Aqua Louise Pov:
I was hearing the sound of familiar people talking but I can say for sure that it’s distance sounds because my eyes refuses to open as all I could see was darkness but suddenly, I saw a ray of light and wanted to get a clear view of the light I started opening my eyes slowly it was hard at first but I kept on trying and kept on forcing my eyes to open and after much trial, it opened I could see the ceiling but the image was blurry suddenly some came and stood before me and look down at me, I could tell the face is familiar but I try hard to have a clear view.
I close my eyes and blink them so many times before I can get a clear view of the person looking at me,
“Diamond ” I muttered and tried sitting up but I felt weak and tired at the same time. I held onto my head as I felt a loud bang like a world war was going on in there.
She offered me a helping hand and helped me to sit up on the bed. I looked around the room and noticed it’s my room.
“Here take this child it will be calmed down your throbbing headache”
I look up to see Olive stretching forward a pack of drugs, probably some painki||ers.
“Thanks, mam,” I said, collecting the drug and the glass of water from her.
“It’s nothing” She muttered and sat beside me on the bed while Diamond sat at the other side. I took the pack and opened it as I took two capsules and dropped the pack on the side table. I put the drug in my mouth and gulped it down with a glass of water.
I scrunch my face in disgust as the scent of the drug hits me. I drop the glass of water on the table and suddenly start picking on my fingers, I raise my head and look at Diamond.
“Dia… could you please tell me what happened?” I asked, pouting my lips and her eyes widened.
“What……!!!” She screamed but when she looked at St Ma Olive, she brought down her voice
“Don’t tell me you forgot what you did?”
“I don’t know….” I muttered slowly.
“Gosh did you hit your head somewhere?” She asks and advances towards me, but I growl at her, making her stop. I took a peek at ma Olive to see her attention focussed on us as she had a smile on her face.
I sighed knowing I can’t ask her about the mess I made,
“Dia…..talk I’m anxious” I whined
“It’s fine to let me give you a hint”
I nodded my head urging her to go on, but she suddenly stood up
“You mean you don’t remember going to serve the Alpha King?” She demonstrated with her hand but my memory is blank
“No” I muttered and her shoulder dropped in disappointment.
“You mean you don’t remember you tripping and spilling a whole jug of juice on the Alpha?”
My eyes widened and I gasped and covered my mouth, as the memory started to gather in my head, from when I and Diamond went to the kitchen and how others served ma Olive and betta Rico all afraid to serve the Alpha, deciding to play the role of a hero. I went to serve him, I was able to dish out his food successfully but clumsiness couldn’t hide her ugly character as I suddenly tripped and fell on the King thereby emptying the whole jug of juice on him, looking up to see his bloodshot eyes I fainted.
“No….no….no…it can’t be ” I muttered standing up from the bed, forgetting my body is aching me like a tornado seconds ago
“Hehehehe……..now your brain is back to function, worrisome mode activated” Diamond teased as she laughed at me and I felt like jumping on her and punching out the whole other tooth.
“We have more problems to deal with,” Scar said in my head and I nodded
“Mosquito” I called her pointing accusing fingers at her
“You should be lucky I have something to worry about, or I would have ki||ed you douche bag you are the last on my bucket list” I groaned away from her and I heard her giggling.
“Love you boo” She Mõ@ɲed out, I look at her and shook my head she’s crazy
“Come here child” Ma Olive gestured for me to come and I suddenly called down as I stepped closer and sat beside her.
“The Alpha will call for you any minutes from now”
“What!!!?” I screamed together with Diamond
“Yes, child and you know what that means,” She said touching my cheeks, I could feel. my whole body vibrating, my palms are sweaty already as I don’t know what to do I’m suddenly filled with many thoughts.
My headache suddenly increased instead of going down. My heartbeat is doing a marathon as I’m sure ma Olive can hear the sound of that.
”You just have to be strong, the Alpha might look scary but he’s a good person”
“What if he punishes me?” I ask, she cupped my cheeks and made me look at her,
”He can’t, even if he wants to….he can’t”
I didn’t understand what she meant by that, but I didn’t want to press further to sound offensive or curious so I just maintained a calm look. Diamond walked and stood in front of me, she suddenly looked serious. She bent to my level and took hold of my hand
“Nothing will happen, make him know you’re sorry and it wasn’t intentional, I’m sure he will understand”
“Thanks,” I said suddenly feeling emotional. I engulfed her in a right hug, as I felt tears break my eyes.
I don’t want the Alpha to send me away. I don’t have anywhere else to go. I nearly crossed my land this time. First I was sleeping on his bed and now I’m spilling a jug of juice on him. I don’t think I can get away from this.
Gosh I’m crushing on him but now I’m about to get punished or thrown out by my crush, that will hurt so much, I heard Scarlet whimper slowly in my heart and I know immediately that she was crying,
I stood up and walked toward the charger as I unplugged my phone and kept it on my bed, deciding to turn it on after answering the King. That’s if I’m alive to do that.
I was walking back to my seat with Diamond and ma Olive when the door opened and the betta came in. His eyes went straight to Diamond but he was quick to divert it to me
“Aqua the Alpha King demands your presence now,” He said and bowled to Olive before walking off.
Immediately he went out and I felt my heart stop breathing.
