Immediately it was closing, Tilley and Damon left g the class, they were walking out when they bumped into Melinda, she smirked seeing them.
“Ohh, Damon with his lover” She muttered.
“What do you want?” Tilley asked, glaring at her.
“What do I want? Are you guys blind? You guy were the one that bumped into me and you are asking me what I want” She frowned.
“We know that was the reason…”
Her sentence was interrupted.
“Keep quiet, I don’t need your apology… Tilley, you snatched Damon away from me, I will make sure you regret doing that” She said.
“Hey, don’t you dare speak with my girlfriend in that manner…she didn’t snatch me away from you, I was the one that broke up with you because you are a slut” Damon said angrily.
She got angry then slapped Damon.
“What did you just do?” Tilley asked with a frown.
She raised her hand and was about to slap her when Damon held her hand.
“Damon, leave me alone…let me deal with the witch, how dare she slap you” Tilley shouted.
“Babe, leave her” Damon muttered.
“No, leave me alone … she is an idiot, how dare she slap my boyfriend” Tilley said, trying to free her hand from his grip.
“Can you see that Damon still loves him, he didn’t even want you to hurt me” She said then left.
Tilley yanked her hand away and glared at him, she left angrily, Damon called her as he ran after her.
“Tilley” Damon called and held her hand.
“You heard what she said right… Damon, is it true you love her, is that the reason why you didn’t want father and mother to know we are in a relationship? She questioned.
“Tilley, I don’t love her and moreover father knows we are in a relationship, I’m not hiding it from them. Tilley, I love nobody but you, I love you so much and wish to spend my life with you” He said, gazing at her.
“Really? I love you more” She said and kissed him.
He deepened the kissing, the students who were walking out of the college stared at them.
?”They love each other so much”
?”I wish I met a guy just like Damon”
?”I can’t believe Damon broke up with Melinda because of her”
The students murmured. After a few minutes they disengaged and stared at themselves silently.
“Let’s go home” Damon muttered.
She nodded and they hopped into the car, Damon was about to start the car when he heard his name, he saw Gold running towards them.
“Bro, what is it? Do you forget something?” He asked, gazing at him.
“No, I wanna go to the palace with you guys…I have something to discuss with Gigi” Gold said.
“Really? Is it what I am thinking?” Tilley asked with a smile.
Gold only nodded then got into the car. Hours later, they got to the palace, Tilley and Damon headed straight to their rooms while Gold went to see Gigi. When he got inside Gigi’s room, he met her sleeping on the bed peacefully, he sat down next to her and stared at her.
“Gold” Gigi called with her eyes still closed.
Gold smiled and touched her
“She is even calling your name” His subconsciousness said.
He stared at her as he lay down beside her, he was about to touch her hair when she opened her eyes, she was shocked to see Gold next to her.
“What are you doing here?” She asked, gazing at him.
“I…I…saw….you…”
His sentence was interrupted.
“Tell me why you are here” She said.
“Fine, Gigi I came to apologise to you about what happened yesterday, I don’t really mean what I say…you have always been my crush since when we were young but when the king sent you to the human world, I got rid of the feelings I have for you because I thought you would have falling in love with someone else so when I met Yvonne, I started developing feelings for and I forget you. This morning Damon…”
Before he could complete his statement she kissed him, he pulled her closer to himself then deepened the kiss. Some minutes later, when they disengaged there was a total silence as they stared at themselves until Gigi broke the silence.
“Gold, is everything you said true or you said that out of pity?” She asked.
“No, everything I said is true…Gigi, my heart still beats for Yvonne a little but as time goes I will get rid of it, I promise you” He said and she nodded.
“I love you” She said and kissed him again.
Someone clapped then they turned back to see Damon and Tilley.
“Oh Pumpkin, I’m so happy for you” Tilley smiled and hugged her.
“Thanks babe” She said.
“Don’t you dare break my sister’s heart because of you she hasn’t eaten since morning” Damon said.
Gold glanced at her and she immediately looked away, Tilley ordered the maids to bring the food in.
“Babe, this is your favourite” Tilley said and gave her the food.
“Thank you so much pumpkin” She muttered.
“What about me? Won’t you thank me” Damon frowned.
She smiled.
“Thanks, brother…I love you” She said and hugged Damon.
They were busy chatting and laughing when Yvonne entered.
“What’s happening here?” Yvonne asked, gazing at them.
“Yvonne, you are back…Gold and Gigi are in a relationship now” Tilley said with a smile.
Yvonne glanced at Gigi and at Gold.
“You mean Gold…and…Gigi…are,..dating” Yvonne stuttered and they nodded.
“What? No” Yvonne screamed then ran out of the room.
Gold stood up and was about to leave when Gigi held his hand.
“Gold, if you step out of this room don’t you ever show up again and I will make sure I get rid of the feelings I have for you,,, it either you choose her or me” Gigi said and left his hand.
“I’m sorry, Gigi” He muttered then left the room
Damon ran after him.
As soon as he left Gigi burst into tears, she sat down on the floor.
“Tilley, he chose her…it’s true that he doesn’t love me” She said in tears.
“Gigi, please take it easy. Maybe he wants to sort things out with her” Tilley said.
“No, no” She shooked her head.
