Maya smiled at her and hit her arm playfully. Amelia gave her a look like what’s the matter.
“Nothing..” She replied. “You’re crazy” Amelia said and chuckles.
“Wh@ťěver! How’s my nephew doing? I hope you’re not stressing him?” Maya asked.
“He’s fine. You should be asking about me.. Sometimes I feel so weak, like this morning it was something else and Henderson wasn’t around that morning”
“Did you tell him, when he came back?” Maya asked. She glanced at Henderson, who was coming towards their direction. She became mute.
“Hi baby” Amelia muttered as he kissed her cheek. “I will be right back. What would you like to eat?”
“N..nothing, am fine” She stammered. “Alright, you’re with your bestie. Take care and you too Maya” He said and left.
Amelia sighs. “This man loves you so much” She said, watching as the door closes.
“I know. And I love him too” She replied. “Back to our discussions, why didn’t you tell him when he came back”
“I wasn’t necessary, besides I went for check up and the doctor said that I should stop stressing myself”
“Do you work, when the king is away?” Maya asked, with a fixed gaze.
“No!” She half yelled. “So why are you stressed out?” Maya asked again.
“Stop being like my mom, I miss her” She mumbled and sniffs. Maya understands and know how painful it was for her and when she was still a kid, she went through a lot. She pulled her close to herself.
“It’s okay baby.”Maya mumbled, she burst into fresh tears as she remembered her mother.
“Shh..grandma is here. She won’t like it, if she wokes up and sees you like this” Maya mumbled and pat her back softly.
“Am sorry.” She apologized. “It’s okay, princess. I don’t like seeing you this way” Maya mumbled.
“Okay…” She replied and wiped her tears herself. “Cheer up. So tell me when are coming back to Naples” Maya said.
“Soon” She replied. “Hmm! You’ve been saying that for some months now” She muttered.
Amelia glanced at granny and sighed. “What?” Maya asked.
“Because of her?” Maya asked. “Not really, but I will go back” She replied.
“Okay…” Maya replied.
2HOURS LATER
Henderson and Ethan return to the ward and saw them discussing with his grandma. He smiled on her awake with smiles on her face.
“How are you feeling?” He asked and sat on the bed. “Am fine now, my baby” She replied.
“Alright, the doctor said that you won’t take much days at the hospital” He said.
“Thank God, that’s good news” She replied and they hugged.
2DAYS LATER
After the whole incident, Miranda returned back to the palace Henderson told her to come stay here with him. So that he will take care of her and monitors her movement, she agreed.
Henderson and Amelia were in the garden, displaying her naughty self to him, she was on his laps and she was facing him. She was about to kiss him when a woman and some guards were trying to stop her, but she was stubborn and they were only following his rules not to touch a woman.
“Ma’am please..'” The guard muttered.
“You are not allowed to go there..” He added.
“Don’t touch me, you son of a Ɓîtçh'” She barked at the guard who was about to stop her from moving towards the king and princess. Henderson and Amelia stared at their direction. She bow her head.
“Who are you?” He asked, staring at her. “Am pregnant for you” She replied.
Amelia chuckled softly and Henderson and her exchange looks. “Who are you Miss?” Amelia asked.
“You don’t have to know.” She replied, rudely. Amelia get down from his laps and was about to move closer to her, when Henderson stopped him, even if she doesn’t have anything to say, but to teach her how to respect a king and princess.
“Babe..” He called her back. “Chill, babe.” She replied and moved to her, she gave her a sounding slap, she had her right cheek.
“Are you crazy? You don’t even know how to respect a king and me. A princess” She yelled at her.
“He asked you a question and you couldn’t answer. All you have to say is that you’re pregnant. I should have know that you Ɓîtçhes are always like this.” She yelled at her again.
“Babe..come sit down. I will handle it” He said, holding her.
“No, I can handle it” She replied. “Babe, listen to me okay. Don’t stress yourself okay'” He said, she nod and was move a little back.
The young girl, was just staring at them. The other who were at the gates there to stopped another person who was trying to penetrate into the compound.
“Leave me alone'” He yelled. “She’s trying to give my baby to someone else” He yelled and continued struggling with the bodyguards. Henderson discharged the other guards who came with the strange lady. He followed them as he heard the noise. Amelia and the lady followed him, the lady wonder how he came here.
“Let him be” Henderson ordered, immediately they left him. He adjusted his clothes.
“You’re the one that she wants give my baby to” He yelled, breathing heavily. Henderson and Amelia was confused, they glanced at each other again.
“It’s a lie” She yelled. “Lisa stop, please stop this. This baby is mine” The young guy said.
“Shut up Davis. It’s not yours” She barked back at him. “Lisa, please stop this'” He begged. But she wasn’t ready to listen to him, there noise were becoming too much for Amelia.
“Silent” He yelled at them, immediately the whole place became quite. “Babe, go and sit there” He calmly. She went to the place, they were before.
“Both of you follow me” He ordered, the guards were about to follow with him, but he stopped them. “Get back to your duty post” He said, calmly and left, Davis and Lisa followed him immediately.
He sat down, while they stood before him and Amelia. “You said that you are carrying my child” Henderson said.
“Yes, your majesty'” She replied, calmly. Davis was about to interfere but Henderson stopped him by raising his right hand.
“When was that?” He asked. “When did we have séx?” He added.
“It was a month ago.” She replied. “A month ago?” He asked, staring at her. “Yes, your majesty” She replied with a bow.
