She didn’t know why she was shaking so badly but she found herself doing it.
At each step he took to her, her nervousness would increase an inch. It kept going that way till he got to her and stood before her, he smiled and she felt her melting, the loudness came at once.
She slowly looked away from his face and looked down.
“Salome” he called in his sleek voice, and she looked up without knowing.
“Superior Abel” she called softly.
“Just call me Abel” he said tenderly.
“No, it would be rude to call you by your direct name” she said.
“No, it’s fine to call me by my name” he said.
“It will be rude, I insisted”
“Do you know that there’s literally no difference between us, we are all disciples here”
“You are like the disciples’ president, a higher disciple and you have reached your cultivation, I’m just starting” she said and he smiled but his eyes caught something, her legs and body were shaking.
“You are shaking?” he said.
“Huh!” she said and smiled, hiding her hands behind her back.
“I do that anytime I’m excited” she said but he knew she was lying but he decided not to pry more.
“Okay, you love reading?”
“It’s my second best thing” she said.
“So what is the first?” he asked.
“A secret” she smiled cheeky and he chuckled and touched her forehead.
Her body froze and he felt the same, their eyes slowly connected to each other and they started the intense staring again.
He coughed and she broke it.
“Your body is hot” he said.
“It’s nothing” she said and he took his hand away, she felt bad immediately and regretted saying something.
“You are here to read, have the seat” he said.
“No, I will find another place” she said and he waved his hand. She found herself on the chair and her eyes widened.
“Superior Abel” she called and he smiled at her.
Wait, he was there,how did he get here?
“Don’t try to think about how I got here, we are supernatural, Salome” he said, sitting on the table.
She smiled, her name sounded so cute in his mouth.
“Start reading” he said and she nodded.
“You are going to leave?” she asked.
“No, I will wait for you” he replied and she smiled.
“The Shadow” her eyes widened when she saw the book cover.
“You have been expecting to read it right?” he asked beside her and she looked at him to find him sitting on a chair beside her.
“Wow! I like yourpowers, Superior” she said.
“Read” he said and she nodded.
She opened the book and started reading it eagerly, he stood there and started looking at her with a smile.
She is so beautiful.
SAPPHIRE’S VILLA•
Burning incense and burning candles filled the room at every corner, the room was filled with bright lights from her magic prowess.
She was staring out through the window, her face hardened like steel.
The door to the room opened and a girl with green hair came inside.
“Your highness” she called.
“Don’t call me that, Mahira” she said.
“You are from a royal supernatural lineage”
“I will help you to shut your mouth if you don’t do it yourself” Sapphire said angrily and the weather started changing in the room.
“I’m sorry” Mahira quickly apologized.
“The girl is in the institute”
“I know, things will be different from now, he will already be feeling the connection likewise but it won’t be easy, his mate will soon be revealed”
“The cruel fate can’t it be changed?” Mahira asked.
“I will visit the goddess soon, I think I will be becoming a second villain in their love story”
“It would be dangerous, it’s his fate”
“Fate can be altered too, Mahira, I can’t allow it, I can’t allow their love to blossom” Sapphire said.
Mahira sighed and walked out of the room.
“I miss you Gaven (Abel’s father)” Sapphire said and walked away from the window.
The burning shut and the incense stopped burning, darkness filled the room.
MASTER LENOVON’S CHAMBER••
He was walking around the balcony of his chamber when he felt a presence behind him.
He turned to see his spirit friend.
“Agora” he called and the spirit nodded.
“You are thinking about the dark forces?” he asked.
“You can’t forget about your demon lover?”
“Are you here to mock me, Agora?” he asked.
“She is the queen of the seven hells now, just forget about her, you are a wizard” Agora said.
“It’s not easy to do that”
“You will be destroyed if you continue having her in your mind, it’s dangerous, you should be expecting a new war now from the dark forces.. The girl with the green blood is here, the special one” Agora said and Lenovon looked at Agora.
“I don’t understand”
“You can ask Stefan, bye”
“Agora wait” he said but Agora vanished.
“Inventa tekken Agora” he summoned Agora but Agora refused to come.
“What did he mean by that? Green blood, Stefan surely knows a lot, it’s good to be a Canaan supernatural” Lenovon said and walked out of the balcony.
AT THE LIBRARY•
Salome was on page thirty when she started feeling sleepy, she looked at her side and saw Abel sleeping on the table with his head, he was actually facing her side.
Her eyes fixed on his face, his pointed nose, his babyish face, his thin line lips.
In one word… He’s perfect.
“He’s so cute” she mumbled, staring at him.
She kept staring at him and she didn’t know when her sleep disappeared, right now she wants to stare at him till daybreak.
She kept holding her hand back as she fought the urge to touch his face.
“I wish to touch his face” she said.
“You can touch my face if you want” he said and she gasped.
“How…how….”
“I can hear you even if you talk in a whisper” he said.
“What are you?” he said.
“Do you mean..”
“You are a witch” he said and she nodded.
“Pretty witch” he said and she felt hot.
“You are a wizard” she said.
“Yes, you are feeling sleepy now, good night”
“Can you…”
“Say it don’t be scared”
“Can you read with me next time?” she asked.
“Sure” he smiled and she grinned.
“Good night” he said and disappeared.
“Wow! I wish I could disappear too” she said and found herself in her room.
“Huh!” she gasped shockingly and that woke Minerva up.
“Salome” she called drowsily.
“Min” Salome called and smiled, going to bed.
“You are smiling, wait where are you coming from?” Minerva asked.
“From the library, Superior Abel waited for me till…. ”
“Superior!! Give me the full gist” she spranged up.
“He’s so cool and nice, don’t wait for the gist, sleep, goodnight” Salome said and covered herself.
“I h@ťě you for keeping the gist”
“Tomorrow, be patient” Salome groaned.
“I love you” Minerva said and hugged Salome.
“Silly girl” Salome said.
THE NEXT MORNING•
Megan came out of her room and started walking to Molly’s room, her head was down as she walked and Maria appeared, knowingly she bumped into Megan.
“What!” she shouted.
Megan looked at her and gave her a mean look, she started walking away but Maria blocked her.
“How dare you bump into me? You can’t say sorry”
“I should be saying sorry to the air you breathe, cos you have been stressing it” Megan replied.
“What!”
“Get out of my way” Megan glared.
“I can see Alfred’s Ç0çƙ has chased sense away from your brain” Maria said.
“I’m better off than being a dog” Megan fired and Maria’s eyes turned icy.
“Ahhh!!” she shouted and slapped Megan.
Blood escaped Megan’s nose and ears immediately.
Megan looked at her with angry glare, and she threw Maria to the wall with her eyes.
“Ahhhh!!” Maria groaned painfully, hurting her back and her head.
“Fighting is forbid in the institute but don’t try me next time Ɓîtçh” Megan said and walked away.
APOLLO’S ROOM*
A girl came out of Apollo’s room and she waved at him before leaving.
“Big behind” he smiled and turned to enter his room.
“Got here and you already banged a girl” Paul said from his room door.
“Dude” Apollo smiled.
“I pity you” Paul said.
“We should be friends, we shared close rooms”
“I don’t f_ck around, we got nothing in common” Paul said and walked away.
“You can’t say no to my friendship request” Apollo said and entered his room.
RAMOS’ ROOM•
“You don’t want to wake up” Alfred said and Ramos woke up.
“By the goodness of my honor, what are you son of fornication doing here?” Ramos said and Alfred laughed.
“Son of fornication” Alfred said and appeared on the bed, he hit Ramos on the head and he fell from the bed.
“Alfred Hitchkitchen” Ramos said.
“What!”
“It sounds like Kitchen” Ramos chuckled and Alfred appeared before him but Ramos disappeared immediately.
“Idiot” Alfred said and vanished, following his scent.
SALOME’S ROOM•
Salome was dressing up for the morning training when Minerva came into her room.
“You are so slow at dressing” Minerva said.
“I agree on that” she said.
“So about the gist?” Minerva asked.
“Nothing happened, we just talk” she said.
“I’m happy,I will get to see Ramos’ face” Minerva said, dancing around.
“Pray he likes you back” Salome said.
“He will, he can’t resist this vampire cuteness” Minerva flaunted her hair.
“Girls” Molly shouted, entering the room with the girls.
THE PARADISE•
Alfred and Ramos were running in the living room when Abel came out of his inner room.
“Oh my!” he said and looked at them.
“Are you guys for real?” he said and Ramos turned to him.
“Are you children or what?” Abel asked.
“Ramos started it” Alfred said.
“I’m tired of you two” he said, tapping his forehead.
“Dress up for training?” Ramos said and Alfred crossed his hand on his neck.
“You are in a good mood today” Alfred said.
“Have I been in a bad mood before?” Abel asked.
“Your face, something happened last night right? Is it because of the new girl?” Ramos asked.
“Maybe” he replied and started walking out.
“Aww!” Ramos said and Alfred looked at him.
“He said maybe” Alfred smiled.
“I can sense things changing, let’s go” Ramos said and hit Alfred.
“Ramos” Alfred said and hit him back.
“Ahhhh!!!!” Ramos yelled and tried hitting Alfred but he ran out of room.

“Wow, you are so lucky, I have been wishing to just say a word to him” Loveth said.
“How long have you guys stayed here?” Minerva asked.
“One month” Megan replied.
“She read with him and the next thing we know they will be in love” Molly said.
“Stop it” Mara rolled eyes.
“Are you crushing on him?”
“No” Mara yelled and everyone started laughing.
“You are shouting that makes it suspicious” Loveth said.
“Is it not yet time for the assembly?” Minerva asked.
“You are eager”
“I want to start training” Minerva replied.
“It’s time for the morning training” Jill shouted at the door from outside.
“Let’s go” Molly said.
MASTER STEFAN’S CHAMBER•
Master walked out of his bedroom and met master Lenovon at the door.
“Lenovon” he said.
“Stefan”
“Agora said something to me last night” Master Lenovon started.
“We can talk about that later, Salome should be under Rain’s training group”
“What! She might hurt her”
“She h@ťěs the girl already, she will help her master her powers” master Stefan said and walked out.
“He’s so complicated” Master Lenovon said, leaving.
THE TRAINING GROUND•
The disciples lined up and they were waiting for the masters.
The superiors came in and murmurs started in the ground from the girls.
Minerva started looking up till her eyes met with Ramos, he stared back at her and when she smiled, he smiled back.
“OMG!!” she shouted loudly and everyone faced her, she gasped when saw eyes on her.
“Sorry” she muttered.
“What is taking Salome long?” Minerva asked.
“The masters will soon be here, where is Salome?” Molly asked.
“She left to get something from her room”
The masters appeared at once.
“Good morning master Stefan, good morning master Lenovon” the disciples chorused.
Salome rushed into the training ground at the same time as someone.
She was running and not really concentrating when she bumped into someone and gasped filled the training ground.
“I’m sorry” she muttered and looked up to see an angry face staring at her murderously.
