Chapter Three & Four
(Three days later)
Its been three days since the incident. Rose thought as she walked into the school.
The bruise has faded a bit but it left a scar on her neck. She had been ordered by her mother to stay home when she got out of the hospital and she would have still been home if she hadn’t stood her ground with her mom.
She hadn’t told anyone about what she witnessed three days ago. She didn’t know why she decided to keep shut. If it were Bella. The whole universe would have heard of it.
Why? Why isn’t she saying anything? Why is she feeling reluctant to talk? She wondered as she walked to through the hall way. Heading to class.
“Its Louis!!!”A student yelled and every one gathered around just to see him walk by.
Quickly Rose hid behind the students. Making sure she wasn’t seen as he walked by which happened the way she wanted.
She sighed as she watched him walking off while the other students yelled for his attention.
She remembered the way he had almost choke the life out of her and shivered.
“Its best that I keep shut and live”She muttered to herself and headed to class.
As soon as she got to class, she was stopped by Miranda.
“What’s this? I thought your absence meant that you have given up”Miranda said to her.
“I told you that giving up is not in my vocabulary. So stop thinking that I will leave”Rose replied fiercely.
“Seems like have been going to too soft on you”Miranda said pulling her by her hair but Rose pushed her away.
“Am not scared of you and stop having this stupid imagination that you will get me to leave cause you won’t suceed”Rose replied as the teacher walked in. Every one took their seats while class began.
Later that day. Rose was heading to the cafeteria to get her lunch when two girls stopped by her side. Taking hold of her arm.
“What are you doing? Let me go!”Rose said trying to pull free but they held her tight taking her to the school garden where they pushed her onto the grass.
“So it’s you!”Rose said starring at Miranda along with her two minions who tag around with her.
“Don’t you give up? You had to even get two juniors to bring me here? You must really be interested in me”Rose tossed at her only to recieve a slap.
“You talk too much. I wonder how much talking you will do once i finish with you” Miranda retorted and immediately the two junior held her arm while two of Miranda minion pulled out their phone to video.
“What are you doing?”Rose asked as Miranda walked towards her to unbutton her shirt.
“Let’s see how bold you are once your body is being seen by everyone. Make sure you video everything right” Miranda said as she continued to unbutton Rose uniform.
“Let me go! Let me go!”Rose yelled trying to free herself but they were strong.
Rose didn’t know Miranda would be capable of something like this. She hadn’t even thought about this sort of thing and the thought of seeing her body on the internet got her feeling scared. She did her best to pull free and they kept on trying to stop her that they didn’t notice someone approaching them.
“What’s going on?” They let go of Rose when they saw Louis standing there.
Immediately she held her shirt to herself as she sat on the grass. Praying that someone would help.
“Nothing is going on. We were just having a discussion.”Miranda replied quickly.
Rose stared at him hoping he wouldnt believe them and help her. He stared at her silently and looked away.
“A discussion should be made without noise. I was having a nap when you woke me up.Next time you choose to have a discussion. I suggest you do it somewhere else “He said and turned to leave.
“We will”Miranda yelled at him. Glad that he hadn’t stopped them.
“What? Are you disappointed that he didn’t help you? Louis never meddle in people business and you won’t be an exception. Grab her! We must finish this before someone else shows up”Miranda stated as they pulled Rose up to continue only to be stopped by someone again.
This time it wasn’t Louis. It was Peter who stopped them. He is going to help right? Rose hoped as she stared at him.
“Having fun?”He asked and they all Shaked their head.
“We were only having a discussion”Miranda replied.
“This doesn’t seem like a discussion to me”He replied starring at Rose who sat on the grass clutching her uniform.
“It is”the other replied trying to back up Miranda lies.
“I doubt that! I don’t think you are having a discussion”He said taking of his jacket.
He walked towards Rose. Putting the jacket over her and helping her up.
” I suggest you delete wh@ťěver thing you’ve recorded. My father law firm is the best in the city. You wouldn’t want to be filed a law suit right?”Peter added and immediately they deleted wherever video have been made.
“You choose wisely”Peter said and walked off with Rose.
They got to the female rest room and though they centred a lot of attention on themselves. They got to the rest room safely.
They must be wondering what Peter is doing with the school loser. She had also been wondering why he chose to help her when he could have just ignored it like everyone else.
“This is where I stop” He said to her for the first time and when she didn’t reply he turned to leave only for her to hold him back.
“What about your jacket?”she asked
“I will just get a new one”he returned.
“No. I will wash it and return it to you”She insisted.
“I don’t need it. You can do what you want with it”He returned smoothly declining her offer.
“Thank you “She added quickly. Giving up on returning his jacket to him.
“I didn’t help you to recieve your thanks. Its best that you do as they say and leave the school. They might do more worse next time”He advised as he walk off.
Rose didn’t return to class. Instead she went to the library reading and thinking of what took place during lunch time.
She couldn’t keep on living like this for the rest of her life. If she didn’t leave like Peter advise her. She would keep on being bullied by Miranda and her friends. If she leave, she would be admitting defeat. She didn’t want to leave school and she didn’t want them to keep on bullying her. She had to think of a way out and that has to be soon.

“What are you two starring at? The day has end. Its time to leave”Martin stated starring at Louis and Peter who were both thinking about different things.
“Has the day end?”Peter asked as he came back to reality while Louis sat still brooding.
She had stared at him like a stranger. She definitely didn’t remember. She won’t remember anyway. Since the swapping memory ski|| works perfectly.
“Like seriously Louis! Come back to earth”Martin yelled and that made him stare at his friends.
“Is something wrong?” Louis asked.
“Yes. What have you been thinking of that you didn’t realise that I was talking?”Martin asked.
“Nothing”Louis replied.
“I knew you wouldn’t tell us. What’s the point in asking. Let’s head home. Am exhausted” Martin retorted as he took his bag pack heading out of the room.
Louis stood up picking up his bag pack. “Were you thinking about her? Do you feel guilty not helping?”Peter asked suddenly and that made Louis pause.
“What are you talking about?”Louis returned.
“If you don’t know then there is no use”Peter said as he left the room. A puzzled Louis stood starring after him.
There were heading to their parked cars and as usual the students were all shouting. Calling for their attention.
Louis got to his car and his chauffeur was about to open the door when he heard his name being called amongst the crowd.
Everyone stopped to stare at Rose as she walked past them heading towards Louis amongst the crowd.
Louis wondered why she is suddenly calling him. It couldn’t be because of what happened. He had erased her memory and had confirmed it earlier today.
She stopped in front of him. Starring up at him.
“What do you want?”he began acting cool and distance as always.
“I want to talk to you”She returned for his ears alone.
“Am sorry but I don’t just talk to anyone” He returned as he turned to get into the opened car but her next word stopped him.
“After what happened three days ago. I doubt you should be calling me anyone”She returned smoothly.
He turned to stare at her. “And what happened three days ago?”He asked hoping his suspicion isn’t correct.
She moved towards him causing the onlookers to gasp loud.
“You shouldn’t have seen it……..you have to die”She said out the exact same words he had said while he was choking the life out of her.
Erasing her memory hadn’t been successful. She remembered. He thought.
