Elmo walked into the house like a drunk man, his hair was dissolved and he was dirty all over.
Immediately his mother stood up and ran towards him.
“My son, my son..” She cried and made to embrace but she immediately paused noticing how dirty he was.
“Mum, has Annabelle been found yet?” He asked lowly and Catherine sighed
“Come in and take your bath first!” She said and held his hands but he slowly removed them.
“Mum, I didn’t even get to tell her how much i love her. I always used to argue with her every now and then. I miss her, I miss her so much mum!” Elmo yelled and bursted into tears and Catherine hugged him patting his bath.
“I really miss her, I miss playing with her, I miss pulling her cheeks, I miss kissing her forehead and I miss every thing about her..” He cried and sobbed harder while his mother patted his back.
Axel leaned on the chair with his eyes closed and memories began to pour in. He didn’t flinch nor did he open his eyes but however he clenched his fists as the words kept ringing in his head.
“I’m so sorry Axel, I have to leave you…” A woman’s painful voice cried his eyes and he immediately jerked his eyes open. Sighing heavily, he stood up and immediately vanished out of sight.
He appeared in the kitchen and then he opened the fridge and brought out a jar of filled with blood. He then brought out a glasscup and filled it with the blood. He stared into space blankly as his grip on the glasscup he was holding tightened.
Suddenly a voice jolted him out of his thoughts.
“Remembering her again?” Leonel asked but Axel said nothing as he lifted the glasscup to his mouth and took a sip of the blood.
He then let out a dark chuckle.
“It’s funny how you know me so well..” Axel said as he furrowed his brows.
“You are the seer after all. What you said all those years came to pass…”
Leonel sighed.
“Axel, you should forget about it already!” Leonel told him and he frowned immediately.
“What?! Did you just ask me to forget it. You were there Leonel. You witnessed everything. You can’t possibly expect me to forget that…” Axel replied with a hardened voice.
“You have a mate…”
“Do I? Not sure though, she loathes me..” Axel replied taking deep breaths.
“You have to make her fall in love with you, that way the prophe….”
“Leonel…” Axel cut him off.
“Enough…” He warned and then drank the remaining contents in the glasscup.
Leonel sighed and shook his head yet again.
“Do you want to be in…”
“I said ENOUGH!..” Axel spoke calmly but stressing the word” Enough”.
“This is not good at all..” Leonel muttered.
