THREE WEEKS LATER~WASHINGTON METROPOLITAN HIGH SCHOOL***
It’s been three weeks since the death of Cecilia. Everything hasn’t been the same for Lilian, the thought of losing her mother whom she just met shattered her a lot.
But all thanks to her friends; Mickey, Jaime and Layla… Yes Layla, she was there for Lilian when she was mourning over Cecilia’s death. And since then, they became best friends as they were always seen together.
Lilian quickly got herself back as her friends never made her sad, they always tried to make her happy always.
And Hailey? She was just like a mother to her. Always visiting her and buying her goodies. They’re more like sisters now.
“Hey, why are you alone?” Layla asked, walking up to her.
“Nothing, I just felt like sitting here alone,” Lilian said. She’s in an empty classroom.
“The guys have been looking all around for you, especially Mickey, he’s d@mn worried about you,” Layla said.
“Mickey?”
“Yeah, Mickey. Should I call him over?” Layla asked.
“Yes please” Lilian muttered.
“Okay, I’ll be right back. Don’t miss me too much, okay?” Layla winked and Lilian chuckled.
She left the class and shortly after, Mickey entered.
Their eyes locked and Lilian smiled when he got to her.
“Here you are, I was worried as hell” Mickey said and took his seat beside her.
“Sorry, I just wanted to be alone,” Lilian said.
“You should have asked me to join you,” Mickey said. He touched her hair and brushed it softly.
“How are you now? Do you need anything?” He asked.
“I’m fine. You guys are really amazing, you made me forget my pains” she smiled.
“What are we friends for?” Mickey muttered rhetorically.
Everywhere went silent and Mickey couldn’t stop staring at her.
“Lilian?” He called.
“Hmm”
He moved closer to her and held her cheek gently.
“Don’t be sad again please, I was broken when you were in that state” he said.
“I’m here for you, Jaime is here for you, even Layla. We’ll always be there for you so please don’t be sad anymore, okay?”
Lilian nodded with a smile.
“I love you,” Mickey said.
“I won’t stop loving you no matter what, Lilian” he added.
“Michael, I…” She bit her lips.
Mickey’s eyes went to it and he swallowed hard, he quickly looked away.
“I’ll get you your favorite yogurt” he stood up and Lilian quickly held his hand.
He turned to her and she stood up too.
“Can you give me a little time? I mean like a minute? No, ten seconds” she muttered.
Mickey stared at her before his lips twitched to a smile.
“I love you, Michael. You stood by me when I needed you the most, you made sure I was never sad. You….” The rest of the sentence got stuck in her throat when Mickey suddenly crashed his lips on hers.
She closed her eyes as he kissed her slowly and sweetly. She raised her hand and held the sides of his shirt slowly as she responded to his gentle kisses.
“Is she alright when you see her?” Jaime asked Layla as they walked towards the classroom.
“Yea, Mickey is with her presently” Layla replied.
“Then I’m rest assured,” Jaime smiled.
They got to the class and they were surprised to find Mickey and Lilian kissing each other. They were staring at them through the glass window.
Jaime and Layla exchanged glances before smiling broadly. They both walked away, giving the both of them the space they needed.
“Mickey didn’t waste his time at all,” Jaime smiled as they made their way to the field.
“Yea, it must have been hard on him,” Layla said.
“I know, right?” Jaime said. He suddenly stopped and Layla stared at him.
He turned to her and held her hands in his.
“You… You won’t change when you regain your memories, right?”
“You won’t go back to ignoring me like you did before?” He asked.
“Please promise me that”
“Hey, why are you suddenly acting this way? You’re more than a friend to me Jaime, so I won’t” she smiled.
“Is that a promise?”
“I promise,” she smiled.
He grinned before facing his front, he started walking, still holding her hand.
Layla glanced at him with a smile playing on her lips.
“What will you do when you find out that even when I regained my memories, my heart still beats for you” she whispered to herself.
Jaime looked at her and she quickly looked away.

DEL ROSA’S MANSION***
Alberto has been in his room, not going out for once. His name was all over the internet as he was marked as a rapist.
Stephanie confessed that he was the one who R@P£D her and ever since then, the cops has been on the lookout for him.
His company was also closed down as the secrets of his illegal doings were revealed to the world.
In short, his life was upside down already.
Alberto yelled out and threw the glass cup in his hand to the wall in anger
“Stephanie! Stephanie! Stephanie!!” He growled loudly.
This was all her fault, if only she hadn’t messed things up for him, this wouldn’t have happened. If only he hadn’t R@P£D her out of anger…
“f-__-k!” He roughed his messy hair.

“I want it to be a surprise for her,” Charles said to Jace.
“Trust me on that buddy,” Jace said. He traveled to Paris and he returned a few days ago.
“I can’t just picture the look on her face right now. She’ll be so surprised and shocked?” Charles grinned.
“Of course she would,” Jace agreed.
“Have you set everything ready?”
Jace was about to reply when Hailey entered. They quickly changed their discussion.
Hailey creased her brow as she walked to them.
“What are you both doing? Are you perhaps gossiping about me?” She asked.
“Of course not. Come here, baby” Charles dragged her to his laps. He started playing with her hair.
“I was making plans on how to set this stubborn friend of mine with a girl,” he said.
Jace’s eyes widened.
“You… I already found my missing rib!” He shouted.
Hailey laughed.
“Who’s she?” She asked.
“Well, you know I traveled but I never forgot her. She was always on my mind so I had to return early” Jace said.
“So, who’s she?” Charles asked.
“I don’t know her name,” Jace mumbled, looking away.
Charles stared at Hailey and they both bursted out in laughter.
“You don’t know her name? Are you serious right now?” Hailey asked, still laughing.
“Well, I was planning to,” Jace said, rubbing his ears.
Charles shook his head.
“Can’t believe you’re this dumb, tsk tsk”
There was a knock on the door and Sunny entered.
Jace’s eyes twinkled in excitement.
“My second half!” He half screamed.
Sunny was not left out too, she was also surprised to see him. She would never forget his face, the pervert that forcefully stole a kiss from her.
“You pervert! I’ve finally seen you again. You’re gonna die in my hands right now!” Sunny yelled. She threw the file in her hand to the floor and marched towards him.
She dragged him by the collar and Jace quickly folded his palms together.
“I’m sorry, baby. I lost my senses that day, I…”
“Baby?” Sunny scoffed.
“I’m sorry love” Jace said.
“Shut up you @$$h0le!” She tried to slap him when Charles’ voice stopped her.

Sunny stared at him before releasing Jace..
“Can you explain what’s going on here?” Charles asked.
Hailey tried to get up from his laps but his hand tightened around her.
“Stay still” he murmured in her ears.
“He’s a pervert! He kissed me without my permission!” Sunny said.
“What?” Charles stared at Jace in disbelief.
“I didn’t mean to, I was out of my senses at that time. She was just so beautiful and…”
Charles taps his forehead in frustration.
