“Echo isn’t that you and why are those dark shadows bowing before you” Soraya asked and Echo took her gaze to the book.
And truly it was her.
Echo squatted down and picked up the book as she stared at herself in the book. She was dressed in a black dress and a crown was on her head.
She rubbed her eyes and checked it again. There’s got to be a mistake somewhere.
Like why would she be drawn in an ancient book when she was living a present life.
“Echo are you okay” Soraya said and Echo managed to nod her gaze still on the book.
She turned to the next page maybe there was something inside that would explain what it was saying.
But as usual it was blank just like the rest of the other pages.
“What’s the meaning of this?” Echo asked.
“I think you need to see a seer or sorceress maybe one would explain why your picture is in the book as a different person” Soraya replied.
“I hope so” Echo muttered and gently closed back the book.
“Let’s go back to what we were doing earlier” Soraya said but Echo shook her head.
“I’m tired maybe we might continue later” Echo said and then fell on the bed facing the ceiling.
“Okay ” Soraya shrugged before leaving the room and then she closed her eyes waiting for sleep to take over.
When Soraya left, Seraphina appeared into the room and then she walked to where Echo was laying on the bed.
She had thoughts of strangling her but just as her hands were about to be wrapped around her neck, Echo eyes snapped open.
Her eyes turned bright yellow and then it got so brighter that it threw Seraphina to the floor.
“What were you trying to do?” Echo asked and her voice echoed as she spoke.
Seraphina was in amazement. She had never seen Echo like this before. She was floating in the air and her eyes were getting more brighter and brighter by the seconds.
Seraphina used her arm to cover her face to avoid getting blinded by the light. But it wasn’t working, the light penetrated into her eyes and then she went blind.
Seraphina blinked her eyes repeatedly but all she could see was dark. She continued blinking and rubbing her eyes if it would go but nothing happened.
She just got blind.
When that happened to Seraphina, Echo fell back down on the floor and she went unconscious while Seraphina was struggling to find her way out of the room.
Tears were dropping out of her eyes. She just got blind in a matter of minutes.
She thought Echo was powerless but how could she get the power to make her blind through her eyes.
“Hey Ɓîtçh give me back my sight” Seraphina yelled as she crawled on the floor looking for her way around.
She didn’t know she was going to the wrong direction till her forehead came in contact with the edge of a wooden table.
“Arrrggghh” Seraphina screamed when she felt blood dropping down her cheeks.

“Let me help you with that” Sebastian said and helped her in wearing her clothes. He also wore his and then went hand in hand before leaving the room.
Glenda glared at the maid who kept on complaining to her. “What is the important thing to you wanted to inform me?” She asked rather rudely.
“The unconscious woman is awake now and the woman kept screaming that she wanted to see her son so we’re scared that it might get out of hand” The maid said and bowed.
“Okay, Take me to her” Glenda rolled her eyes and the maid led them to the healer quarters.
As they got nearer they heard screams and they guessed it was the strange woman cause she kept on saying;
“Where is my son? I wanna see my son, Take me to him” They got there and then the maid opened the door for them to go in.
The woman traced her eyes to the two couples who just came in and then her screams stopped as she smiled widely,
“My son here you are” The woman said and all eyes turned to Sebastian.
“My son I’ve missed you where have you been”
One could even notice the striking resemblance between the both of them.

Echo stretched her body before slowly opening her eyes slowly and it landed on Seraphina who was at the far end of the room.
A gasp left her lips as she shifted back but then she noticed that she had been sleeping on the floor and how did Seraphina get to her room.
She got up from the floor and she took slow steps to her and then she tapped her.
“Who’s that” Seraphina asked startled as she used her hand to search around her to see if she would feel anyone.
“Hey what are you doing in my room” Echo asked.
“You Ɓîtçh you got me blind reverse the spell you did on me. Give me back my sight” Seraphina yelled using her hand to search around.
“What are you saying? I didn’t get you blind” Echo asked confused.
“I will ki|| you. I need my sight back” Seraphina said and then vanished and Echo staggered back.
“What just happened?” She mumbled looking around.
“What does she mean by I got her blind. She must be mistaken. I slept off after Soraya left so there’s no how I could do that” Echo said.
“Hmmm your room smells so good” Echo turned around see Leroy resting his back against the wall.
She rolled her eyes. He always like to make an unannounced entry.
“You don’t seem to like my presence in your room”
“Obviously” She scoffed.
“I see”
“What are you doing here? I’m not ready for your tantrums” She said but in her mind she didn’t want him to leave but she feels intimidated by his presence.
“I just woke up and I need my privacy so could you please excuse me”
“Well I don’t like obeying anyone so do wh@ťěver you want without minding me”
“You…..”Echo gritted her teeth.
“Well I think it’s only me who couldn’t sleep all night and that’s because of you” Leroy said and Echo stared at him.
“Me… Why” She asked.
“Maybe because your seduction worked” He said and shrugged.
“I know you’re trying to make fun of me so it wouldn’t work. You think I looked like a lost puppy” She said whilst rolling her eyes.
“Why don’t you try again and I’ll judge rightly time”
