Carly’s car came to halt in front of the big shopping mall. She came out of her car and her phone started ringing
She climbed the stairs and just as she was about to answer her call, she bumped into someone mistakenly
“Am sorry_
Her words got stuck in her throat as she saw the most handsome guy she has ever seen in her life
His deep brown eyes captive her the most and his red lips that look kissable, not to talk about his long eyelashes
” No it’s nothing,we were both at fault for not concentrating” the guy replied picking her phone which had fell when she bumped into him
“Here” he said handing the phone to her with a smile, she collected it slowly with her eyes glued on his handsome face
“See you around” he said and walk away
Carly stared at his back as he boarded his car and drives out
“Trouble $h00ter,seems like I just found my soulmate” she squealed happily but her face turns sour as she remember that she didn’t ask for his name
“Gosh! Why am I so dumb” I didn’t ask for his name or number” she smack herself lightly
” Don’t worry Carly, you will surely meet him again” she said and with that she enters the shopping mall.

“So what did you plan on telling us after dinner? Star asked as they were all done eating
” As you both know that Paul (Mr Patterson) and I are good friends” Mr Geneva said
“No we never know” Peace and Star said at once
“And now you know”Mr Geneva said with a smile
Paul and I decided to strengthen our friendship and we can do that “By getting you two betroth to each other” Mr Geneva added
” What?!! Star spranged up
” Sit down Star” Mr Geneva ordered
” This so uncalled for, how could you get me a betrothal without my consent!! He snapped angrily
“Calm down son” Mrs Geneva chirped in
“Don’t tell me that Mom! You also know about this and you decided not to tell me!! He yelled and Mrs Geneva bowed her head in guilt
Star ignored her and face his dad
” Listen to me Dad,am never agreeing to this betrothing of a thing, and you can do wh@ťěver you want! I don’t care! He shouted and walk away angrily
“Come back here Star” Mr Geneva growled but Star ignored him and left
Peace kept quiet, she doesn’t know if she should be happy or angry
Though she loves Star but getting her betrothed without her consent is way out of it
“Peace what’s your answer? Mr Geneva asked hoping she will accept
Without replying, Peace left the lounge angrily as well.

Peace ran outside hoping to see Star but she saw no sign of him
Just then her eyes caught his car which was just driving away
She boarded her car and trailed after him
She follow his car till it stops at ZEAL COFFEE SHOP
She furrowed her brow wondering why he came here
But then She saw Roselia coming out of the coffee shop rushing to Star
She watch as both of them were communicating freely
She bit her lips feeling hurt and jealous seeing how Star was smiling at Roselia
But what happen next shattered her heart into pieces
Star kissed Roselia on forehead before hugging her tightly
Peace didn’t know when a tear drop off from her eyes
