Andrew came into the living room as he adjust his tie.
John sat down going through some files on the living room table.
“Boss, what should we do about Mark?”
He has been a pain in the neck nowadays”
“The same mark that went on a date with Rose?
He hissed.. “He really has the gut”
“Should I clear him off?
That will make things easier for us”
“But make the problem worse..
Andrew said and shrugged.
Det stones is in support of him cos he knows Mr mark is the only tool he can use to bring me down”
And once Mr mark is announced dead, all eyes will point at me again”
Just the same way with Robert, the whole world thinks I was the murderer cos of the rivalry between us”
“Liam Payne and Olivia did it…”
John replied.
“We have to be honest with ourselves, we also have a hand in his murder”
Andrew whispers.
Rose walked in slowly with her crutches.
“Morning, Rose
John smile at her.
Rose just nodded and look at Andrew.
“You are going for work?”
She asked.

As you can see am dressed up already”

Rose said and walk away.
Andrew looked at her and suspected something…
“Don’t even think of going to work…not to talk of going back to that restaurant”
Rose sighs and face him.

John just watched the two of them.
“Watch TV or read some novels…
The doctor advised you should take a full rest everyday for you to recover quickly”
Rose grunts in frustration and sat down on the couch.

Andrew replied and carried his briefcase.

How is it my fault? Are you in support of me or Olivia?”
Rose asked.

Just stay away from her,

“You mean Liam and Olivia?
“Yeah, they are really stronger and powerful than you..

Rose stylishly asked.
“Am going to need someone stronger than them to win and that’s why I have you”

Andrew scoffs.

He replied and wanted to walk away when the door made a sound and Jean walked in with some bag of luggages.
Andrew sighs.

Jean smile and brought out her phone.

She hand over her phone to Andrew.
Andrew looked at Jean before grabbing the phone from her hands.
He walked to a corner to receive his dad’s call.
Jean looked at Rose.

Jean said.
“Am back to where I belong”
Rose replied and folded her arms.
“This is not where you belong, this is my brother’s house”
“And this is my huss-sband house,
Rose forced herself to say it.
John managed to hold up his laughter
Andrew came back with Jean’s phone in his hands.
“How long is the summer break?”
He asked facing Jean.
“Four weeks…
And am spending the whole four weeks here”
Jean replied looking at rose’s face.
“Well, I guess Rose will no longer feel bored now that you are around”
Andrew said and smile.
“Wait, what?
Your sister will live here now?”
Rose asked.
Andrew shrugged and walked out.
John whispers to rose.
“This is your chance to bond with her now…
Get her on your side if you really love Andrew”

Rose whispered back.

John replied and quickly walked out to catch up with Andrew.
“I guess its you and me now”
Jean said as she drag her box away from the living room.
Rose sighs and took the TV remote from the table.
“Today is going to be a long day”

Olivia stepped into her vehicle as the driver driver started the car.
They drove out of their mansion into the road.
“Get to the office, fast…
I have an appointment in the next ten minutes”
Olivia said.
Her mind is not at rest.. she kept checking the time seconds after seconds.
“Can you increase your pace?”
She shouted at the driver.
“Yes boss…
The driver increase his speed.
Suddenly, a vehicle began to follow them behind. The driver noticed it after a while but decide to shrugged it off.
The red vehicle keep trailing behind them making sure they were being noticed.
“Ma’am…?
I think we are being followed”
The driver finally confirmed after noticed the red vehicle was still following.
Olivia looked back.
“Take a turn”
The driver quickly turned to the right and so did the red vehicle also.
“Stop the car”
Olivia ordered.
The car stopped. Olivia look back again, the car also stopped.
“Ma’am, I would advise you to stay in the vehicle..
I will sort this out”
He said about to step down.
“No, just put a call to liam..
She replied and wanted to opened the door when another vehicle, a truck come running on a high speed crashed into Olivia’s car unexpectedly crashing every part of the car into pieces.
The red vehicle that was once trailing behind them quickly reverse back and drove off in opposite direction.
Someone came out of the truck wearing all black. The shoes and mask are also all black. The unknown person wearing black mask covering the face walked majestically into the accident scene.
Olivia and her driver was still inside the trashed car.
The unknown person drag out the driver who was stained with his blood, saving him,leaving injured Olivia in there.
“Help me”
Olivia pleaded staring at the person’s feet underneath.
Blood was all over her body and her leg has been trapped within the parts of her car.
The unknown person stretched out a hand at her.
Olivia managed to grab it. Blood stained the gloves she wore.
She pull off her hand and brought out a paper with a simple sentence on it “REVENGE”
“Hey, please don’t leave me here”
Olivia pleaded shouting at her.
She brought out a gum and pasted it on the vehicle.
“Hey…
Olivia kept shouting.
“Don’t leave me”
She took off her mask and breathe in fresh air, adjusting her hair

She muttered and brought out a stick of cigarettes and a lighter.
Someone on a power race bike drove and stop in front of her. She get on top of it, wear the bike helmet and they drove off.
“Help”
Olivia was still shouting.
A fire ignited from a spilled fuel and the car caught fire.
The driver was still lying unconsciously on the ground.

~Thirty minutes later ~
The CPD police has already surrounded the whole scene. Some roads were blocked with the crime scene tag to avoid tampering of evidence.
Two ambulances were also nearby.
Olivia sat down inside one of the ambulance waiting for Liam to arrive.
Her wounds are patched up and treated.
A cop walked in and sat down opposite her.
“Do you mind if I ask you some questions?”
“Yeah sure…
Olivia replied tiredly.
“Can you explain in details? What really happened?”
“I don’t really know how it happened but I was about to get out of the vehicle when the truck came running into our car.
That’s how the accident happened.. “
“How about this? “
The cop said and brought out the same paper with a ” REVENGE” word and some blood stain on it.
“I guess someone placed it there… This person was supposed to save me but instead, the person chose to save my driver and left me in there to die”
“Do you know who this person is?”
The cop asked as he jot something down.
“I didn’t see the person’s face so I can’t really say”
She replied.
“Is there any thing you remember that can help us with our investigation? “
“Nothing else… Olivia replied.
“Hey, Olivia…
Are you okay?”
Liam asked as he walked into the ambulance.
Liam tried to touch Olivia but she pull his hands away.
“Don’t dare touch me”
Liam sighs.
“Am sorry…
Am going to find who did this”
Det stones is already working it and I have told Jerry to start a private investigation also”
“Really?
That’s all you can do? I almost died today, Liam”

Robert stare at the scene with his hands at his back.
“This is really an hell of an accident”
He look around the crashed vehicle and the collided truck.
“We didn’t planned this accident”
Someone else might be after Olivia”
He said within his mind.
Det stones walked to him.
“Jerry..
Robert quickly turned to him.
“Det stones”
“Did you find something?”
“Nothing”
“Well, we found this”
Det stones said and hand him the blood stain paper.
“REVENGE”
Robert reads out.
“You gat to be kidding me”
“Am as surprised as you are…
Who does this in the 21st century?”
“I think someone is after Olivia Payne”
Robert said.
“Yeah, I guess so too”
There is just too much on my plate right now,
Still investigating Robert suntherland’s body and now this”
He sighs and walk away.
Robert’s heart skip a bit.
“This man is really keen on finding my body”
He stare at Det stones as he walks away
