Xavier held June and walked away.
“Did he just say that?”Mimi blinked.
“Maybe he was just hallucinating”Noah said.
“Nah, those eyes of his meant it”Mimi said.
Diamond and Finch walked away separately while everyone faced back their business.

*AN EMPTY CLASS
“Wetin happen? Why you drag me?”June asked as they got their and he sighed.
d@mn! She didn’t even hear all what he said.
“Can I ask for a favor?”he asked as she brought out her phone.
“Ask”
“You promise to do it?”he asked and she looked at him for sometime before nodding.
“Can you stop talking to Finch, like stop going to him when he ask, focus on me alone?”he said.
“If you tell me one better reason why I go stop talking to am, I go stop”she said and he ruffled his hair since he got nothing to say, not like there’s no reason but how would she react if he tells her. She always refer him as a child and she once said it’s an abomination for a younger guy and an older lady to be in a relationship.
“I talk am, sometimes you go act like person way get sense and sometimes….”
“I have sense”he cut in.
“Oya, wetin we go do now way you carry me come here?”she sat down.
“Let’s watch movie”he said and she frowned.
“I suppose follow fish so he go teach me”she said.
“I can also teach you what he does”he said.

“I’m asking you this again, do you like Finch?”he asked.

“So you can get married to him when….”
“God forbid”she demonstrated and he moved back.
“I senior am with five years, e no fit work for my place”she said and he smiled but it disappeared when he remembered he’s also nineteen.
“So you don’t like in a more than friend relationship?”he asked again.
“I like am but no be like of marriage, when I first come here, na Finch first behave like human being, he act like brother for me so why I no go like am”she said and he nodded slowly.
“Let’s go out today”he said and she smiled.
“Where?”
“Secret, you’ll know when we get there”he smiled.
“Oya na, when we dey go?”she smiled.
“We’ll go back home and changed, you should put on that dress I told you to pull off on Saturday”he said.
“But you say e no good”she said.
“Just put that one on”he said and she said nothing more. He gave her his phone to watch a movie.
Xavier smiled and kept staring at her as she watched the movie. Finch who has been listening to their conversation left.

*A PENTHOUSE
“Here ma’am!”
Ma Angel sat took the envelope from her personal bodyguard.
“I took the video down already”he said and she finally brought out the photos in the envelope.
The photos contain what happened in college earlier.
“The video”she said and he handed her a phone.
“Really! It’s really Xavier”she said.
“Yes ma’am”
“He has really changed”she muttered.
“What should I do ma’am?”
“Keep an eye on them, I need only three more photos of them in an improper way”she said.
“Yes ma’am”he said and walked away.
“It shouldn’t be what I’m thinking”she muffled as her eyes stared more on the photos.

*COLLEGE
“Going home already?”Noah asked as the lecturer walked out.
“Yes”he smiled and stood up immediately. walking out.
“June!”he called immediately he got out.
“You don finish?”she walked to him and he nodded smiling.
Finch came out same time.
“I’ll see you around June”Finch said and began walking away but she ran after him.
“I go call you for night”she smiled and ran back.
“What did you tell him?”Xavier asked.
“Why you wan know?”she asked and he frowned.
“Hey guys!”Mimi jumped on them.
“Seriously Mimi!”
“Let’s have the dance tutorial now”Mimi said.
“We’re going home now”Xavier said.
“Wasn’t talking to you, either come with us or go home”she said and dragged June away while Xavier and Noah followed.

< Night >
Xavier and June are seen walking on the street. They just left a restaurant which he bought her vegetable soup for her.
“Wanna come here everyday?”he asked.
“You wan dey bring me everyday?”she asked.
“If you want”he said.
“No be everyday sha because the money plenty”she said.
“I’m not complaining”he said.
“I like as you dey behave now, you dey smile everytime, e good”she said and he widen his smile.
“It all cause of you”he said.
“Me?”
“Yes, maybe you changed me without knowing”he smiled.
“E good, but e remain one thing”she said.
“What?”
“I go tell you later”she said and he nodded.
“Can I hold your hand?”he asked and she looked at him and her hand.
“Forget I said it”he ruffled his hair and looked away but she shocked him by joining their hands together and he smiled.
They kept walking with hands connected while the night breeze kept hitting them. He smiled more.
* A RESTAURANT
Mimi kept waiting for the guy she’s to be with but he seems not to be coming so she dialed her mom’s line.
They even had the restaurant for themselves.
“I haven’t seen him for minutes now mom”she said.
“Just wait a little, he’d be there”
“Just thirty minutes more”she said and hanged up.
“Are you the one I’m meeting?”someone said, but the voice sounds familiar, so raised her head only to see Noah.
“You!!”both screamed.
“What are you doing here?”Mimi asked.
“I should be asking you that”he said and her phone beep.
*I heard he has good grades and thought it’d be better if you both attend same college*she read.
“Seriously mom! He has to pay to get those grades!”she dropped her phone angrily and Noah’s phone beep.
*Your dad said she might help in improving your grades, remember he wouldn’t pay this semester and she’s beautiful*he read.
“Beautiful my foot!”
“Oh please, mom should be joking he’s a playboy!”she groaned.
“You should be happy I’m the one”he said.
“Oh please! You think I’m ready to do any family business stuff with you, get it now, we can’t happen so just go home late and say something good about our date”she picked her bag.
“I should be saying that, can’t date you too”he said.
“Better!”she screamed and walked away
