demon!!”. Minister Zhou shouted and everyone in the hall began cheering loudly.

‘May you rule forever supreme lord!!!”. Everyone happily prayed for Shanghai who only watched Jade’s corps slowly dissipate.

“No! No!! Jade!!”. Emperor Damien shouted crawling crawling towards Jade since he couldn’t get up yet, when he got to her, he took her into his arms, and his eyes came in contact with her wide opened eyes, as her body began disappearing slowly.

“Don’t fade away please. I can still safe you, you’ll survive this i promise Jade. Just don’t go!–Jade!–Jade!!”. The Emperor called shouting at the top of his voice when Jade finally began turning into air, and like that her whole body became breeze, nothing but air, for the first time seriously and truly a tear fell from the Emperor’s eyes, but it wouldn’t stop falling as it kept on pouring and pouring like his face was raining.

Ada sat on the ground crying slowly, Kai on the other hand, was still on his eyes his eyes completely red.

“Hail the supreme ruler, Lord Shenghai!!!”. Someone yelled from the crowd again.

“Hail him!!”. Everyone shouted victoriously.

“She died and I don’t feel too good, I should have treated her well if i knew she would die untimely”. Bae scoffed rolling eyes at the same time.

Mistress Yeri only consoled Asa, tapping her on her shoulders while Mistress Gora let out a sigh.

“Thank goodness those crazy powers were taken from my Jun, otherwise it would have been him in her place”. Mistress Gora said muttered her skin making her feel the creeps now.

“Too bad for her. Atelast she could live peacefully with her late mum now”. Mistress Soni mumbled, before rolling her eyes, like she didn’t mean what she said.

Cherry, Jun and Nazia were all blank and emotionless, they had straight faces on not even comprehending what ever just happened.

“She’s dead? She just died right in front of me? Shanghai ki||ed her for me?!”. Mina gasped laughing loudly like a crazy witch as she clapped her hands also.

“I can become the Queen without no troubles at all?! Wow! She took so long to disappear from our sight, The only daughter of a slave in our family has gone to greet her unfortunate mother!! Can’t today ever get more good!!”. Mina laughed rolling happily on the floor, while evryone kept cheering Shenghai loudly.

“That’s what you’ve been waiting for”. The Emperor’s low voice cut Shenghai off, and Shanghai without turning to face him but instead facing the multitude said nothing.

“You intentionally let her do wh@ťěver she did. You had the power to stop her, you could have changed everything!!! But you just stood there watching her!”. The Emperor said his anger slowly building up in him, and Shanghai finally turned to him

“You’re the Emperor of these whole kingdom, do not get moved by anyone or anything. I did what I did for everyone’s good including the dead one herself, her life in this life is already she’ll be sentenced to death for manslaughter anyways, she would have also died if she removed the sword also, the Yongxi royal curse would have surely met her if you made her the Empress!! You know that, and that was why you never wanted her to remove the sword, that was why you only wanted her to remain a mistress and nothing more, she was already destined to die untimely, No one can change that”. Shanghai uttered sternly to the Emperor whose fists was vengefully.

“What’s a Yongxi royal curse mother?”. Bae asked her mother.

“I heard from my grandfather that all the Emperor’s of these kingdom are not allowed to marry the one they love, or even crown them the Empress, they’re only allowed to keep as Mistresses and nothing more”. Mistress soni replied.

“What if they married the one they loved? What will happen?”. Bad further asked.

“She would go crazy till she looeses her mind and dies of suicide, and three hundred subjects dies along with her, to accompany her to the under world”. Mistress Soni replied and Bae’s eyes widened.

“If you noticed the late Emperor, never loved the Queen Mother, he only married her cause he had no choice and needed a Queen to ascend the throne, he only cared solely about Mistress Evie who later died at child birth”. Mistress Soni said and Bae gasped.

“Where’s Mistress Evie’s son now?”. Bad asked.

“His name is Danxu, he’s a big tyrant whom no one knows his whereabouts”. Mistress Gora who overheard them replied this time and the Queen Mother who knelt not too far from them scoffed.

‘They still thinks the Emperor is my son? My Danxu was forced to be seen as a Mistress son instead of the son of a real Queen. The late Emperor loved Damien more and didn’t want anyone to refuse him from ascending teh throne, so he made me adopt him as my own son, while he forced my own son, to be taunted instead. “The forbidden sword was vengeful and angry, it had spent years in the forbidden forbidden forest and had always awaited the chosen one to set it free, but only true love could help her with rhstthat, something you couldn’t give her when she was alive but now after her death, you’re crying?! The sword wouldn’t have surely removed if someone else except from her removed it, but then someone else removed it using her power”. Shanghai said turning to Mina who faced her mother.

“You removed the sword after your mother helped you stole the chosen one’s powers! You removed the sword with the powers your mother stole for you, not yours! The forbidden sword knows it’s master through his powers, but after you removed it, it sensed you aren’t truly the one with phoenix powers and went looking for it’s real master, it went for Jade and possessed her, just to make her pay for not coming to it, the sword wanted her to pay for not removing it from the rock. You both, are the genesis of thei whole problem”. Shanghai glared and everyone’s eyes widened.

“No! No supreme lord! It’s all my mothers doing! Mistress Gora, my mother both of them stole Jade’s powers when she was still a baby!! I was still very young then! I knew nothing!I—only did what i was told! I loved the Emperor so much that was why i agreed to use Jade’s powers to become the Queen but I really don’t know how they did all these!!”. Mina pleaded begging at Shanghai’s feet, the Emperor glared ruthlessly at her, and she avoided his gaze.

“Supreme Lord, I know I’m a witch but every over here started it!! They kept ki||ing my people, calling it a stupid tradition to eliminate witchcraft!! My parents were the ones who saved me! I had no powers till i was eighty but they protected me! My parents used their lives to protect me even when everyone tried ki||ing me, then–they finally ki||ed ny parents when they refused handing me over! I had to run from my village to reside here, I knew every one practiced the law here also but i h@ťěd no one! I just wanted a happy family, but you had to cheta me again by not giving me any male child and my husband, the stupid man when trageled far and near to purchase mistresses ruining the only home i ever had, I felt more hurt when he slept with a slave and she gave birth to an healthy daughter, even healthier than my own girls! I just wanted to take what has always been taken from me! I felt entitled to Jade’s powers since her mother ruined my marital life! And I really deserved her powers! I do! How can a mere slave sleep with my husband and bare him a child!!! Of course her daughter would pay for her sins!! I took her powers cause In all sense it was literally mine!! No daughter of a slave should be that powerful——

Lady Wang wasn’t done talking when the Emperor supersped to her, using his sword to stab her in the heart and the sword came out from the other side, while lady Wang’s eyes widened.

“Evil people like you, deserves to die”. The Emperor muttered deadly as he roughly removed his sword from Lady Wang’s chest and immediately she dropped to the ground her body disappeared.

“Mother!!!”. Sana cried loudly.

“What an evil lady!”

“This is what I’ve been saying, all these nobles believes they’re entitled to everything good we poor people have! She deserves something more than death!”

“The Wang family is the worse”

“You mean the dead girl was just a victim of the horrible sword?”

“Her fate’s really cruel”

“Can’t believe I was happy after her death, i deserve to be hanged”

“Mina Wang, you’ll be punished with—

“All of them. All of the whole Wang household should undergo cruelty!! Not only one but all of them deserves to be punished and then exiled from my kingdom!!!”. Emperor Damien yelled cutting Shenghai off and the whole Wang household’s eyes widended.

“Yes your majesty!!!!!!”. Minister Zhou shouted his whole veins popping out his neck and his bowed to the Emperor’s decree, Han only fumed silently in anger.

‘If Wang is exiled I’ll surely be the next Prime minister’. Minister Zhuo giggled silently.

“Just like that everyone forgot about I and my son’s atrocities? Hope it continues these way”. The Queen Mother heaved a sigh of relief but Shanghai soon faced her.

“I didn’t forget about you and everyone else who has broken the rules here Doni, One at a time”. Shanghai said in a blackmailing tone and the Queen Mother sat completely on the ground panting greatly, her mind already calculating how many punishments she would get, then Sheghai faced the Emperor.

“Damien let’s talk”. Shanghai said before walking out of the great court and the Emperor glared at Minister Wang before going forgetting what part that still hurt him.

<FOURTH REALM>

“You have no chances left to reincarnate, go into the timeless abyss where your fate will be decided whether you’ll end up in the heavenly realm or hell”. The heavenly officer said and Jade blinked profusely her hand shaking.

“Go now!!”. The heavenly officer shouted and the one he was talking to jumped into the huge round potter before them, shouting loudly in pain.

“Next!!”. The heavenly officer shouted and the next person moved closer.

“I’m the next after her? What I’m I doing here? Did i die? Will I go to hell?!”. Jade gasped in her head then she noticed her long hair was let loose and totally black, she was putting on a white garment and she looked behind her seeing the people waiting to be judged were behind her.

“What are they holding? Is that wine? Where’s mine?! I’m also hungry!!”. Jade said in her head, licking her lips as she noticed the small cup of wine on everyone’s hand.

“Next!!”. She heard and her body jerked up in fright as she moved forward.

The heavenly officer checked his huge scroll of record.

“You’ve been reincarnated for 9 good times and died tragicly, you were first exiled from the heavens—

The heavenly officer paused as he stopped reading to take a good look at Jade.

“You got exiled from the heavens?! How?! Wait–are you the late god of war?!”. The heavenly officer asked and many others waiting to be judged, even the heavenly officers around turned to her.

‘What’s the fool saying?’. Jade thought.

“Are you here?–

“What kind of question are you asking?! You gave everyone drink but didn’t give me anything, now you’re asking hungry me this illarious question what are you going to call me now? Heavenly Queen or Lord Demon himself!”. Jade snapped holding her tummy tight.

“Just answer the question–

“Give me food first, or I’ll report you all to dammy!!”. Jade cut him off and everyone exchanged glances in shock.
