✷INVITATION✷
_______________
“And where do you think you are running to woman? Don’t you think you’ve run enough?”He sneered.
___
“Huh?” She raised her brow.
“You think you can just leave without a trace after what happened that night?” Her hands still pinned above her head, his piercing blue eyes boring into hers.
“W-what do you mean?” she stuttered, his scent reminding her of that night—the night that changed her life completely.
“What do I mean? Are you seriously asking me that, woman? If your brain can’t recall how we burned together on that bed, how about I remind you right here?” His face was dangerously close as he growled into her ear.
Her eyes widened. He meant it. Every single word. He was the king of the entertainment world, after all.
“Let me go,” she demanded stubbornly, her voice barely audible. He let out a low, dark chuckle that sent a chill down her spine.
“Let you go? Oh, I’ll let you go, Tatiana. But not until you understand the consequences of crossing paths with me.”
Her pupils dilated as she remained frozen, not scared but shocked with the realization that Mr. King was the man she had a night with years ago. Dylan’s father.
Tatiana never thought he’d hold such a personality. Cassius has the same blue eyes, lips, and hair color. He is like the bigger version of her son.
“Why did you leave that night?” he inquired.
“I’m sorry… I was drunk and in a state of depression that night. I left because I was embarrassed. I’m sorry,” she apologized, her voice barely audible.
He remained quiet for a while, his gaze piercing as he observed her closely like a predator ready to pounce on its prey.
He released her hand, and she quickly held her towel.
‘Dylan,’ her subconscious reminded, and she wanted to tell him, but his words shattered that thought.
“Among all the women who wanted my Ďïčk buried inside them, you’re quite a different one.”
Tatiana almost gasped. “I’m not that type of woman. You know nothing about me, and that night was a mistake.”
“Oh yeah? I saw the way you stared at me hours ago. Like you desire me again.”
Tatiana clenched her fist beside her. He smirked at her fierce look; that’s exactly what he wanted to see.
As she made to speak, his phone rang, disrupting the moment. She watched him pull out his phone, and his gaze hardened.
“Well, I guess we’ll be meeting some other time, Tatiana,” he said, looking up at her, his jaw clenching. “Don’t even think of running again; you won’t like my next action.”
With that, he stepped out of the room, and Tatiana could finally breathe well.
“That was scary.” She made sure his footsteps faded completely before shutting the door.
___
After her encounter with Mr. King, Tatiana couldn’t get her mind off him. She couldn’t fathom the reason for his anger and had thought he would have forgotten her. But that wasn’t the case.
He seemed to have searched for her, thinking she was a wh-_-re. She couldn’t even bring herself to tell him about Dylan. Gosh, she felt like going crazy.
“Tatie, the apartment is ready,” Jolene informed her over the phone, and she headed to the given address.
It was a well-secured residence in the whole of Australia. Tatiana was able to afford it, thanks to her savings. She knew that money would come in handy someday.
She needed a place where Dylan would be safe; this was a monster den of a country, after all.
After settling in, Tatiana reveled at the comfortable apartment she had prepared after so much stress. Its architecture was grand and well-furnished. The lighting was soft and warm, illuminating the lavish decorations.
The air was clean and fresh, prompting a smile on her face.
“Tatie?” Jolene called, bringing in some boxes.
“Hey, easy, I told you I’ll pay some men to do this,” Tatiana said, taking the loads from her, and Jolene sighed.
“It’s fine. This is nothing,” Jolene chuckled.
“Jojo?” Tatiana raised a brow.
“That’s all, they’re not that heavy. This is the last one,” Jolene said. “Uhm, I’ve been meaning to ask.”
“Hm?” Tatiana hummed, unpacking the box.
“Are you really sure about this?” she asked, and Tatiana looked at her. “I mean, everything. I just wanna know if you’re fine.”
Tatiana smiled. “I’m good.”
“Great. I’ve found a company to sign you in, and you won’t believe it. Take it as a surprise tomorrow,” Jolene winked.
Jolene had always been a capable manager. She was like a sister from another mother, always helping Tatiana through thick and thin. Tatiana was sure Jolene was blaming herself for Isabella’s death, even though she tried to hide it.
That was why she had been trying so hard to help her ever since her return.
“Jojo,” Tatiana called.
“Hm?”
“Isabella’s death was not your fault,” Tatiana stated, and Jolene’s face dropped. Those words felt like something she had been wanting to hear badly.
The doorbell sounded disrupting the moment. Catelyn and Dylan walked in.
Jolene gasped seeing the young cutie.
“Mummy!” Dylan tiny voice bimmed as he ran to hug Tatiana.
“Oh sweet boy, I’ve missed you” She kissed her cheek and he giggled softly.
“I missed you too” He answered and Tatiana kissed him again.
Dylan gaze went to Jolene. “Aunt from the video call”
Jolene remained frozen, her lips parted as she stared in awe. ‘Cute! Cute! Cute!’ those were the words ringing in her head.
“Jojo?” Tatiana’s voice bought her back to her senses.
“Dylan” Jolene crouched before him and held his tiny hands.
Dylan pouted. “Are you about to cry?” He asked innocently as he blinked those adorable eyes.
“I am just to happy to see you” Jolene chuckled.
“Me too” He replied.
“Do wanna play. I and your mother prepared and awesome room for you, wanna see it?”
“Yes!” He chimmed.
Tatiana watched Jolene take Dylan to his room.
“She didn’t even recognize my presence, just how cute you son is?” Catelyn teased and Tatiana smiled but it disappeared almost immediately.
“I’m sorry about Isabella” Catelyn consoled.
“Thanks” Tatiana nodded. “I met Dylan’s father yesterday”
Catelyn eyes almost popped out of it’s socket. “Really?”
“Yeah, and I think he h@ťěs me for leaving that night” She added.
“Did you tell him about Dylan?” Catelyn asked and Tatiana bit her lips. “You didn’t?”
“I couldn’t. He thinks I’m a wh-_-re. He h@ťěs me and I did a few research about him last night and…” Tatiana paused to take a deep breath.
“And what?”
Tatiana looked at her and announced.
“He is engaged”
___
That night Maya stared at her husband’s handle on the media. He posted a picture of them staring each other with a bright smile. Maya was wearing a long-sleeve yellow gown and her husband was putting on a suit.
Fans wished they could have a marriage life like hers. The post has millions of likes and thousands of comments.
As she check out his old post, Maya heard the return of her husband, Mason and quickly head downstairs to welcome him.
“You’re back” She smiled and took the bag from him. He didn’t reply, it was something she was used to.
Mason head straight to his room to freshen up and Maya went to the kitchen to serve his meal. Her nightwear covered almost every part of her body except her face.
After serving, Maya waited for Mason until he was back. He entered the dining room, still not uttering a word to her. Opening the meal, his gaze darkened.
“Honey, what is this?” Mason asked, his voice lacing in anger as he gazed at the dinner table. “I specifically asked for the famous chicken parmesan, and what do I see? Vegetable stir-fry and a sided soup!”
Maya trembled, her eyes wide with fear as she took a step back. “I-I thought it would be a nice change of pace, dear. I didn’t mean to upset you. It’s cold outside, the soup will warm you up.”
Mason’s jaw clenched. “A nice change of pace? You know I h@ťě vegetables! You’re always doing this, Maya. Always disobeying me, always disappointing me.”
“I’m s-sorry, Mason. I’ll go make the chicken parmesan.”
Mason’s eyes narrowed, his voice menacing. “The f-__-k? Do you think I’m going to wait?”
Maya breath halt as she stared at him, her face contorted into fear.
“Come here” He ordered and Maya’s heart skipped a beat.
“Mason I…”
“Just do what I ask, goddamit!” He roared and Maya shrink, still not able to move. Seeing this, he stood and grab the soup, pouring the hot content on her arm.
A loud painful scream resounded the four corners of the room as the soup burned her skin. Maya staggered and crumpled to the floor, hitting her head on the table behind.
Mason’s eyes widened seeing this.
“$h|t!” He cursed running to her. He grabbed her face and observe it close, the fall had inflicted a small bruise on her forehead which made him hissed.
Maya shivered on the floor, her delicate skin stings so badly and tears streamed down her face.
“Ɓîtçh” Mason mumbled. “You know that face of yours shouldn’t have a mark. Are you trying to piss me off today?”
He grabbed her hair and she winced. He punched her stomach and her breath siezed. His hit added more pain to the wound which had been there before.
“You f-__-king old hag, I told you I h@ťě hitting you but you kept getting on my f-__-king nerve” He growled and punched her again on the same area. Blood slipped out of her lips and her eyes turned blurry.
Mason released her hair and her head slumped forward He sighed gazing at her with no remorse, his lips slowly curved up like a devil.
“Get your @zz upstairs in twenty minutes. I need that hole of yours to f-__-k. If I don’t see you, I’ll use that pole of mine. It won’t be a bad idea to use it on you tonight.” He grumbled and Maya began to sob hard.
He left her sitting weakly on the floor, her body ached badly but she force herself up using the table as support.
Slowly, she head upstairs to the room where the man monster was waiting for her.

[KING’S COMPANY]
Cassius sharp gaze remain on the morning lastest news. Tatiana’s return had caused quite a stir.
She left without a trace after tarnishing her marriage. Then return after her sister’s suicide incident.
His eyes squinted reading the comments about her. Many of the Neitezens called her names, they said she won’t be any different as Isabella and would end up like her.
Her reputation is definitely bad even if she wants to return.
Cassius recalled the moment he had with her.
Her skin, radiant and flawless, her eyes hazel-green, her nose was delicate slope, her lips a rosebud’s promise, full and inviting. She looked even beautiful than the past.
“Hey!!!!!!” He heard an insane scream accompanied with the fast loud stomping of feets approaching.
“f-__-k” He muttered knowing who it was.
His office door flew opened revealing his crazy assistant. Hudson. He was breathing so hard with sweat all over.
“Did you see the news?! Did you see the news!!” He yelled at Cassius.
Cassius took a deep breath, he snapped “I’ll f-__-king ki|| you if ever barge into my office like that!”
“Tatiana is back! My idol!” He yelled again.
“Must you get on my nerve everyday. Yes I saw the news about the idol you kept rambling about years ago” Cassius grumbled.
Hudson won’t stopped talking about her years ago. He talks about her movies almost all the time and Cassius shows no interest in her or her appearance.
It turned out Hudson’s idol was the same woman he had a night with. Hudson doesn’t know that yet, only one of his spy knows about it.
“Gosh all her movies was awesome! She only acted five and they are all a hit years ago. It is sad she left, gosh I miss her so much” He squealed.
Cassius tapped his finger consecutively on his table, his expression blank.
“I wonder what’s with the crazy scandal all around her. She definitely isn’t that type of lady…”
“What date did her marriage tranish?” Cassius suddenly asked.
Hudson smile dropped. “Ha.. I heard she broke up with the CEO of Stardust company, Nathan Redmond. It was around September twenty-two, the day yunno.. the day your mother had an accident” Hudson swallowed knowing Cassius h@ťěd that discussion.
Cassius didn’t look upset, instead, he stared into space. That was the same his mother had an accident and he tried to distract himself with a woman. A twist of fate happened and Tatiana showed up that night instead.
Nathan Redmond, the CEO of stardust entertainment company.
Stardust company is like an ant compare to his.
___
[STARDUST COMPANY]
Nathan sat at his black shinny chair, his lips curled up into a dark smile staring at the news. Tatiana is back, how interesting.
Flynn came into his office and bow. “Sir you called”
“An old friend of mine just return” He stated and faced Flynn.
“I saw it too sir. There’s no entertainment company that would want to take her in, due to her scandal. Her name is tarnished beyond repair”
“Hmm” Nathan chuckled. “We should give her a warm welcome then” he grin as his pupil dilated with excitement.
___
“$h|t” Jolene cursed as she remain seated before Tatiana.
“What’s wrong?” Tatiana asked.
“The company I told you about just withdraw. They don’t want to sign you in anymore. What dare they!” Jolene snapped. Her temper is something else.
Tatiana had expected this already so she wasn’t surprised.
“We should try another company. I’m sure one of them would accept. We’ll just keep trying” Tatiana stated and Jolene nodded even though both of them knew there is a slim chance of getting one.
“I’ll work on it” Jolene said but a message popped on her email.
She froze and blinked severally just to make sure she wasn’t seeing things.
But as reality dawned upon her, her eyes widened almost popping out of its socket.
“Tatie” Jolene called and Tatiana gave her a questioning look.
“What?”
“You got an invitation”
“Really? From who?”
“From Stardust entertainment company” Jolene replied and Tatiana face turned paled.
Nathan invited her. That @$$h0le!
But before she could react, Jolene saw another message and scream, standing to her feet. Other customer gave her a questioning look.
“What is it?”
Jolene blinked several times before replying.
“Kings entertainment company sent an invitation too!!!!! What in holy hell!!!!”
