!!Yes… She knew she didn’t deserve Newton after everything that happened five years ago on their 18th birthday.

It kept replaying in her head, and she picked up the pen to sign the divorce papers…..

She signed the papers, and Jarvis smiled, collecting the papers from her.

“Thank you for signing the papers,” Jarvis said with a crooked voice.

“I did what you asked me to do,” Joanna said.

“Not all, I still have more requests,” Jarvis said.

“And what’s that?” Joanna asked

“You should leave the house you’re no longer married to Newton, so leave,” Jarvis muttered with a smirk.

“You’re not serious, are you?” Joanna asked

“Does it look like I’m joking? You have to leave because your service here is no longer needed, you see.” Jarvis said.

“I can’t do that, I will wait to inform Newton. He needs to give me his permission before I leave, I’m serious,” Joanna said.

“I guess you want it the hard way,” Jarvis muttered, taking her hand before dragging her out.

Then she locked the door. She went upstairs and put all of Joanna’s belongings into her luggage, then went downstairs and threw the luggage outside, then locked the door.

While Joanna kept banging the door, nevertheless, Jarvis didn’t hear her.

Joanna cried for a while before she wiped her tears. She knew she had made a mistake by signing the papers, but she felt guilty for what had happened to Jarvis five years ago.

Jarvis sat on the chair with a bright smile on her face. She was just too happy.

Joanna signing the divorce papers and her being with Newton again everything was just so overwhelming.

She loved the way her sister would slowly abide by her will and she had been using what had happened five years ago against Joanna.

“My sister is sure crazy, a fool,” she laughed murderously and stood up.

Then she walked to the kitchen, where she saw Alison making breakfast.

“What are you making?” she asked, and Alison looked at her. Her tone, everything, was just so different she immediately knew that it was Jarvis.

“Joanna said I should prepare mashed potatoes,” Alison replied.

“I don’t want that you can just prepare macaroni,” Jarvis said.

“But I’m already preparing it,” Alison said.

“Are you arguing with me already, huh?As you can see, the real owner of the house is back, so you will simply do what I asked you to do,” Jarvis fired at her.

“My boss is not yet married to you, so I’ll prepare the mashed potatoes,” Alison said, but a slap landed on her cheek.

Jarvis walked to her and grabbed her hair… Alison cried in pain… Jarvis just smirked.

“Do you think I’m Joanna? Oh no! I’m Jarvis I’m different from my sister.”Jarvis said, as she grabbed her hair harder.

Yeah, this woman here was so different from Joanna… She’s a monster.

“Are you going to prepare the macaroni for me, or do you want it the hard way?” Jarvis asked.

“I’ll prepare it,” Alison quickly said.

“Good girl,” Jarvis said and released her.

“If what I did gets to your boss, not only will I remove every strand of your hair, but I will also break your teeth,” Jarvis muttered.

“Sure, I won’t inform my boss,” Alison muttered, and Jarvis smirked.

BURIAL GROUND**

Mr. Fallon’s body had already been buried, and Jimmy and Angel turned to leave when the reporters swarmed them.

*Sir, we have seen this girl with you on different occasions!

*We just want to know who she is to you!

*You have always been single, so we wouldn’t be surprised if she’s your girlfriend!

*We just need you to say the word.

Jimmy looked at Angel, who was standing like a statue. This was the right moment for him to introduce her to the media, and then his friends would follow suit.

He grabbed her and gently placed his hand on her waist. Angel looked at him.

*Sir, we need an answer!

“You are all suspiciously right, but she’s not my girlfriend, but my wife,” Jimmy said, and Angel looked at him. He smiled back at her.

*When did you guys tie the knot?

*Was it after Mr. Fallon’s death or before his death?”

“Actually, it was before my dad died, and he was aware of it… This girl here is my life… My woman, and I’ll sacrifice the whole world for her,” Jimmy said, and Angel didn’t know when she smiled.

“Sure, we will get married again, so I’ll let you guys know when the date is actually fixed,” Jimmy muttered.

Angel’s eyes widened when she heard that, and Jimmy moved his lips to her ear.

“Wifey, there is nothing bad in just a kiss,” he muttered, then he cupped her face in his hand and placed a light yet tender kiss on her lips.

*At this rate, I think I’m going to faint.

*This is so amazing!

“If you wish, can we leave?” Jimmy asked.

*Sure!”

He took Angel’s hand, and they walked and got into their car. Angel faced him.

“What was that you pulled over there? Do you know the video will go so viral?” Angel said.

“And I don’t care I want the whole world to know that you’re mine, that you’re my woman, and don’t tell me you didn’t enjoy what I did out there,” Jimmy asked.

Angel looked away from him and smiled.

“You see, you love it,” Jimmy said.

“Stop dreaming,” Angel said, and Jimmy chuckled.

In a secluded area, Mikel’s phone popped, and the video of how Angel and Jimmy kissed showed on his phone.

Since she left… No, since he broke up with her, his life had been miserable. He regretted ever leaving her.

He cursed his mother for giving him a bad idea to let go of the woman who was ready to sacrifice her life for him.

He really lost a gem.

The principal walked inside the hall and stood beside the pulpit, immediately the students saw her they kept quiet.

“Hello Everyone,” the principal said, and the students just smiled.

“So as you all know, the year semester is coming to an end, and the seniors are graduating.” The principal paused, then continued.

“This will be the first time we are going to be hosting our prom night with both the juniors and the seniors.” The principal said, and the students murmured in excitement.

*Awnnn!!

*That’s nice!!”

“We would only do this prom night if you all pass your exams excellently, so we would love you all to prepare for the exams, then the prom night. Remember, you all have to choose your partner, because there will only be one prom queen and a king.” The principal said again.

“And good luck to whoever will be winning this year’s king and queen.” She said, and the students clapped.

*It’s sure me and my partner!!

*No, it’s I and my partner!!

*Who can beat against me and my partner!!”

Piper just rolled her eyes on hearing that. The prom night hadn’t even come, and they were already arguing about who was going to win. She saw Kiss and walked up to him.

“Hi.” She said, and Kiss smiled before giving her a kiss on the cheek.

“The prom night, will you be participating?” Piper asked.

“I’ll only participate if you score an A.”Kiss said.

“What.” Piper widened her eyes.

“Yeah.. Score an A, and you’ll be my prom queen.” Kiss said.

“Sure.. I’ll try my best.. I’m studying already I’m always paying attention to the lectures.” Piper said.

“I trust my girl.”Kiss said.

“But you don’t have to be rude what if I don’t score an A?” Piper asked.

“I know my cutie doll you will score an A.” Kiss said.

“Do you trust me that much? Huh?” Piper asked.

“Yeah.” Kiss replied, and Piper smiled. Then Kiss pulled her closer, inhaling her candy scent.

“I love your perfume.” Kiss said.

“Is it the perfume you love, or my body?” Piper asked.

“Both.” He replied.

Newton came out of the conference room, same as Leo. He picked up his phone and dialed Joanna’s number, but it wasn’t going through.

“Why are you feeling nervous?” Leo asked.

“Joanna isn’t picking up my call,” Newton replied,

“She might be angry with you,” Leo said with a wink.

“Come on, I didn’t offend her at all, I’m not sure I did something wrong to her?” Newton said.

“Let me try calling her.” Leo said. He also dialed Joanna’s number, but it wouldn’t go through.

“Did she pick up?” Newton asked.

“Same thing, it’s not going through.” Leo said.

“I guess I’ll just have to go home. It’s almost closing hour.”Newton muttered.

“Sure.” Leo replied.

Newton came out from his car and rushed inside his mansion.

“Joanna.” Newton called, but Jarvis stepped down the stairs.

“You’re back,” Jarvis asked, and Newton rolled his eyes. He recognized her immediately.

“Where’s Joanna?” Newton asked.

“She left already,” Jarvis said.

“What do you mean by that?” Newton asked.

“She said she’s tired of this marriage, so that’s why she left. I know you might think I’m lying, but check that out,” Jarvis said, handling over the divorce papers to him.

Newton scrolled through the divorce papers and shook his head.

“It’s not my Joanna… No, it can’t be,” Newton said, and Jarvis smirked.

“That’s the fact, Newton… She left and signed the divorce papers… She claims you weren’t treating her well, and she was tired of this hellish marriage,” Jarvis said, and it was like she unlocked the beast in Newton, as he grabbed her and started choking her.

“I wouldn’t repeat this again… Where’s my wife?” Newton asked, choking her, and Jarvis could swear that if he should release her, there would surely be a mark on her skin.

“I swear to you, I don’t know where she is… She just took her luggage and left,” Jarvis said.

“She didn’t leave on her own, I know you said something that made her leave… Now tell me, what did you say to her?” Newton asked with a cold voice.

“I just reminded her of an incident that occurred five years ago, that’s all,” Jarvis coughed as Newton released her.

He rushed out of the mansion immediately, and the rain started falling dangerously.

Joanna squatted on the floor with her luggage beside her, she was shivering as the rain hit her hard.

Her tears were invisible because of the rain.

She h@ťěs this life… Just when she thought she found her happiness, someone with whom she could collide, all this had to happen.

She h@ťěd herself for everything that had happened five years ago, but she h@ťěd herself more for signing the divorce papers.

She suddenly looked up and saw Newton standing beside her… Was she hallucinating? No, she wasn’t, because he was really standing beside her.

She sprang up immediately, and Newton made to take a step towards her, but she stopped him.

“Stay away from me, Newton you’d probably h@ťě me if you find out about what happened five years ago,” Joanna said.

“I don’t care,” Newton said and took a step.

“I’m serious… Stay away from me,” Joanna said, but he ignored her and ran to hug her.

Just the warmth of his embrace made her think about what had happened five years ago.

FLASHBACK BACK• FIVE YEARS AGO**

It was their 18th birthday, and Joanna rushed inside the room to see her sister, Jarvis, sleeping soundly on their bed.

She rushed to her and shook her, then Jarvis blinked her eyes open.

“Today is our birthday, and you’re sleeping today is supposed to be a memorable day for both of us,” Joanna said.

“I’m not interested,” Jarvis said, and she was about to sleep again when Joanna tapped her.

“Come on, let’s go and make today a memorable day for both of us… We’re no longer sweet teens, but we’re youth now… It shows we’re getting matured,” Joanna said.

“Where do you suggest we go?” Jarvis asked.

“My friend recommended a club it’s one of the best in town… We can go partying and enjoying our lives. Please, sis,” Joanna pleaded.

“Sure,” Jarvis said, and Joanna smiled.

They went to the club and the waiter ended up serving them alcoholic drinks instead of non-alcoholic drinks that they had requested.

They ended up drinking more than expected, in fact they drank more than they shouldn’t have.

“Jo.. I’m going to the restroom.. I can no longer hold it.” Jarvis said drunkenly.

“Sure.. I’d just wait here.” Joanna said and slammed her head on the table while Jarvis went ahead to use the restroom as she had said.

She went to the restroom and used the facilities, and she was about to come outside when she bumped into a man.

She look up and her cute poppy innocence eyes met with a cold and dangerous face.

They were two and she made to leave but they hold her hand and pushed her into the restroom then they locked the door.

“What are you guys doing?.” Jarvis tipsy voice said.

“Shut up and let’s do our business. ” the two men said and started unbuttoning their shirts.. They ended up raping her.

END OF FLASHBACK**

“Yeah, they R@P£D my sister. If only I hadn’t suggested that we go to the club, then they wouldn’t have R@P£D her. I am behind her misfortune. She h@ťěd the way their touches felt on her, and then she started sleeping with different men just so she couldn’t feel their touches on her. She would have ended up with you, but her crave for segz didn’t allow her to stay.” Joanna shouted.

“You asked me why I would allow my sister to belittle me, and I said, what would a sister have done? I did all I did for her sake, just for her to be happy. I know you h@ťě me now, and I deserve it. Please just go back to my sister else, she’s gonna be hurt. I don’t deserve you, Newton.” Joanna said.

“You think I’d h@ťě you, and that you don’t deserve me? All that happened to Jarvis was because of fate. We’re not the ones who write our destiny, but the Almighty did. Our fate has already been written we’re meant to be together, and please don’t push me away from you…” Newton said as the rain continued to hit them.

“Newton, I don’t deserve your love…” Joanna said, and Newton claimed her lips.

“Can’t you see I love you, dummy? I love you, and if you keep pushing me away, I might just die…” Newton said and pulled her close, reconnecting their lips, and Joanna wrapped her hands around his neck.

The rain made the kiss hotter.
