Javen carried diana and placed on the night stand.
“You are the one making me addicted to you, you just spoilt an innocent soul.”, She said.
“Me? I am not at fault here and I hope you don’t blame me if you become pregnant.”, He said as he resumed the kissing.
“Mr javen… Miss Diana dinner is ready.”, Callie said knocking.
Diana was about pushing javen away subconsciously but javen was fast to hold her hands.
There was no way he was going to allow himself to get pushed again.
“We will be downstairs soon.”, He said to callie still facing diana.
“Sorry! It wasn’t intentional.”, She apologized looking down.
“I know!”, He said simply leaving her on the night stand to get dressed since he was still wearing his towel.
“Are you mad? I didn’t do it intentionally.”, She said following him round the room as he dressed.
“I understand that I am ugly and you are ashamed of me.”, Javen said and left the room.
“You are not ugly neither am I ashamed of you … I …!”, She shuttered not knowing the explanation she was going to give.
Javen just ignored her and sat at the dinning table as Callie served their food.
He smiled because his plan is working perfectly well. He wasn’t really angry but he just wanted her to tease her.
“Javen I…!”
“Is the baby sleeping already? Did you give her her formula?”, He asked Callie and she nodded.
“You are ugly Javen and I am not ashamed of you.”, she said pecking him on the cheek and he turned away to smile.
“Are you smiling?”, She asked turning to his direction and he turned again.
“Kiss me properly and I will forgive you.”, He said and she kissed him on the lips.

Blake sat in the bar drinking and thinking.
Diana was right! He was no different from javen since he lied and decieve her.
He should have been a good friend and not act like a jerk. Now Diana doesn’t even want to see him.
He had few more drinks and he was badly drunk that he rarely kept his eyes opened.
He dialed Diana’s number and she picked after the third time.
“D …di…ana!”, He managed to say.
When he got outside not that far from the bar, he encountered thieves and they robbed him and threw some punches at him when he tried to fight back.
Diana on the other hand heard some agrument and someone groaning in pain.
“Blake!!!”, She called severally but later it got disconnected.
She looked at javen worried then back to her phone.
She tried his number again but it wasn’t going through.
“What happened to him?”, He asked her.
“He only called my name and I heard someone growing, I think he is in danger.”, She said standing on her feet.
“Where do you think he is? Let go and look for him.” Javen said as he carried his car key on the center table.
“He sounded drunk, I think I know where he is.”, She said and they went out in search of Blake.

They got to the bar and they asked the one of the attendant if he saw the person Diana had described.
“He went out not that long.’, he replied and Diana rushed outside.
Then she saw Blake at a corner with his eyes closed
They weren’t sure if he was still conscious because of his situation.
“What happened to you Blake? Why do you have bruises all over your face?”, She said touching his face lightly while javen just stood watching them.
“Diana!!!”, He called.
“Don’t say anything! Let’s just leave here.”, She said trying to carry him but she couldn’t then she looked at javen.
“Why are you looking at me like that? Coming here was enough to show my kindness.”, He said with a frown.
“Please, he’s my friend. I can’t Leave him here.”, She pleaded.
“Why did he get drunk in the first place? You know I don’t like him, I am just going to carry him because of you.”, He said as he bent to carry him.
“Thank you javen.”, She said.
On their way back, javen couldn’t stop complaining about the fact that he had to carry Blake, his rival.
“You don’t need to worry because it’s you I love.”, She assured him.
“Where is his house?”, Javen asked slowing down when he realized that he was going towards his own house and he forgot to ask.
“He’s spending the night with us.”, She said and he stopped the car immediately
“What? Why? Isn’t picking him enough?”, He kept throwing questions at her.
“We can’t leave him alone in a mansion in this state and besides he’s my best friend, I still care about him.”, She said and pouted.
“Okay but you have to stay away from him, I will take care of him myself. Who knows what he is planning?”, He said and Diana nodded.
“Okay!”
#Next day!
Blake woke up with a terrible headache and apart from the headache, he was having body ache.
His body hurts so much.
“Where could this place be? I have been kidnapped.”, He said panicking.
“Why am I shirtless?”, he wondered.
“Thank God you are finally up! At least I will stop the babysitting, Darcy is more than enough for me.”, Javen said when he entered and Blake was surprised to see javen.
“What are you doing here? And who is Darcy?”, He questioned and javen laughed.
“What am I doing here? In my mansion?”
“How did I get here?”, He asked.
“You were drunk and probably got robbed and Diana asked you to be brought here.”, Javen replied glaring at him.
“One advice for you as your in-law, you should control how you drink. I am not saying this because I care about you but because I don’t want it to affect Diana.”
“If you want to disappear or do something that will make Diana worried, I suggest you do it very far away so that she won’t reach out for you, I am talking as a concerned brother.”, He said sarcastically with a fake smile.
“Javen is he awake?”, Diana asked entering the room but javen quickly used his body to block her view.
“What are you doing?”
“He’s shirtless, I don’t want you to see his chest.”, He said, Diana smiled and Blake frowned.
“Hey you! Quickly wear clothes and stop showing your chest.”, He said to Blake.
“I can’t find my cloth.”
“Right! I took care of it, you threw up on it and I washed it. You can wear my clothes, check the wardrobe.”, He said still blocking Diana’s view.
“Thank you.”, Blake said.
“You don’t need to thank me, I am doing this because I don’t want Diana near you, boys like you are too dangerous.”, Javen said and Blake arched his brow but ignored him anyway.
“You are too mean to him.”, Diana complained.
“I can’t help it.”, He replied.
She tiptoed to see Blake and he pulled her down.
“You are only allowed to see mine not anyone else.”, He said covering her eyes because she wouldn’t give up.
“Alright I am leaving, give him this.”, She said handing the coffee she had made for him.
“How come I don’t have get this from you?”, He said and she just shrugged.
“There are some things boyfriends get and best friend doesn’t and vice versa.”, She said and left.
“Have this and I hope you don’t choke while taking it.”, He said with every punch if sacarsm in his words.
The bell rang and javen went to open the door while Diana went to attend to the baby with Callie.
“Why are you here? What are you doing here?”, He asked surprised.
