AUTHOR’S POV
Nancy bid the good bye and left for her work.
Cara went into the kitchen and met the maids preparing food that was to be set for lunch.
“Send this jug to sir Draco in his room!”,She heard one of the maids telling the other one.
“Hey I think I heard Mrs Gortez calling all the maids there down….So are you trying to disrespect her or what??…Cuz I don’t get you even a bit!”,Cara said putting on a hard face.
“Sorry ma’am we didn’t hear her….we shall get going…..”,They said with a bow and left.
Now she was alone in the kitchen.She went to the jug that the maid claimed to be Draco’s and spilled in all the poison then she stilled it with water.She smiled devilishly and said within
“Draco…..here I come!”
Not so long she heard foot steps approaching the kitchen.
She decided to pretend taking a fruit from the freezer.They were maids.She flashed them a fake smile and left the kitchen.
She told the maids to send water in Draco’s room and they did as they were told.
Cara went into his room and watched him gulping down a glass of water.He added another one then another making them be three.Cara smiled watching him.
Not so long Draco started to scratch his neck.
Cara approached him and said
“You thought you’ll be free after what you did to me that day?….huh?..trying to ki|| me, right?….Now it’s your turn….. you’re going to die just as you…….”
She couldn’t finish as Draco pulled off his shirt and said
“So this thing was disturbing me….”,he said looking at a label cloth on the collar.
Cara’s eyes nearly popped out of their socket as realization hit her.That wasn’t a jug he had kept the poison
“f-__-k!!”,she cursed and ran down stairs where she met Linah pouring water in a glass.
She took the two jugs that were similar in color and ran with them in the kitchen whereby she poured all water in the sink and let water Ç0çƙ open.She heaved out a heavy sigh.
She returned to the dinning room.
“Why did you that?”,Linah asked.
“Ummm….I saw a lizard in one of those jugs so I was late to….I don’t know what to say…..”Cara mumbled
Draco held Cara’s hand and went with her to his room.
“What’re you doing Draco??”,She asked
“You can lie all people in this house but not me….I know you was lying down there!!”
“What are you talking about??”
“Stop pretending Cara…what did you mean by saying those words in here by that time??!!…Tell me what are you up to??!!…Tell me what are you hiding??”
