Kalinda smirked as she felt his lips on hers, she shifted her knees between his legs hitting his members
“f-__-k,” Cyprus cursed, he quickly let go of her
Shifting backward, his hands holding his members
“Do you have to be this wicked?” he added and groaned in pain
“Taking advantage of me is out of it,” she replied
Pushing him out of the way, Kalinda started walking out of the room but she suddenly stopped at the door, she went back and walked past him into his secret room. Kalinda scanned the whole place and everything was neatly placed in their position
She smiled immediately she was the quillian and went over to it, just when she was about to touch it Cyprus held her hand
Kalinda looked at her hand that he was holding before taking her gaze to him
“Baby, can we start over again?” Cyprus calmly, his voice was soft and gently
Kalinda kept quiet
“I missed everything about you, your smiling face, your body scent, your body, your touch, your lips, and everything about you just drives me craze, it was all a mistake and if you give me another chance I will never ever hurt you again, please,” he said calmly
Kalinda gently took her hand from him, she took the quillian before staring at his face then next she started laughing, Cyprus looked at himself wondering what was so funny
“Story that touches the heart, ugh! Am so touched,” Kalinda said in a mockery tone, her hand holding her chest
Cyprus was silent
She walked past him heading to the door, she walked out of his secret room going straight into his bedroom
Kalinda went over to the door and was about to open it when Cyprus held her hand, she looked back at him and right before her eyes he went on his knees
Her jaw dropped instantly, her eyes popping out from their socket
The supreme god of all immortals was kneeling before her, the strongest of all Immortals was on his knees in front of her
As if the time was against him, Lincoln came in, his jaw dropped immediately he saw Cyprus on his knees
Cyprus just snapped his finger and the Lincoln vanished

“Lady Ivy is very responsible, she won’t try that,” Larry defended
“And if she does?” Lincoln asked, he brought out a mini bag filled with coins
Cyprus actually wipes the memory from his head and he found himself betting on Ivy with others
“A gold coin,” Arianna said
“6 silver and two Golds,” Sharron added
“I still don’t think lady Ivy can do that, but I will still bet,” Roger said placing five silver coins on the table
They all place the money on the table, it wasn’t long before Ivy entered

“You know what happened to my father, I showed you everything,” Cyprus replied calmly
He was trying to make her understand
“He is my baby and not you, how do you expect me to love you when you’re gonna ki|| my baby? Do you know how hard it was for me to run away from the person I love after childbirth? I had to run away from a monster who calmed to love me, I nearly died. So what if I died?” she shouted, tears lingering at the corner of her eyes
Cyprus was silent, his head down
“I was only 19 and pregnant, the person who told me he was gonna be by my side tried to ki|| me, I was weak and dying. You looked me in the eyes and what you said to me was to ki|| my own child, just because you ki||ed your father…….”
“Okay, I won’t ki|| him anymore I promise, if that’s the only way to get you back then let him live,” Cyprus said cutting in
“You’re not going to ki|| my baby that’s good news, but as for me coming back to you again, am sorry but it’s already too late……”
“I love you too much, you can’t let that boy get into your head, you’re not what he needs,” Cyprus said cutting in

“He’s only human, you don’t know what the future holds,” Cyprus said cutting in again
“Well, I don’t need your help, stop being an obsessive freak and get over me Cyprus! we’re done,” Kalinda replied and stormed off angrily
Cyprus gently sat on the Cold floor, he sighed frustratingly and roughed his hair

Cassidy knelt down facing a small stone, Viola came forward and opened the quillian, it shined brightly producing a purple light, Cassidy looked at Kalinda who was moody
Draco was also present and he was standing beside Hunter
“What if he don’t love me anymore?” Cassidy said, staring at Draco
The quillian was already absorbing her powers, white tiny smorks that can hardly be seen coming out from her body, her head begins to spin
“You will find another,” Kalinda replied gently
“What if he’s the one I want?” Cassidy asked sadly
“he’s just the first one?” Camilla replied sharply
she was already feeling pity for the innocent girl
“What if he’s the only one?” Cassidy asked and the light from her body shined bright
Everyone covered their eyes except Kalinda who wanted to see the whole thing, Cassidy fell instantly and Draco rush to her
“Are you alright?’ he asked as he helped her up
Kalinda, Viola, and Camilla exchanged glances
Hunter just stood there like a statue
“Didn’t it work?” Viola asked, her gaze fixed on Draco
“I’m no longer under her control, am just trying to have honor cos some people said I don’t have any,” Draco said rudely and hissed
“Hunter,” Kalinda called, her heart hammering against her chest
Camilla stared at him with her mouth wide opened
“Yeah, am good, so shall we?” Hunter asked
Viola held her chest as she let out a breath of relief, Camilla smiled lightly while Kalinda fixed her gaze on Hunter, he looked at her and immediately their eye met she quickly looked away
