“What’s wrong” Sophia asked concerned about the phone call. Wait, could Alaric really be the person her parents were meant to ki|| ten years ago?

Looking at her husband who looked at her with love in his eyes she felt scared when he finds out her parents tried to ki|| him their relationship might not be the same again.
Sophia suddenly became silent making Alaric puzzled but he didn’t ask why and looked away from that.
Alaric and Sophia had already gone back home to their normal lives when a call came in.
Alaric looked at his phone and saw the unfamiliar number. His eyes narrowed but he still picked it up without hesitation.
“What is it you want?” Alaric asked Anastasia who chuckled.
“What? Why so hot tempered, just realized you made a deal with the devil?” Her seductive voice came through the phone. A dream woman of all men, a demon in an angels clothing. She was like a devil who is ready to give you a ring and take your whole existence.
“The deal has already been made and I can’t back out now, say what you wish for me to do”

“I do not know until you say it Anastasia” Alaric was on the balcony saying this. He brought out a cigarette to take a quick smoke as lines of frustration could be seen on his forehead.
What was he thinking when he told her he’d do anything?
“Okay I’ll make it easy for you, she wishes to see you”
“I can not be with her”
“Why so scared, I just asked you to see her. Scared you won’t be able to hold yourself back?”

“The little cafe behind the MacDonald’s”

“Fine” Alaric said through gritted teeth ending the call to take another swig of the cigarette.
Alaric did as he was told after kissing the sleeping Sophia on her forehead. When the door shut Sophia’s phone rang. She yawned picking it up knowing the kids were with the maids she didn’t bother searching for them as she answered the call getting out of the bed.
“I need to talk to you” said the voice on the phone and Sophia furrowed her brows in confusion.
“And you are?”
“Anastasia, the person who saved your life back at the party”
“Oh, thank you”
“You are welcome, could you please come to the cafe behind the MacDonald’s”
