” What is chasing you that you’re running like a bulldog ” Frederick mum asked discombobulated.
” mum I went to check on Rollins cause he has not been in school for days now. When I got there I saw no one at home” Frederick said panting.
” So what chase after you? ” Missus Faith curious.
” I saw a mighty Python on a covered parked car. So I ran as my legs could carry me I don’t wanna die” Frederick said.
” I’m happy you are not hurt ”
” Yes i’m not ”
” Just go inside and rest ” Missus Faith said.
** Next Week Monday **
Maya sat lonely in the class looking emotionally traumatized. Sharon walked in noticing her mood.
” Girl why are you looking this down…anything the matter or is it what am thinking? ” Sharon said.
” Ofcourse it’s, I don’t wanna lose him. How do you expect me to be felicitous when I can’t find or know if he’s okay or not. I’m really worried” Maya elaborated.
” I feel your pain, I’m worried too cause he’s my friend and I miss him too” Sharon said.
” I don’t really know what to do now I’m really confused ” Maya said.
” Do you know his resident? ” Sharon asked.
” No I don’t! Frederick said he went to his house and he found no one at home even the gate keeper was nowhere to be found ” Maya said.
” What is really going on”
” This is not ordinary, he said he found a snake in the compound ” Maya said.
” This is really strange. I pray he’s not hurt” Sharon said.
” I pray so cause I won’t forgive myself for that ” Maya quetch.
” Stop sounding that way, you can’t blame yourself for anything cause you have no fault on anything. He will be fine okay” Sharon commiserated.
Jennifer walked into Miss Louis Office with unceased smiles.
” Good morning Ma! ” She greeted.
” Morning Jennifer, how can I help you ” Miss Louis asked still writing.
” Nothing really Ma, I just brought you a gift I think you will like it” Jennifer said a broad devilish smile.
“What could that be? ” She collected it and opened.
” Check it out Ma” Jennifer said.
” Wow! How do you know that I love this meat? ” Miss Louis said with excitement.
” Am glad you do” Jennifer said.
” Can I have a taste of it? ” Miss Louis said.
” Yeah sure, it’s all yours” Jennifer said with a smile.
Miss Louis took a bite of it looking happy.
” wow it’s perfect I love the taste” She said and bite some.
Some few seconds Miss Louis eyes turned red as she dropped the meat and smiled. Jennifer smiles at her and nodded walking away she’s just been bewitched.
The next day at the devotion while the principal addressing four hundred ninety nine students a white flashy car drove into the school compound and every student rotate their necks sighting the car.
A young cute and charming young guy comes out of the car.
” Would you students concentrate and stop stir up and agitating the assembly ” Mr Kante thundered.
The boy leaped to the line and some students stared at him. Maya couldn’t stop sighting and pathos him.
