“I can’t wait for tonight’s party! It’s gonna be so awesome, I know that” Kimberly exclaimed.
“I’m not coming guys” Charlotte said.
“Huh? Why?” Kimberly asked.
“Well, I’m not that interested in that party.” Charlotte smiled..
“Are you sure you don’t wanna come?” Iris asked and Charlotte nodded.
“You need to see my gown for the prom night, its so pretty and so…”
“Kim!!! Stop talking!!!” Iris and Charlotte chorused.
“What?” Kimberly scoffed and crossed her hand on her chest..

THORNTON INVESTMENT**
“Here’s total amount for the company’s sales this week” Emilia showed it to Ricardo..
“Wow, I’m impressed. The millions increased” Ricardo smiled, going through the file.
Emilia smiled and nodded. Ricardo finished going through the files and kept it aside. He brought out another file and then signed it then handed it Emilia.
“Here, make sure to deposit it to the executive bureau” Ricardo said.
Emilia nodded and collected the file from him. She stared at his face for a while, Ricardo looked at her with furrowed brows.
“Uhm, I think you can leave now” Ricardo said.
“Oh yes, sorry boss” She smiled and turned then left the office.
Valentina was busy working on her computer with a smile on her face. She looked up to see Emilia glaring at her.
Valentina rolled her eyes and concentrated back on her computer. Emily scoffed and marched away.
Once she was done typing it out, she printed it and then went in with the print out.
“Here’s the résumé you asked me to type and print out” Valentina smiled and handed it over to Ricardo.
Ricardo leaned tiredly on his chair while going through the résumé. After the show which took place in Paris, his company’s sales tripled and that’s a good thing but so tiring
Valentina smirked and walked behind him then began massaging his shoulder slowly..
“I know you’re very tired” Valentina whispered to him.
Ricardo smirked and chuckled, it’s relaxing but also building up another sensation in him.
He turned his chair to Valentina and then caught her wrist then pulled her to him, making her land on his thigh with their faces inches apart.
“So you’re not contented of stealing my heart away now you’re seducing me? Are you sure you’re gonna finish what you started?” Ricardo smirked.
Ricardo kissed her cheek and brushed his lips to her ear where he licked and sucked on her earlobe making Valentina shiver.
She held unto his shoulder trying to stand but Ricardo held her waist, caging her. She now regretted why she did that!
Ricardo released her earlobe and then trailed kissed to her neck where he placed lingering. That made Valentina gasp…
“Say it” Ricardo muttered and bit her ear softly…
“Huh?”
“Tell me you love me…” Ricardo whispered to her ears.
“I…I lo-”
Suddenly a knock came up on Ricardo’s door. Ricardo groaned and looked at Valentina who was so red like a tomato.
His gaze landed on her lips and he bit his lips then leaned to her.
“Next time don’t start what you can’t finish. Believe me when I say you’re my weakness and sweet tormenter, my favorite addiction” Ricardo whispered to her and released her.
Valentina just stared at him with her heart hammering against her ribcage. She brought her hands to his lips and brushed it…
The person behind the door insisted again, making Valentina retreat her hand and stand up.
“Come in” Ricardo said.
The door opened revealing Jace who came with some documents in his hands. Valentina slowly walked out of his office.
She sat down on her chair and brushed her hair behind then placed her hand on her beating heart. She leaned on her chair with closed eyes and smiled…

07:40PM**
Iris came down the cab and paid the driver before turning to the hall. She could see various students entering the hall with their partners, all dressed in hot and cool outfits..
Iris spotted Josh and Karl enter with two girls dresses in skimpy wears. She shook her head.
The next person she saw was Maxwell, he was with another girl who kept talking but he didn’t pay attention at her. Maxwell winked at her when he saw her, she simply waved back with a smile.
“Iris” A voice called her from behind.
She turned and smiled when she saw it was Luca. Luca just couldn’t get his eyes off her, she was just so pretty. Probably the prettiest girl he’s set his eyes on.
“Hi Luca” Iris smiled, she couldn’t help but notice that he looked cuter than usual.
“You look so pretty” Luca smiled.
“Oh, thank yoi. You look good too” Iris smiled back.
Iris held Luca’s hand and pulled him to the entrance.
“Come on, let’s go rock this party!!” Iris exclaimed
Luca simply chuckled and followed behind.

Valentina entered the elevator once she was done packing her things. The elevator took her down.
She walked out of the elevator, heading to the exit while pressing her phone.
“Valentina?” She heard someone call her name once she walked out of the company.
She slowly looked up and froze when she saw Ryan leaning on his car smiling at her.
“What are you doing here?” Valentina frowned and spoke coldly.
Ryan walked closer to her making Valentina to take a step back.
“I’m serious Tina, I still do love you very much. I realized that I made the biggest mistake one could ever make, I’m really sorry please forgive me” Ryan said with a pitiful face…
Valentina just stared at him for a while. She sighed and looked away..
“If it’s forgiveness that you want, fine I forgive you but just get this. We’re never getting back together” Valentina said seriously.
“Please Valentina I beg you. I still do love you so much, just give me another chance and I won’t make that same mistake” Ryan pleaded
“Just let me be!! I forgive you, what else do you want?? Do you seriously think I’m foolish enough to go back to you?? After the heartbreak and humiliation I went through?? Just leave…” Valentina said slowly.
“Valentina I…”
“I said leave Ryan” Valentina said and looked away.
Ryan made to hold her hand but another hand held his preventing his from touching Valentina. He followed the arm and his gaze landed on Ricardo’s.
“Are you deaf? She said leave or do you want my security guard to kick you out.” Ricardo glared at him.
Ryan glared back at Ricardo. He slapped Ricardo’s hand off his and took one last look at Valentina.
“Just know that I still do love you very much Tina” Ryan said and walked to his car.
He entered his car and drove off.
Valentina brushed her hair to the back, breathing heavily. Seeing his face just really annoys her and makes her remember what she thought she has forgotten…
Ricardo cupped her cheek and then placed her head on his chest then wrapped his hand protectively around her.
“Do you still have feelings for him? I won’t stop you from going back to him if you do” Ricardo said lowly…
Valentina simply wrapped her hands round Ricardo’s waist and buried her face in his chest.

“This party is so wow!!” Kimberly exclaimed when she walked in the hall with Gavin beside her.
She was dressed in a black mini gown that had long sleeves. Gavin simply stared at his phone browsing through the net.
“I’ll be over there if you need me” Gavin said and went to sit by the counter.
“C’mon Gavin, just because Iris turned you down for Luca doesn’t make you al loser” Kimberly said but Gavin simply ignored her.
Kimberly simply shrugged and walked to the dance floor then began dancing with her classmates.

“3, 2, 1 go!!” Iris exclaimed and her and Luca gulped down some drinks. Iris placed her glass on the table once she was done.
“I won again!!” Iris clapped.
Luca placed his own glass and shook his head vigorously.
“Men!! If I take another drink I swear I’ll get drunk” Luca groaned
“Me too” Iris chuckled.
“Come, let’s go eat!” Iris dragged Luca to a counter.
Gavin was busy watching the others party. He really never wanted to come but Kimberly forced him and now here he is.
He furrowed his brows when he spotted Iris eating cake with Luca on a table while laughing. Seem they were laughing about what Iris said, Luca put some of his chocolate cake on iris’s nose. Iris frowned and hit him making him laugh.
Gavin hissed and looked away, he doesn’t know why but he looked back at them…

“Love this music, come on let’s go dance!!” Luca exclaimed and pulled Iris to the dancefloor..
They smiled and began dancing to the beat of the music…

Charlotte was seen walking along the streets of New York while pressing her phone while listening to music with her earpiece.
She was dressed in a black baggy jeans with white hoodie and a white sneaker.
“I hope they’re having fun” Charlotte thought with a smile. She smiled when Kimberly sent her pictures of the party, including Iris and Luca.
She simply smiled, if Luca and Iris end up together then she’ll accept it. She’ll be happy for Iris, its not her first time of experiencing heartbreak anyways.
Charlotte walked into a store. She walked to the counter and looked at the seller.
“A pack of gum please.” Charlotte said nodded and went to look for it.
He came back with it and handed it to her. She paid for it and walked out of the store.
Charlotte threw one of the gum in her mouth and cheewed on it while walking back home.
Suddenly a man out of nowhere came and snatched her phone from her then began running away.
“Hey give that back!!” Charlotte began running behind him at full speed still the man was faster than her.
Charlotte began slowing down, slowly loosing her breath. She was surprised when a man over took her, chasing after the man.
Charlotte stopped and bent to her knees, breathing heavily. The man caught up with the pickpocket and shot his head with a stone.
He jumped on the man and hit his neck, making him pass out. The man took the phone from him and walked back to Charlotte.
“Here’s your phone miss” He said.
Charlotte looked up and took her phone from him. She smiled at him.
“Thanks very much…”
“Kaden, call me Kaden” He smiled, this I the first time seeing someone as pretty as Charlotte.
“Thanks Kaden” Charlotte smiled and turned to leave.
“Can I know your name miss?” He said.
Charlotte slightly turned back to look at him.
“Charlotte” She said and wore the cap of her hoodie then walked.
“Charlotte” Kaden repeated and smiled then turned back at the thief. He brought out his phone to call the cops…

Luca twirled Iris around and pulled her closer as they moved sideways to the rhythm of the music.
“Today is the best day of my life” Luca smiled.
Iris looked up at him and chuckled.
“Why?”
“Because I’m with you” He replied…
“Oh really…?” Iris looked away, she could sense that it will soon become weird.
Luca held her chin and made her face him. This time around, he had a serious look on his face.
“Iris, from the first day that I set my eyes on you I knew you were special and I was right. From your friendly nature, to bold and fierce attitude, to your funny vibes all that makes you special and I couldn’t help but fall for you. Iris I really love you with all my heart” Luca said softly.
Iris just stared at him, not knowing what to say. On one side is Gavin and on the other side is Luca but both of them are just friends to her, or is that so?
Luca lifted her chin up and before she could speak, he sealed her lips with a kiss pouring out all his affection on it. Iris’s eyes grew by the second.
The crowd began clapping for them…
Gavin folded his fists in anger as he just couldn’t take it. He stood up and marched to them.
The clap turned to gasps as Gavin pulled Luca away from Iris and then what followed was a punch.
“How dare you kiss her, she’s mine!!” Gavin kept punching Luca.
Luca reversed their position and began punching Gavin.
“You’re just gonna break her heart in the end!!” Luca yelled punching him.
They kept rolling like that on the floor, punching each other. Kimberly gasped and came in to stop his brother from fighting
Maxwell and the other boys came in to separate the fight but still it was really hard.
Iris just stood there on her spot watching them fight like kids. She folded her fists in anger…
“Enough!!!” She screamed.
That made everyone freeze including Luca and Gavin.
“Just look at you two. Aren’t you ashamed? Ruining your friendship all because of a girl!! Are you two happy now, you ruined the party for everyone!! What of me? Has anyone of you considered about how I feel? No, to you guys, girls are just mere toys to be claimed. That’s why I h@ťě you men” Iris said tearfully and ran out of the crowd.
Gavin pushed the people holding him and ran after Iris. Luckily she didn’t go far so he caught up with her and hugged her from behind.
“I’m sorry Iris” Gavin muttered burrying his face her shoulder
Iris sniffed in and folded her fists in tears.
“Let me go now if you still value our friendship” Iris said in the coldest tone she could muster.
Gavin slowly retreated his hands to the sides. Iris slowly walked away…
Gavin knelt down, watching Iris walk away. Luca stood too behind them watching Iris leave.
He leaned on the wall and slowly sat down on the ground.
“I messed up big time” Gavin and Luca said at the same time.

“Bye Ricardo” Valentina waved at Ricardo once she got down his car.
“Bye my love” He smiled and drove off.
Valentina chuckled as she watched him drive off. She then entered her house.
“Mom… Iris… I’m home!!” Valentina exclaimed and went upstairs to change.
She took a quick bath and then settled with a blue oversized T-shirt and a bump short before walking out of her room.
She stopped right in front of iris’s room and knocked on it.
“Iris?” She called.
“I want to be alone please” Iris muttered.
Valentina furrowed her brows, the last time Iris said this was during the period Xander was molesting her
Valentina opened iris’s door and entered her room. She met Iris sitting on on the bed, hugging her knees while crying…
“Iris!! What happened? Why the tears?” Valentina rushed to her and sat down beside her.
Iris sniffed in and wiped off her tears then looked at Valentina.
“Why are men like that? They never care about what you feel, all they know is only about them” Iris muttered sadly.
“What happened?” Valentina asked..
Iris looked down and told her everything, not leaving out any details.
“So what’s you’re saying is that there’s this guy which is the president’s son. At first he was mean to you and you h@ťěd him so much but gradually you two became friends and now he confessed his feelings to you. Then there’s this other guy who’s been really nice to you and who your friend likes but he turned her down for you. Now both of them are not in good terms because of you?” Valentina asked and Iris nodded.
Valentina released a huge breath and leaned on the bed.
“I thought I was in a love mess but you, you’re way ahead of me” Valentina said.
“This is not a time to joke Tina” Iris said…
Valentina sat back upright and looked at Iris.
“Alright first of all you’re at fault, you should have made it clear to them that they’re just good friends of you” Valentina said.
“But I told Gavin right from the onset that I’m not ready for any relationship and for Luca, I couldn’t tell him that since he hasn’t confessed to me but now. I will look dumb and also I needed to be sure that Luca had feelings for me before telling him” Iris said and sighed.
“Now this is complicated…” Valentina said and looked front. That was followed by a moment of silence…
“But do you know what is the most confusing and the most nerving part of all? Is that I don’t even know what I feel for them” Iris whispered
“Oh so you’re in a love confusion” Valentina said, looking back at Iris. Iris simply nodded and looked down..
“Okay, so let me ask you this. Do you feel happier when you’re with one of them? Who do you always get to be more of yourself? Does your heart beat quickens each time you’re close to one of them? Who always makes you smile even at your saddest moment? Who is always there for you and is ready to do wh@ťěver it takes just to see you smile?” Valentina asked.
Iris thought for a while before smiling…
“I think I know who” Iris smiled.
“I know what to do next. Thanks a lot sis, so rare to have a big sis like you” Iris hugged Valentina.
“Well if I’m not the best sis ever who’ll be?” Valentina kissed her hair and smiled.
They broke the hug and Valentina got down the bed…
“Come, let’s go disturb mommy” Valentina smirked.
Iris nodded and smirked too. They got down the bed and tiptoed to Peggy’s room.

NEXT MORNING**
“Your highness? It’s time to get ready, we’re going back to Denmark. Your highness, your highness?” A maid said.
Kaden groaned and sat up on the bed then yawned and stretched his body. The maid couldn’t help but stare at his bare upper body showcasing his abs and biceps.
“What are you staring at?” Kaden snapped making the maid come back to her senses.
“Oh! Sorry your highness, I already ran your shower” She said and bowed then left.
Kaden sighed and stood up from his bed. He walked to the window and stared out of it.
“I’m going back to that boring palace. Why can’t I just stay here?” Kaden pouted.
His phone suddenly began ringing. He picked it up to see it was his father.
“Dad?”
“Where are you? I thought you said you’ll arrive this morning”
“Sorry dad, was tired so I decided to sleep here for the last time” Kaden said.
“I better see you here in the next four hours or else you’re…”
“Yes I know I’ll no longer be the crowned prince and blah blah blah. Bye dad, love you!!” He said and hung up.
“Always grumpy as usual” Kaden muttered and placed his phone on the table.
“Too bad I won’t see that cute blonde again before going. What was her name again?? Charlotte, yes Charlotte” Kaden smiled.
He removed his trousers and walked in the bathroom, closing the door behind him.

THE WILLIAMS**
“Bye mom, bye iris” Valentina waved and got out of her house. She was surprised to see Ricardo standing outside smiling at her…
“Ricardo?” Valentina called, slowly walking to him.
“Morning princess. So today is a no job day for the both of us, we’re spending it together” Ricardo smiled.
Valentina smiled happily, making her look more pretty.
“Thank you Ricardo” She smiled.
“You’re welcome, so where should we go first?” Ricardo asked.
Valentina though for a while and then smiled when she got an idea.
“The funfair” She smiled.
“Okay, but first” Ricardo brought out a face mask with some shades then wore it.
“Don’t want some crazy fans to ruin our day” Ricardo smiled.
Valentina walked to him and then hugged his left arm before they walked away.
“Awwn they look so cute together” Iris gushed. She walked out of the house and took a cab then left for school…

TWILIGHT HIGH**
Gavin could be seen walking to and fro in front of the school while in deep thoughts. Honestly, he didn’t even sleep an ounce last night…
A cab stopped in front of the school and he literally rushed to it.
Iris got down the cab and was surprised to see Gavin standing not to far from her…
“Iris?” Gavin called and walked to her.
“About yesterday, I want you to know that…”
“No, it’s okay. I over reacted, you two fighting kinda reminded me of a past I wished to forget. I don’t h@ťě men, though I h@ťě one in particular but I don’t h@ťě men” Iris smiled.
“Have to get going now, need to see someone” Iris smiled and tapped his cheek then walked in the school.
Gavin touched his cheek and turned to look at her. Right now he was more confused than last night.
Iris walked happily to her classroom while humming a song to herself.
Luca could be seen standing right in front of her classroom, also in deep thoughts.
“Hey Luca” Iris smiled.
Luca looked up and walked to her with a sorry look on his face.
“Iris, I’m sorry for kissing you without your permission and also…”
“Its okay, I forgive you. We need to talk, come!!” Iris held his hand and pulled him to a quiet place.

“Ahhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!” Valentina screamed loudly while holding Ricardo tightly.
Right now, they were riding on the speedy train. Ricardo was busy taking pictures of Valentina scream while laughing silently.
Finally, the five rounds they paid for ended. Valentina got down the train and rushed to the nearest bush to puke.
Ricardo got down while laughing hard. He walked to her and helped her hold her hair still mocking Valentina.
“This is how I’ll hold your hair when you’ll be having morning sickness due to our baby” Ricardo chuckled.
“d@mn!! Cardo!?” Valentina snapped and glared at him. Ricardo continued laughing again.
Valentina stood upright and brought out a bottle of water then gulped it down.
“Stop laughing” Valentina glared at him.
“I can’t, your face look so funny when you’re scared. I literally saw your spirit leave your body” Ricardo laughed.
Valentina glared at him and rolled her eyes then began walking away. Ricardo laughed for some while before running after her.
He hugged her from behind and placed his chin on her head.
“I’m sorry my shorty babe” Ricardo said.
“Short? What? I’m not short” Valentina snapped.
“You’re short. Just look at your height, your height stops at the level of chest” Ricardo said, and bent down mocking her height.
“Jerk!!” Valentina hit his chest, she was already red in anger. Ricardo didn’t even bulge.
“Not only are you short but you have the strength of a mosquito” Ricardo smirked.
Valentina frowned so deeply. Right now she looks like a baby and that made Ricardo laugh.
She turned and marched away angrily. Ricardo wiped off his tears, he haven’t laugh like this for years.
Ricardo rushed to her and swept her off the ground, carrying her in his arms.
“Okay, I’m sorry for teasing you. Don’t you know that short girls are the best? Love you and everything about you” Ricardo smiled.
Valentina pouted and looked away trying to hide the blush on her cheek.
“So where shall we go next?” Ricardo asked walking away, still with Valentina in his arms.

After Gavin saw Iris, he went to the school’s library. Now he was heading to his classroom…
He froze on his spot at what he saw, he just couldn’t believe it.
Not far from him, Luca and Iris were hugging each other.
Gavin just stared at them. Could Iris have made a choice?
