SAME NIGHT**
Kai and Yasmin were walking together in the town market,staring at the night beauty. The traders displaying their goods,they passed and continue walking until they sighted some crowds
“Look Kai,It’s the sky lantern event” Yasmin pointed out
“Should we write down some wishes too?” Kai faced her and Yasmin immediately nodded excitedly
Kai held her hand and they walked closer to the crowd,some people are already lightning up their lanterns.
“Let’s get the lanterns and pen” Kai said and they moved closer to one of the women selling the lanterns
“You are buying the lanterns right?” She asked
“Can we have two of these?” Yasmin asked pointing at the yellow lanterns
“Since you’re lovers,I’m giving you this color so you can write your wishes together” The woman smiled giving them a bigger lantern and a red color
Yasmin and Kai exchanged glances before turning back to the woman
“But,we are not……”
“Thank you,give us that” Kai cut Yasmin off
“Good” The woman smiled and handed over the lantern to Yasmin while Kai paid,they also got the pen and walked away from the woman
“Why did you take this one? She said it’s for lovers” Yasmin said
“Do you expect me to tell her we are not lovers?” Kai asked
“Are you saying we are pretending to be lovers now?” Yasmin frowned
Kai ignored her question and gave her the pen
“You can use it alone” He said
“No,since we are lovers,I will write my own wish and you will write yours too” Yasmin said and Kai chuckled
“Fine” He muttered
Yasmin wrote down her wish and gave it to Kai,she used her palm to cover what she wrote and Kai giggles
“You need to close your eyes also” he said
“Why?” Yasmin asked
“Because you can’t see my wish too” Kai replied
“Okay” Yasmin roll her eyes before closing it
After writing the wishes,they lightened up the lantern and it went straight into the sky
“Wow,so beautiful” Yasmin gushed,staring at the numbers of lanterns flying at time
Kai glanced at her and smiled
“You think the lantern is beautiful?” He asked and Yasmin faced him
“Of course it is,don’t you think so?” She asked
“Yeah it’s beautiful,but you’re more beautiful” Kai said and Yasmin’s heart started beating fast
Her cheeks turned red and she immediately looked away,pressing her fingers gently.
Kai chuckled,seeing her cheeks before turning his eyes Back to the sky.

ZOEY’S PLACE**
“Big sis,do you really believe the ongoing rumors?” Luna entered Aria’s room and Aria looked up
“What rumors?” She asked
“Adelaide is going to become the future queen sister,do you believe it?” Luna asked
“Adelaide?? Isn’t she a maid in the palace the last time we went there?” Aria asked
“I know sister but I heard some people talking about it……”
“That’s not possible okay? Adelaide? Queen of Suidan? Are you joking?” Aria scoffed and Luna sat down on the bed with a sigh
“If it’s true then…..”
“Stop thinking about the impossible Luna,can you just stop already?” Aria snapped and Luna nodded.

Kai and Yasmin stopped in front of the minister’s house and Yasmin faced Kai
“Thanks for tonight” she smiled and Kai nodded,not taking his eyes from her
“I’m going in” Yasmin muttered and that was when Kai realized he was still holding her hand
“Oh..” He immediately let her go
“I have something to tell you” Yasmin said
“Really? What is it?” Kai asked curiously and she shook her head
“Not now,I don’t want the moments to end this way. So I’m going to tell you later,okay?” She said and moved closer to him
She held his cheeks and Kai raised his brows,slowly she pressed her lips on his and immediately moved back but then Kai held her waist and pulled her back into the kiss.
Yasmin immediately responded to the kiss she’s been waiting for,her arms wrapped around him just the way his own were enwrapped around her waist.
After the long kiss,Yasmin waved at him and ran into the house. Kai smiled and bite his bottom lip before walking away

NEXT MORNING★PALACE**
“Seriously son?? Are you really in support of your sister having an affair with your guard?” Queen Sofia asked
“They love each other mother,It’s obvious isn’t it?”
“Is this about love right now?? How will people see this? A princess and a guard,what about our reputation??”
“You shouldn’t care about reputations mother,I am the king and I don’t even care. As long as my sister is Happy then that’s it,so can’t you just allow her to do wh@ťěver she wants??” King Lucian said
Queen Sofia scoffed and said nothing
“Mother?” He called
“What,what else should I say when you’ve approved it already? But note,I hope she doesn’t regret her actions later” she rolled her eyes
“She’s an adult,she should be able to take Care of herself when that happens,but I wouldn’t allow anyone hurt her so you don’t have to worry about that either” King Lucian said
The door suddenly opened and a guard came in
“Your majesty,Prince Liam just arrived in the palace” The guard bowed
“Liam?? I’m sure he’s here for the coronation,invite him here please” Queen Sofia smiled
The guard bowed again and went out

Eleanor was in her room,she was trying to get dressed when suddenly she heard the door.
“Lisa??” She called but got no response
She walked slowly to the door and opened only to meet the shock of her life
“Jimmy?” She called with wide eyes
Jimmy immediately entered and hugged her so tightly that she could hardly breathe but she didn’t care,as long as his arms are around him..
“You’re back,it’s you” she said as tears of joy rolled down her eyes
Jimmy broke the hug and held her cheeks
“I missed you,I missed you so much” He said and Eleanor sniffed
“I missed you more,I missed you a lot” She said
Jimmy hugged her again
“I’ve been waiting for you,I’m so happy to see you” She said and Jimmy broke the hug
He wiped her tears and slowly went for her lips,she shut her eyes and responded to the kiss immediately

Back in the queen’s suite,Prince Liam was already in
“I’m so glad you are here” Queen Sofia said with a smile
“Thank you queen mother,father sent me to you,it’s unfortunate he wouldn’t be here” Liam said
“Well as long as the heir is here then I’m good” Queen Sofia said
“You look so happy to see him,now I’m jealous” King Lucian said and the queen chuckled
“It’s not a new thing son,you’ve always been jealous since you were a kid” She said
“I know he’s always jealous of me” Liam teased
“Seriously?? Don’t feel yourself Liam,I’m not jealous of you” Lucian scoffed
“Should I tell you the story??” Queen Sofia asked
“What story?” King Lucian asked
“How you always want everything to be yours….”
“Make sure Adelaide doesn’t hear about this,I need to protect my reputation” King Lucian said
“Really?? Like the way you were calling for mother when you saw a spider?” Adelaide asked as she entered and the queen laughed
“Gosh” King Lucian tapped his forehead
“Really? That happened?” Queen Sofia asked after Adelaide settled beside Lucian
“Yes mother,he……” Lucian covered her mouth with his palm before she could finish
“Hmm hmm” Adelaide still tried to talk
“Don’t say a word or no cuddling for you tonight” King Lucian said and Adelaide frowned,she bite his palm and he immediately dropped it
“Mother,can you hear him thr_@tening me??” Adelaide pouted
“How dare you thr_@ten my daughter?!” Queen Sofia half yelled and King Lucian chuckled
” What should I do? You want me to scold him?” She asked Adelaide and she nodded like a child
“Bring your ear son” Queen Sofia said
“I think you should let her stay here,she’s drying me up already” King Lucian said
“That’s not true mother,all I ask for is our bodies against each other every day,minutes,seconds……”
“Adelaide!” King Lucian called and they all laughed out
“Actually I support Adelaide,you need to teach him a lesson” Liam smirked and Adelaide shook her head
“It’s what the baby wants,not me” Adelaide pouted and they laughed again
