He started sucking, his mouth gentle yet insistent, leaving a deep hickey on her skin.

Maya’s eyes widened at his touch as much as she wanted to push him away, but she couldn’t because his grip on hers was strong.

He was stronger than her.

His lips kept giving her love bites, and if she walked outside, no person would notice it because the hickey on her neck was quite visible, except to a blind person.

Drake suddenly twisted the door knob and entered at the same time, shocked to see what was going on.

“Is he interested in her?” His subconscious mind told him, and he smiled.

For the past few years, he has known Antonio, and he has never seen him pay attention to any lady.

No woman was ever able to tame that little monster in him.

He wasn’t attracted to any woman.

But this dancer, he’s getting attracted to her?

Antonio stopped trailing his kisses on Maya, and she couldn’t help but thank Drake for coming in at the right moment, or else she didn’t want to think about what would have happened.

Antonio’s gaze landed on Drake then, he faced Maya, who wasn’t even staring at him.

“You can leave,” Antonio told her, and she bowed before running out of his suite.

Antonio walked to his table to pick up a weed and a lighter, then he began puffing out smoke.

“Why did you come inside like that? How many times do I have to tell you that when coming inside my suite, you should always knock? You have hands, you just ruined my moment with her.”

“Do you like her? She’s the first lady I have caught you kissing.”Drake smiled.

“Don’t ask me questions about my question.”Antonio muttered.

“Quit acting… We’re the only ones here… I want my friend back.”Drake muttered.

“You’ve lost that friend if you don’t know have you forgotten that I’m the devil?”Antonio said, puffing out some smoke from his mouth.

“I haven’t forgotten… I want my friend, the devil’s friend, back. So, do you like that dancer girl?”

Drake winked and asked.

“I don’t have a heart, so I don’t have anything to bring me feelings or emotions. I also don’t have feelings.”Antonio said.

“Why do I feel like that girl is going to give you her heart, and you’re going to love her also? Then, it’s going to be a happy ending after.”Drake murmured, and Antonio scoffed.

“Stop being delusional, there’s nothing like a happy ending in my world… It’s always a sad ending! the devil has to change the story.”Antonio muttered.

“Can’t I crack a joke? I was expecting you to laugh.”Drake pouted his lips.

“The only thing that brings a menacing laugh to my face is me watching the world turn into a ruin.”Antonio said, and Drake rolled his eyes.

Max and Pussycat finished fighting their challenge, and it was Max who won.

“Aren’t you going to ask me anything, and I’ll gladly do it?” Pussycat muttered, and Max turned to her with a smile.

“You have asked this question for the umpteenth time now, and I have replied.” Max said.

“It’s not fair, you need to ask me something. The rules of the game said anyone that wins can ask for anything they want. You won, so you have to ask me for something.” Pussycat muttered.

“Uhm.. Can I think about that?” Max asked, and she nodded.

“Yeah, I’d like to see your feedback.” Pussycat whispered, and Max laughed.

“You’re cute when talking, I like your voice.” Max said.

“Uh.” She blinked her eyes, and Max was about to reply when he heard a loud clap from behind, he turned back only to see Speedy.

“Wow, Max, why don’t you just tell me you’re interested in her, and you’re fed up with me.” Speedy said.

“It’s not what you think,” Max muttered, and she blinked her eyes.

“It’s not what I think? you clearly said you love her voice, and it’s not what I think? how am I sure that it’s not her bedroom voice you love?” Speedy spat at him.

“Hey.” Pussycat shouted, putting a finger at her.

“Hey, what?” Speedy shouted at her.

“I’m not a wh-_-re.. I can never be one.” Pussycat yelled.

“Well, you look like one, look at you both sweating, and my boyfriend said it’s not what I think, he said he loves your voice, and it’s not what I think.” Speedy yelled back at him.

“You just took it wrong, it wasn’t what you think, as he said.” Pussycat muttered.

“If you weren’t near him, would he have said that he loves your voice? I wonder when you both started talking, and isn’t it clear that I want you to stay away from my man? He’s off-limits, and if you’re too desperate, you can go find yourself a boyfriend.” Speedy shouted.

“Babe.” Max held her hand, but she released it.

“Do you love me at all… Can’t you see they want to steal you away from me? I asked you to stay away from them… If they try talking to you, just ignore them, but you… It’s obvious you enjoy their company more than you do mine.” Speedy said.

“I’m sorry.” Max said.

“I’m not going to cause a commotion today… You can have all the time together.” Speedy muttered and walked out.

“Babe.” he called, but Pussycat held his hand.

“Let go.” he yell and released his hand from Pussycat’s before running after Speedy.

Pussycat ran her hand through her hair.

“Yeah, I’ll also risk my life, just like Maya did. Get me into his clan,” July muttered, her eyes fixed on Emily.

All eyes widened in shock.

Emily suddenly regained her composure to stare at July.

“I love your boldness, but don’t act like you’re the only one who cares about this whole thing. Getting you into Antonio’s clan would seem so suspicious, we’re not ready to take any risk.”

“But…”

“No buts. Just take your seat, you don’t tell me what to do.” Emily muttered, and July rolled her eyes and sat down.

She looked at Grayson and scoffed.

“Aren’t you worried about Maya? I thought you liked her.”

“I’m worried, but I can’t go against our commissioner.” Grayson told her, and July rolled her eyes.

“The day we sent Maya on that mission, I gave her an injection that she’s meant to inject into Antonio. The injection would make him unconscious he’s going to enter into a deep sleep, he’ll fall into slumber.” Emily said.

“Okay.”

“I don’t know maybe Maya has injected it into him, so I need a way to inform her to inject that injection on him. I can’t let her stay long in that devil’s clan.”

“But do you think only Maya can do this? I mean, she’s new into his clan, she can’t possibly ki|| all the whole clan just to carry Antonio out from his clan without his gang knowing.” Grayson said.

“We know it’s a risky task, but be rest assured I have my way.” Emily muttered as she brought out a sly smile.

Skylar opened her eyes, and the first thing that caught her eyes was the mark that was all over her body.

She didn’t know that Antonio could ever do this to her because of that dancer girl.

The bloodstain had been wiped away, it was just the visible mark that was quite swollen that was left, and she knew that if she received treatment, the mark would go.

She didn’t want to believe that she had passed out, but how could she not? When the pain was so unbearable and was hellish.

It was like she had her own taste of her own medicine, because this was what she wanted to do to Maya,she even went far by dipping the whip into hot parboiled peppers water.

What goes around surely comes around.

She wanted to stand up when Jupiter entered and held her.

“You need to rest, that’s what you need.” Jupiter said, and Skylar rolled her eyes.

“You can’t even mutter a thank you?” Jupiter said.

“I see no reason in thanking you, did you help me receive relief from my punishment whip?” Skylar asked.

“I saved your life and brought you here, dummy,” Jupiter said.

“So, you could have just left me to die there.” She hissed and lay back on the bed.

“Wait, no one in the clan even made a move to save you, I did, and that’s all you could say.” Jupiter blinked her eyes.

“What were you expecting? Huh?” Skylar rolled her eyes, and Jupiter sighed, then turned to leave.

“Hey, where do you think you’re going, bro? Bring me some food, I’m hungry.” Skylar shouted.

“Says the person who couldn’t even say thank you… But unfortunately, I won’t… You can die for all I care, idiot.” Jupiter muttered and walked out.

Immediately Maya came out from Antonio’s clan, she ran to the pool to release her hot, heavy breath, which she didn’t know she had been holding.

What was that? He kissed her? His tongue sucked on her? How could she allow that? He was her enemy, the devil.

Because of him, she was in this deadly mission, she couldn’t let it happen again. It wasn’t meant to happen… She and the devil….

“No…” she stopped her mind from going further. She was like ice, and he was fire. The two don’t feel comfortable against each other.

“The next time he comes so close to me, I’ll kick his groin so he’ll bleed blood.” she thought, and she shook her head.

Says the person who was so scared of him earlier, she didn’t know why she was so scared in front of him.

Why was she scared? On a normal day, people were the ones who feared her when she wore her cop clothes, but in this situation, she was scared of this devil.

How hilarious and unbelievable. If years from now, someone came to tell her that she’d be scared of one person called Antonio, then she’d tell the person to go back to sleep because it’s not possible, but it’s real.

Her hand shook as she touched her skirt and removed the injection from its pocket.

She just had to get rid of him using this. This was now her only option that could save her from the hands of the devil.

Just then, she heard a voice, and she turned to see Antonio standing in front of her.

“What’s that you’re holding?” Antonio asked, and Maya could swear that her soul left her body immediately he asked that question.
