CHAPTER 9~10

Right there, she knew she had found her SOULMATE.
Her heart was beating so fast that she was afraid that maybe she got a heart disease.
His own heart was beating that way and they couldn’t look away from each other.
The look wasn’t an ordinary look, it was filled with a great chemistry.
“How…do you know my name?” she asked when she found her voice.
“It doesn’t really matter” he smiled and she felt her inside churning, what is he doing to her?
Abel looked up and saw the look on everyone’s faces in the assembly.
“Nice to meet you, I’m Abel” he smiled and walked away.
Salome stood there totally lost till Minerva tapped her.
“He’s gorgeously cute but stop making it obvious” she whispered and Salome quickly blinked before joining the line again.
Rain was glaring hard at Salome, she just entered her red book already.
Master Stefan had a smile on his face but only master Lenovon noticed it.
“Welcome to the institute, introduce yourselves” master Stefan said.
“I’m Minerva Ohio” Minerva said.
“Mara Hoff” the new girl Mara said.
“I’m Salome Jerusalem” Salome said and the disciples started laughing.
“What a bizzare name” Rain said h@ťěfully.
“I like her name” Alfred said.
“You should stay off her, Abel…”
“I know, I noticed it too” Alfred cut in and Ramos ruffled his hair.
“Stop it” he threw Ramos hand away.
“I’m Apollo Oak and I like girls” he said with a baddie smile.
“Just got a partner” Alfred said loudly and the disciples started laughing,murmuring started too.
“Silence” master Lenovon yelled and silence took over.
“I’m Paul Castle” the other guy named Paul introduced himself.
“You are all welcome to the institute, try to make friends rather than trying to make enemies, you will join the training tomorrow, now meet the superiors” Master Lenovon said and the superior walked to the stage.
“I’m Ramos Ceed” Ramos said and the girls started drooling.
“Alfred HitchÇ0çƙ” Alfred said and the same reaction from girls came, it was much more than Ramos.
“Rain Barney” Rain said with a bitter look on her face.
“Abel Norman” Abel said and Salome’s heart started beating so fast again, 60 percent of the girl’s attention went to him, she couldn’t look away and Rain noticed that, she started glaring h@ťěfully at her.
“Romance is allowed in the institute but don’t overdo it, focus on what you are here, reaching your cultivation” master Stefan said and the new disciples bowed.
Stefan looked at Salome and Abel before leaving.
“You can join them to watch the practice” master Lenovon said and walked away.
“What was that?” Alfred and Ramos asked at once, facing Abel.
“I will explain later, not now” Abel said and looked at Salome before vanishing.
“He did it again” Ramos groaned.
“Stop glaring at the girl” Alfred said and Rain turned to him.
“Watch your tongue dog” Rain shot and walked away.
“The Salome girl has entered Rain’s black book, she has a big crush on Abel” Ramos said.
“She do pretend like she doesn’t like him but she is crazy about him, stupid Ɓîtçh” Alfred said h@ťěfully.
“Let me talk to the new girls” Alfred said but Immediately Ramos held his hand and started walking away with him.
“Ramos!!” Alfred shouted as Ramos dragged him away.
“What just happened? You got here yesterday and how did he know you? Your name?” Minerva asked.
“I don’t… know too” Salome replied, biting her lips.
“It’s confusing” Mara said and they turned to her.
“You talk?” Minerva asked.
“Of course” she giggled.
“I heard Abel is the highest superior here, second in command after the masters” Paul said.
“You look like a calm guy” Mara said.
“Maybe” Paul shrugged.
“The number of girls here are more than the guys, I don’t want to leave this place” Apollo smiled, looking around.
“Salome” Molly shouted, coming to them with Loveth, Megan and Jill.
“I’m molly”
“Loveth”
“Jill”
“Megan” Megan said.
“We all can be friends” Megan said and Paul started looking at him without looking away.
“Avoid the superior named Rain, she is incurably bitter and wicked, pray never to be under her practice group, she h@ťěs making contact with people except the girl coming there” Molly said and pointed at the direction Maria was coming.
“Her name is Maria”
“I h@ťě her already and more because she shared the same starting alphabet of our names” Mara scrunched her face
“What about Ramos?” Minerva asked, smiling widely.
“You are smiling” Loveth said and Minerva stopped smiling.
“You are free to crush on him, he’s single” Megan said.
“Really?” she smiled.
“Yes, he’s cool, the rest of the superiors are cool but how did Abel know you?” Jill asked.
“I don’t know, this is my first time to meet him”
“You should avoid him if you don’t want to have issues with Rain, she is having a big crush on him” Loveth said.
“After this practice it is breakfast, just watch us” Megan said.
“And one more thing, Alfred is a player, he doesn’t do love, avoid him if you don’t want to be heartbroken” Jill said.
“Okay” Salome smiled, and her mind quickly went to Abel.
MASTER’S STEFAN CHAMBER•
Master Stefan was waiting in his living room when Abel came in.
“Master” he bowed and Stefan turned to him.
“The girl, do you know her from somewhere?” he asked simply.
“No, but I saw her in my vision” he replied and he smiled.
“Things will not be the same from now on that she is here, your mate will soon be unveiled”
“I have a mate?” Abel asked.
“Yes but you will understand everything when it’s the right time, you can leave now” He said.
Abel bowed and walked out, master Lenovon came in immediately.
“So what about the new disciple?” master Lenovon asked.
“She is part of his story and he’s part of her story, fate can be cruel sometimes” master Stefan said and faced him.
“Let’s see how everything will play out” he said and walked to master Lenovon.
He patted him and they walked out together.

Abel got to his room and saw Alfred and Ramos. He knows why they are here.
“Care to explain what happened there?” Alfred asked.
“I traced her scent” he said and they looked at each other.
“I saw her in my vision, that’s where I know her name” he said, seeing the confusion on their faces.
“What does that mean?” Ramos asked.
“I don’t understand it too” Abel said.
“But you were looking at her like you like her or something” Alfred said.
“Stop saying nonsense, it’s time for breakfast” Abel said.
“Don’t teleport us again” Alfred said and Abel laughed.
THE CAFETERIA•
The servers were distributing the disciples’ food on their tables when Salome and Minerva came inside.
“Wow! It’s so large” Minerva said, looking around.
Salome kept roaming her eyes around till she saw Molly and the rest.
“Let’s go” Salome held her hand and walked there.
“Salome” Molly said.
“Salome” Megan, Loveth and Jill called.
“You guys are already eating” Minerva said.
“Yeah” Molly said.
“Hey guys” Jason and John got there and took their seats on the long table.
“I’m Jason”
“I’m John”
“Nice meeting you guys” Minerva smiled.
“Where are the rest?” Megan asked.
“They are coming” Salome replied and almost immediately Mara, Apollo and Paul joined the table.
“Another player in the institute” Jason said and Apollo smiled.
“You look cool” John said, looking at Paul.
Paul just smiled simply.
“Do the superiors eat here too?” Minerva asked.
“Sure, they have their special table” Loveth replied.
“But I don’t think they are coming here” Jason said.
“Why?” Mara asked.
“I don’t know”
“I like superior Alfred already” Apollo said.
“Cos you two have the same personality” Paul said and they laughed.
“We like girls, it’s life” Apollo said.
Molly’s spoon fell from her hand.
“I will get it for you” Jason said.
“I didn’t ask for your help” Molly said and raised the spoon up with her eyes.
“She doesn’t like him” Paul said.
“I don’t really think so” Loveth said.
“You are not talking” John said to Salome.
“I don’t really know what to say” Salome muttered.
“You don’t look like the silent type” Jill said and Salome smiled.
“You got me” she grinned.
“You are so pretty” Molly said.
“You are pretty too” Salome said.
Megan felt eyes on her and she looked up to see Apollo looking at her but he looked away.
She sighed and faced her food.
RAIN’S ROOM•
Rain was fuming with red eyes as she sat in her room, she didn’t go for breakfast because she would have done something nastier.
The way Abel was looking at that Ɓîtçh, he hasn’t looked at her like that before.
“Ahhhh!!” she groaned and Maria came into the room.
“The new disciple”
“I h@ťě her already, she better stay away from Abel or else she will regret coming into this institute” Rain said bitterly.
“The way he was looking at her, he even called her name” Maria said.
“Ahhhh!!” Rain shouted angrily and raised a chair up, throwing it to the wall, the chair broke into pieces.
“Calm down Rain” Maria said.
“She will h@ťě it here” Rain said, disappearing from the room.
“I h@ťě her too” Maria said.
SALOME’S ROOM•
“You like superior Ramos right?” Salome asked Minerva, she has been talking about him since they left the cafeteria.
“Did I make it obvious?” Minerva smiled cheekly.
“You have been talking about him” Salome said, sitting on the chair.
“So Abel, you like him right?”
“I don’t how I feel but I like him” she replied and Minerva jumped on the chair.
“Ramos, it would be bad to make the approach right?” Minerva asked and Salome laughed.
“Do the calms, girl” Salome said and Minerva pouted.
“Let’s go meet the girls, it would be boring doing nothing” Minerva said and hugged Salome.
“Ok, Miss vampire” Salome smiled.
RAMOS’ ROOM*
Ramos came out of the bathroom after having a night shower. He just got dressed when Alfred appeared in the room.
“What are you doing here?” Ramos asked.
“You are not happy that I’m here?”
“You don’t usually come here, what happened to your girls, you should be hunting for the new girls in the institute” Ramos said.
“Maybe, I’m not ready for that tonight” Alfred said and jumped on his bed.
“I’m sleeping here tonight” Alfred said.
“Hey, you know how much I h@ťě sharing the bed” Ramos said, brushing his hair.
“You are so cute, wish you were a girl” Alfred said.
“I will rather give myself to a dog” Ramos said.
“I’m hurt” Alfred held his chest and they laughed.
“Let’s go and disturb Abel”
“He’s going to the library” Alfred said.
“Let’s go for a drink, tonight I sacrificed everything for you” Alfred said and Ramos scoffed.
“At least get a girl from the new disciples, I will leave some for you and Apollo, I will see him tomorrow” Alfred said.
“I might just change my mind if you continue talking too much” Ramos said.
“Okay, introvert, let’s go” Alfred stood up from the bed.
“Brat” Ramos smiled, walking out with him.

Abel came out of his house with the intention of going to the library when Rain appeared there and he looked at her expressionlessly.
“What are you doing here?” he asked.
“Can we talk?” she asked.
“You have two minutes, it starts counting now” he said.
“About the new disciple, why were you staring at her like? Do you know her from somewhere?” she asked.
“I don’t owe you an explanation, Rain” he replied.
“You used to like me Abel” she shot.
“Two minutes over” he said and started walking away.
“Abel” she ran after him but when she got to him and was about to touch him, a wind came from nowhere and pushed her away, she landed in the water.
He didn’t look back till he went out of sight.
Rain seethed, folding her lips as remembered the scene in the assembly.
PASSAGE•
The passage was silent like a graveyard as Salome walked through it. It’s the passage to the library. She has been wanting to come here but she was stuck with the girls.
She got to the library and smiled when she looked at the big door.
She pushed the door and it opened, Molly told her everything she needed to know about the library.
“Wow” she smiled when she saw the books on the shelf.
“It’s more than the books in the city library” she gushed happily and ran in but she stopped immediately when she saw someone sitting on a chair, backing her.
She stood there staring at the person.
He suddenly turned and her eyes widened.
Superior Abel.
Her freaking loud heartbeats came and she started feeling the drumming in her chest.
Their eyes hooked at each other like it happened in the assembly, he couldn’t look away and she couldn’t look away.
He stood up and started walking slowly to her, she gulped shakily.
