The lexus car which slammed Nathan creeched with full speed, zooming past them even before Hayes could ran to whoever it was.
“Phew! That was close!” The guy in the car exhaled, twitching his eyes to the unconscious body at the backseat.
Tessa!
“N-Nathan?!” Hayes rushed to where Liam was with him. He kept releasing a lot of blood as Hayes checked his pulse for any hope but it was fainted.
He carried him despite the blood oozing out of every part of his body, running down the lane like a mad man.

Hurriedly, Hayes placed him at the backseat of his car and Liam joined him at the front as they drove away from the cinema.

“Doctors!!! Helpp!!” Hayes screamed when they alighted the car. They attended to him immediately, pulling out a stretcher where Nathan was placed on as they ran through the passage to the operation room.
Liam kept crying heavily as he stared at his lifeless brother om the stretcher. Hayes made to rush in but one of nurses pushed him out.
“Pls sir, you have to relax. We’ll do our possible best to revive your son” The nurse said and Hays almost grabbed her neck.
“Don’t f-__-king tell me to relax! My son is dying! Save him!” He yelled with tears thr_@tening to fall out of his eyes and the nurse went back in, shutting the door at his face.
He turned back to see Liam with tears, staring back at him and he walked to him.
“He will be fine Liam” He consoled him but Liam wasn’t fully assured.
“He loosed alot of blood dad” He sniffed and Hayes hugged him, patting his hair.
“Just pray and stay calm. I’m gonna make the person who’s behind this pay even if it cost my life” He muttered seriously.
“Cost your own life? Dad!”
“Don’t you want a revenge for what they did to Nathan?”
“I want, but not your life” Liam drawed and Hayes chuckled.
“I love so much” He replied.
“I h@ťě you too. Now where’s Nanny Tessa? She didn’t follow us here” Liam curved his brows and that was when Hayes noticed too.
“At a serious time like this that stupid girl is no where to be found” Hayes muttered, dialling her line but it kept saying switched off.
“Where the hell is she?!” He gritted his teeth, trying her line again but it was still the same.
“Dad, what’s wrong?”
“Tessa’s line isn’t going, I wonder what’s wrong” Hayes said worriedly.

The crooked laughter and smokes in the dark room woke up the unconscious Tessa. She made to sit right up and that’s when she realized she was tied to a chair, her legs being chained with ropes and her hands unable to move too.
She coughed out when she heard the strange laughter again.
“Oh, she’s awake! The sleeping beauty is awake!” One of the thugs announced, puffing out smokes from his lips.
Tessa groaned when she felt a migraine on her forehead causing her to have headache.
“Oh yes” The second one grinned as he stood up and walked to her in the dark. She was unable to see their faces due to dark but then the third one opened the window, causing her to see clearly.
“Yaaa!!!” The first one screamed and Tessa almost cried out in fright.
“Keep it low, you don’t want the boss to see she’s hurting” The last thug rolled his eyes, smoking excessively.
“W-What do y’all want from me? Who are you people?!” She managed to speak and a smirk crept up on their lips.
“Why don’t we have a good time with her before the boss comes, she’s too segzy to leave alone for my liking” The first thug licked his lips as his hands slowly moved to her laps and Tessa got irritated.
“Get away from me ugly thing!” She half yelled, trying to kick him but she couldn’t.
“Don’t let the boss get mad at us” The second thug said.
“Oh watch it! I’m the leader here and I’ll do anything I want” The first thug fired at them and back on her.
He did stupid moves with hands on Tessa’s laps as he dived them under her skirt, leaning for her lips.
“No!!!” She shouted, throwing her face away. The guy got angry and slapped her hard on the face, caging her o firmly as he started inching to kiss her lips again. Tessa struggled to free herself but she was too weak. “How can she have her first kiss this way?!”
The guy was about kissing her when the door bursted open revealing a slender female lady. She pointed her gun firmly on the guy’s head with an angry look.
“How dare you disobey my orders Fred!” Emery thundered and Tessa’s eyes widened.
Before he was given a chance to speak, she blew the trigger on his head and his spirit went to hell instantly.
“Boss” The remaining two bowed their heads in respect.
“E-Emery??” Tessa stuttered in bewilderment and Emery let out a naughty smirk as she stared at her.
“Do you love how I welcomed you with a gunshot?” She grinned and Tessa freaked out on the chair she was tied to.
“Please spare my life…”
“Spare you? Did you spare mine when you disgraced in public?” Emery silted a laughter evilly.
“What do you want from me?”
“You brought problems to yourself dear Tessa…” She laughed out again and started walking round Tessa’s chair.
“If only you left that day I told you to, it wouldn’t have led to this. Instead, you revealed who I truly am” She whispered into her.
“You’re now agreeing you were dating Hayes Flynn for his money?” Tessa said boldly and Emery smiled.
“I honestly love your boldness girl. You should be given an award for being the most brave nanny in the whole world” She chuckled.
“Let me go Emery! I don’t know this madness you’re playing with me but I’m sorry because I’m not interested!”
“Really? Don’t tell me you don’t love Hayes Flynn” She smirked and Tessa gulped.
“You have soft spots for him don’t you?” She added and she gulped again, avoiding her gazes.
“I don’t know what you’re talking about”
“Don’t f-__-king lie to me! I’ve seen the way you look at him, the way you always flush whenever he’s close to you”
“What do you want! Just say it and I’ll do it! Please just let me go!” Tessa cried out.
“Now you came baby… Leave that mansion and never show your face to Hayes or his boys. Get away from their lives. For your info, I had an accident with Nathan while coming here with you. I need you to go to him and end any f-__-king relationship you have with them or else….”
“What!”

The doctors kept trying to revive Nathan but he wasn’t responding. They cleansed his injury blocks trying to bring him to conscious state as possible.
“Get the defibrillators! His pulses are going down!!” The doc alerted, his eyes moving the Nathan’s beeping monitor. He was slowly giving up.
Switching on the defibrillators, he placed on his chest, reviving him several times as his chest shook with it.
“Cold blue! He’s dying!”
Hayes ran crazily inside the operating room, not bothering to wear a mask or a coat, he ran towards his son with tears in his eyes.
“Nathan! Don’t f-__-king give up or else I’m never gonna forgive you! Get up son! You’re a strong boy!!!” He shouted and the doctors stared at him pitifully..
“What are y’all standing there for?! f-__-king do your job or else I’m bringing this f-__-king hospital down!!!” He thr_@tened furiously and drifted his eyes back to his son. He held his right hand, pecking him continuously.
“Please wake up for daddy” He whispered with tears.
The doctors did their possible best and giving up on the last round, Nathan’s fingers moved and Hayes face lightened up immediately.
“He just moved! He f-__-king just moved!” He shouted and the doctors looked at themselves.
“It’s a miracle. We just gave up on him on the last round after seeing not sign of him waking up and he just moved” One of the doctors smiled.
His hands moved again and they rushed their attention back to him as his beeping monitor cane back alive.
“Oxygen mask! He needs oxygen!”
An oxygen mask was placed on his face as he exhaled faintly. Bringing out a seth, they checked his heartbeat and it was coming faintly.
“There’s a chance he’ll wake up sir”
“Don’t tell me that $h|t and f-__-king do what you have to do!”
“Please sir, we’ll like some privacy so we’d do our job properly”
Hayes scoffed angrily and walked out of the room. He met Liam pacing round in nervousness.
“I’m scared something must have happened to Nanny Tessa too dad. She isn’t here yet.” Liam bit his lower lips in a sigh.
“Something is off about her. Nathan’s gonna be okay”
Hayes stood up and brought out his car keys.
“Where are you going?”
“Keep a close eye on Nathan for me, I’ll be back need to settle some scores” Hayes replied and Liam nodded as he watched him leave the hospital.

Ariel Mõ@ɲs filled the room as Xavier pound into her like he was furious for no reason, pouring his anger on her wet Çüñť.
The door busted open and Hayes barged him. He gave an unpleasant look immediately he beheld the scene and Xavier stopped f_cking Ariel to see who it was.
His eyes widened when he saw Hayes but Ariel wasn’t surprised on the other hand as she slowly covered herself with the duvet.
“You’re really shameless aren’t you?” He gritted his teeth and Xavier wore his pants back before standing up.
“Learn how to knock before barging into someone’s house next time” Xavier scoffed and Hayes welcomed him with a hard punch on his jaw and Xavier’s lips bursted out with blood.
“Where the eff is Tessa?! Where did you take her!!” Hayes yelled getting a hold of his collar as he dragged him to the wall.
He got there and pinned him furiously sending a punch to him again and Xavier coughed out blood. Ariel smirked dangerously as she watched the two of them fight in front of her.
“What… What are you talking… about?” Xavier stammered with bloody lips and Hayes scoffed. He made to punch him again but Xavier was fast to turn around, he punched him back.
“Arrggh!!” Hayes groaned.
“Why the hell are you blaming me for Tessa’s disappearance?! I didn’t even go out with her today! We didn’t talk to each other Hayes!” Xavier yelled back.
“You think I’d believe a liar and a betrayal? You were with her! You too became so close suddenly and now you expect me not to blame you!”
“I don’t know what you’re talking about! If she’s missing then let’s go search for her bro!” Xavier snapped.
“Don’t f-__-king call me that!” Hayes hissed and left.
“Geez!”

“Tessa!” Natalie gasped for the second time when she saw Tessa drenched under the rain front of her doorstep. The tears in her eyes wasn’t shown because of the heavy rain.
Natalie grabbed her and pushed her in the apartment, locking the door.
“What are you doing here? Aren’t you supposed to be at your boss’s mansion?” She queried and Tessa kept crying.
Natalie went to bring a light towel and covered up her body as she sat on the couch.
“I… I…”
“Uh?”
“I.. I can’t meet with the boys anymore. I need to distance myself from them” She hiccupped and Natalie rushed to bring water for her which she took slowly.
“Speak clearly now, I don’t understand you. What are you trying to say?”
“I… I…”
Tessa’s mind flashed back to Emery’s said to her and she closed her mouth as tears trickled down her cheeks.
“What? What are you doing here Tessa? Hayes’s been looking for you and it’s night time already. Why are you like this?” Natalie kept pouring questions at her.
“I… I just need to rest” She stood up and started walking to the room when a loud bang was heard on the door which made her halt.
She turned to look at Natalie.
“Don’t open the door please” She mouthed and Natalie became mire curious to open the door.
“Why?” Natalie mouthed back and opened the door. Hayes!
“S-sir??”Tessa blinked nervously and Hayes kept $h00ting daggers at her. There he was, soaked in his wet clothes cause of the rain.
“Hayes Flynn?” Natalie’s jaw dropped.
“If you don’t mind, I need some privacy with Tessa Thompson” He blurted and Natalie nodded as she walked to her room, giving them some privacy.
Tessa turned and made to walk away, but his hands were quick to hold her wrist. For the first time, they came in wet contact.
“Where were you? Why did you leave all of a sudden?” He asked and she sniffed.
“I’m not allowed to talk to you so please just leave sir” She replied and Hayes furrowed his brows confusedly.
“What? Why?!”
“I’m resigning… My six weeks as your boys nanny is gonna be expiring tomorrow anyway. You can come give me my salary for six weeks as our deal stated. I’m out of your life Mr Hayes Flynn” She said without thinking and Hayes’s hands fell from her in shock.
“Have you gone mad Tess?! Do you think the boys will be able to live without you?!”
“Well, I’m not their mother!” She fired and Hayes shook his head negatively, walking to her front.
“What’s wrong with you? Why are you suddenly acting strange?”
“Why are you asking? What do you care about?!” She snapped and Hayes started dragging her out of the apartment till they got outside.
“What’s all this nonsense? Nathaniel is f-__-king lying on the hospital bed unconscious right now and you went missing too, I f-__-king went crazy searching everywhere for you till Natalie texted me her address and I came here only for you to be ranting all this rubbish?!” He yelled at her so angrily and tears slipped out of her eyes in hurtfulness.
A red light suddenly came up on Hayes’s chest and Tessa’s eyes went wide open when she saw the flashing red light dot on him.
“Sir please leave! Leave and…”
The clashing lips on hers made a cute sound under the rain as Hayes kissed her hard, shutting the rest words back to her throat.
Lightens and thunders made noises as the rain fell on them like they were the only one left in the world. She didn’t reciprocate as she was still in shock.
He grabbed her waist slenderly as his lips smashed on top hers hotly and hungrily. He took in her lower lip and bit it softly and Tessa felt emotions and feelings flushed through her spine.
“Ouch” A Mõ@ɲ erupted from her lips when he slide his tongue into hers savoring her tasty mouth under the heavy rain.
