Emiliana was still standing on the stairs waiting for Leonardo to come back anytime soon. What made him leave the mansion like that? Is everything okay? He even rejected his driver’s offer to drive him out.
She stomped her feet on the stairs floor as she practically paced around.
Her phone suddenly started ringing and she didn’t hesitate to get it, upon looking on the screen she raised her brows.
Why is Eden calling her at this time? Did something bad happen to grandma? Having that thought in her mind, fear coursed within her and she parthakingly picked the call.
“Eden, did something happen to grandma?” She asked straight, curiosity taking the better part of her voice.
“No, wait, you ain’t aware?” Eden replied.
She raised her brows in confusion. What is he talking about?
“Aware of what?” She asked.
“Your boss got into an accident just some minutes ago” Eden replied and a loud gasp escaped her lips.
“What!!! Is he fine?” She asked scaringly.
“The car got damaged and right now I can’t access his state, the state ambulance is taking him to the hospital now” Eden said.
“The state hospital, I’m coming there right now” She said and hung up immediately, without waiting for anything she dashed out of the mansion.
The guards were surprised by the speed at which she came out of the mansion.
“Miss, are you okay?” A guard asked and she started trying to calm her breathing before speaking up.
“Sir Leonardo just had an accident now” She replied and their eyes turned in their sockets, filled with shock and fear.
“Holy $h|t”
“State hospital” Emiliana said the next words that came in her mouth.
The guards quickly helped her into the car and they drove out.
