Titus, Ummi called in shock when she saw Titus
crawling into the cave
After she was injured she was taken to the
healing cave
She had been there since, luckily she was
healing slowly
She stood up and rushed to him
His body was badly burnt
What happened to you, she asked in shock
I don’t know if that bastard was pretending or
anything but he suddenly got powerful and
burnt everywhere, he mumbled
But she couldn’t hear him because he wasn’t
talking clearly
Pedro and the overlords are dead, he muttered
She heard that one clearly
What!!, What happened, she gasped
He raised his hand slowly
Save me Ummi, please I am in pains, he begged
She pulled him and dropped him in the healing
pool and went in after him
Where is Apra, she asked
Titus whimpered in pain
This is really bad, Apra needs to heal you, I can’t
do much, plus I am wounded, she said
Just help me, help me please, he begged
Days later
Adrian fell to the ground tiredly
Gosh he has been training since morning and
very tired
He was also sweating badly

He rolled his eyes

for you, he said and stood up

scoffed
That’s because I am also hungry, I want to
prepare something, Adrian said
Keeva kicked his @zz immediately
Ouch that hurts, he cried
It should, she scoffed and stormed inside

Hours later
Adrian dished the marcaroni and cheese with
buffalo chicken in two plates
Looks yummy, Keeva licked her lips
It should be, I am a good cook, he said proudly
Keeva rolled her eyes
Bring water first, he said and carried the food to
the dining
She brought water from the fridge and made to
sit down
You did you know that they were four True
gods, he asked
She froze
I guess you do, didn’t you think of telling me, he
asked
What else happened to you, she asked calmly

calmly

Adrian you hid what you heard and went
through from me, you told me half and
swallowed the important part, how did I start it,
she snapped

true gods, and some other things you should
have said, I thought we were partners, I am
supposed to know everything, he scoffed
That doesn’t relate to the matter at all, those
true gods are gone, what does it have to do with
me getting my body and your powers, she
snapped
It does, it relates, Adrian snarled

already fuming
It was the the reason you were chained under a
sea and me, or should I say in my past, I was

She looked at him in confusion

gods, hence those things happened to us,

Keeva opened her mouth in shock

When I regained some part of my powers, I also
regained some of his memories, though that
most painful ones aren’t here
There still some sad memories, like me growing
up alone without my parents and no one at all, I
don’t understand why I went through that in the
past, sometimes it feels like it’s not my memory,
but deep down I know it is
Why were we treated that way, why did I go
through all of that as a god, why must I make
sacrifices for mortals when they don’t even
appreciate it, why was I created, Adrian said, he
was almost in tears
Keeva looked at him speechlessly
Just then the door bell rang
Adrian wiped his tears what was now pouring
out
He stood up and went to the door
Keeva just stood speechlessly
Adrian, how dare you ignore my call, Chloe
yelled
I didn’t want to talk to anyone, I was busy, he
said avoiding her eyes
OMG did you cry, she gasped
That witch, how did she know…
No I didn’t, why would I, he scoffed
You haven’t been in school for two days and
Teddy hasn’t said anything, Chloe asked
He asked me to do what I want to do, Adrian
replied

mumbled and pushed him out of the way to go
in
She frowned immediately she saw Keeva
They both glared at each other
She walked up to Keeva
Why did you lie to me, you told me that you
can’t enter my body because your powers is
weak but you entered, she snapped
I guess someone is not afraid of the ghost
again, Adrian mumbled
I heard that, Chloe snapped
Well I didn’t say it behind you, Adrian muttered
Chloe glared at him
I regained my powers for a while, Keeva said
She turned back to Keeva and scoffed
And why would I believe that, she asked
You can ask Adrian, Keeva said
Don’t ask me anything, Adrian said rolling his
eyes
And moreover you should thank her, you almost
got ki||ed when you were at the door screaming

said
Wait you saw me calling your name and I
couldn’t see you, Chloe asked
Adrian scoffed and went to the dining
OMG!, Marcaroni and cheese, she screamed and
rushed to take one plate
Keeva held the plate
What are you doing, she asked frowning
That’s mine, Keeva said
Huh I didn’t see your name here, she said
shaking her head
You can ask Adrian, Keeva said
I don’t want to, Chloe said
They both glared at each other
Adrian started eating his food watching them
He is my friend, Chloe said
He is my disciple, he would respect me first and
moreover when did you start dragging things
with your elders, Keeva asked
Chloe scoffed
How old are you I bet you are not up to…..
70,500 years, Keeva interrupted her
Chloe shrieked

Then an elder like you shouldn’t drag things
with kids, you should leave it for me, Chloe said

Chloe’s eyes widened in shock

possessed, She yelled
I don’t know maybe, Adrian said
Keeva bit her lips slowly
You are both crazy, you can share your food
and leave this for me, Chloe said
Never, Keeva said and raised her head up

Why would I ghost even need food, are you
growing or developing
Or maybe you didn’t eat well when you were
alive, you look so short, so now you want to eat
all you didn’t eat, Chloe said
Keeva gasped
Me short, she shrieked

laughed
The first time you came in and called Adrian, I
looked around to see who was talking, I couldn’t
find the person, until Adrian asked me to look
down, d@mn baby!!, Keeva said
Chloe glared at her angrily
Are trying to tell me I am tiny, she snapped
Of course, Keeva said
I won’t ever leave this plate, I am eating it, Chloe
snapped
And I won’t drag with you because it’s mine,
Keeva said and removed her hand

She was still talking when the plate disappeared
from her hand and appeared on Keeva’s
Arrrhhh, that’s cheating, she snarled
Hmmm, so tasty, Keeva Mõ@ɲed as she tasted a
spoon
Chloe scoffed and snatched Adrian’s own
Give it back, he screamed
Nah I won’t, she said and started eating
Keeva, he called whining like a baby
Why are you calling her is she your….
The plate disappeared from her hand
This time, she was even bringing the spoon
close to her mouth for her second spoon, the
food on the spoon disappeared too and she ate
empty spoon
Arrrhhh, she yelled
Thanks baby, Adrian said and did a high five
with Keeva
Chloe scoffed
I am going to have cereals, the food wasn’t even
nice, it’s very cold and salty, she snapped
Good luck with that, he mumbled
She stormed into the kitchen
Soon they heard sounds of plates breaking
Chloe leave those innocent plates, Adrian
screamed
Hours later
Keeva watched Chloe as she left the house
She watched her silently from the balcony in the
first floor of the house
Watching her, Adrian said
Keeva turned sharply
I am surprised you didn’t give up your food for
her, Adrian said
I can’t give up food for anyone, Keeva said
d@mn this foodie, he said and ruffled her hair
Adrian about that time….
It’s okay I am fine now, I was just caught up in
my emotions, he said
I understand, she said
He stared at her
I understand what you are talking about, if I
eventually go back, what I went through will
only be considered a trial
Then I will become more powerful, she said
What is a trial, he asked
A misfortune event you go through to become
more powerful or attain a higher rank, she
replied
Meaning no matter what you do, it will have a
sad ending, Adrian asked

the world from their evil thoughts, she continued
If you regain your powers will you unlock the
seal on Chloe, Adrian asked
She sighed and looked downstairs
I don’t know, her choice, she replied after been
silent for a while
What if she wants it, he asked
I don’t wish for her to remember or get back her
powers, she wished to live as a mortal when she
was a goddess, she said she would love happily
with her family and then grow old with her
partners and die, Keeva said
But she’s not happy, Adrian said
Keeva looked at him
What do you mean, he asked
Her parents are divorced, she is stuck with her
abusive mum who drinks and takes drugs all
the time
Both of her parents doesn’t care about her at all,
she has been alone since she was a kid
That’s why she acts defensive and tries to hide
her emotions, he replied
How can that be!!!
You failed to give her a nice family but you
protected her, you are sweet, he said
Are you mocking me, she asked glaring at him
He grabbed her hand and squeezed it softly
Gosh why is she feeling that way again?
Don’t ever cry for me again, I h@ťě it, he said
She looked at him in surprise
I h@ťě when you cry and I suddenly want to beat
the person up but I can’t do that if the person is
me, he said
OMG!!!
I also want to see you everytime, don’t ever

You are crazy, she mumbled
He smiled
Come here Adrian, we have to mask your aura,
she said
He stared at her in confusion
Since your powers has increased, you can do it
now, I don’t want what happened to repeat itself
and I feel like this drama is just beginning
We will mask it so no one even the greatest god
won’t notice it’s you, she told him
Sheila stared at the board at the entrance of the
city she was about to enter
‘EDRINE’
Finally here, she mumbled
Gosh she really went through a lot to find Chloe
and finally she saw it
