Ms Hae POV
I moved to Ahjumma and hugged her tightly as I woke up from my thoughts.
“Where have you been? I haven’t seen you since my friend passed away,I can’t find you. I went to their house, their neighbor said you have to pack away. All my effort to locate you was futile. I’m happy to see you back but mummy what are you doing here?” I asked, holding her hands.
”
It’s a long story my daughter,” Grandma said and sat on a chair.
Grandma POV
“I’m here to check after my daughter,” I said and pointed to Nana.
“Oh!” Ms Hae said slowly.
“After the death of her parents in a fatal accident. I left the house where we’re living with Nana and parked some properties. Nana stops schooling because her parents death usually comes to her reminiscence which makes her lose concentration. They have competition in their former school and she is one of the representatives. I consoled and persuaded her to go not knowing she would achieve her success there because she thought that she should stop schooling. She bagged first in the competition and was given scholarship to study in “Hye-sun school.” I paused.
Ms Hae’s phone rang but she ignored it.
“Why are you not picking the call? Who is that?” I asked in concern.
“It’s Mr Kim, the family behind Nana’s accident.’ she replied.
“My dear, I called and patted her.
“Pick it or call him again, let’s hear him. Pls pick it?” I persuaded her.
He called again and Ms Hae picked it without talking.
Mr Kim POV
“Hello ma’am, I have been calling you since two week ago. What happened? You have agreed that I should pay the loan monthly but why did you close my companies? Please let me know about my offence or can we see?” I said.
“Alright, come and meet me in Hye -sun hospital, I will wait for you there.” She said and ended the call.
Grandma POV
“When he comes, give him some time and let him know what is happening. Seems he doesn’t know anything.” I said and continued my story.
“That’s how Nana started schooling in Hye-sun school. I managed in my little garden where I plucked flowers to make bouquets. Nana got a partime job in a boutique company. But something terrible happened to my little garden.
Nana usually goes to the garden to get me flowers everyday which I will sell to my customers the following day.
“One day Nana went to the little garden as usual where some guys in black attacked her for kidnapping. She tried all her best to escape. She hid near the garden and found one of the guys who set the garden ablaze.
Ms Hae cuts in.
“Ablaze? Nana, who are those guys.” Ms Hae asked and her starts phone ringing,
“My dear please go and meet him, pls give home sometime,” I said and Ms hae walked out of the ward.
Ms Has POV
I’ve already texted my lawyer when I agreed to Mr Kim’s request. He has arrived before him.
We call it under a canopy in the hospital compound rounding a table.
“Ma’am, please what have I done wrong. You have agreed that I should pay it monthly.” I said and I cut in.
“Seems you don’t know what is happening, your daughter, Yang mi is the cause of all this problem.” My lawyer said,
“My daughter? How? What happened?’ he asked confusedly.
My lawyer brought out files and narrated everything to him, how yang mi treated other students including Nana. The principal expelled her with her gangs. She still had the guts to meet Nana at the hospital, and gave her a box.
“Who knows her next steps? I can feel someone is her backup.” My lawyer added
Mr Kim was shocked and speechless, he looked at me and then at my lawyer.
“My daughter? She did all this. If you tell me all this without the evidence you showed me, I won’t believe it. Please I’m sorry ma’am, don’t let this reach court. Please let’s settle amicably.” Mr Kim apologized and I smiled.
“I can’t settle this here, the police will come to arrest her tomorrow. She will face the consequences of her attitude and if you try to be smart. Then, you lose everything.” I added and his mouth opened agape.
Mr Kim bent his head in sadness, he didn’t know what to do to convince me.
“Ma’am, please don’t do this to me and please kindly open my companies so that I can pay your loan.” He begged and I gave him an awful smile.
“If you want your companies released you will agree to jail Yang mi for 2 months with hard labor.” I said and stood.
“What?! Jail? Two months?,” He asked in confusion.
