Hailey smiled and touched his hand on her cheek.
“Don’t smile at any lady again or else I won’t kiss you for the rest of the day” she said.
Charles quickly shook his head.
“I cross my heart” he said.
He admired her petite figure in front of him before lifting her up in his arms.
“Are you still sore?” He asked softly, caressing her bare a*s.

Different murmurings filled the hotel as they made their entry. They entered the hall where the party was taking place and Hailey grew nervous when she saw a lot of people present.

Charles sighted Mr. Bartels not far away from him and he walked to him with Hailey beside him.
“Happy birthday, Mr. Bartels,” he said.
“Oh my, Thank you Charles, for honoring my invitation” Mr. Bartel’s smiled.
Charles dipped his hand into his pocket and brought out a small box. He handed it to him.
“This might look small, but please accept it with all your heart,” he said.
“This is nothing close to small at all Charles, thank you so much” Mr. Bartels said.
He glanced at Hailey.
“Who’s she?” He asked.
“My woman” Charles replied, wrapping his arms around Hailey possessively.
“Really? She’s so beautiful, I must confess”
“Thank you, Mr. Bartels,” Hailey smiled.
“You can look around, I’ll see you later Charles and?” He stopped, staring at Hailey.
“Hailey” she completed.
“Right, Hailey. Have a nice time” Me. Bartels smiled before walking away.
“He’s so nice,” Hailey muttered.
“But I’m nicer,” Charles said.
“Stop acting jealous, Sunshine,” she said.

“Our guest is finally here,” Stephanie muttered, staring at Charles and Hailey.

Mr. Monterio sat in his study room deep in thought. Lilian refused to eat that night saying she’ll starve herself to death if he doesn’t bring back Cecilia.
He rubbed his face with his hands before resting his elbow on the table.
His mind went to Cecilia and he exhaled loudly. How’s he gonna find her when he already chased her away?
He couldn’t afford to lose his only daughter.
His phone rang, it was an unknown number.
“Hello, who’s this?” He asked after picking the call.
A loud laughter was what followed.
“Longest time, Andrius Monterio” Robert laughed.
Recognizing that voice, anger thrummed through Mr. Monterio’s body.
“You really have the gut to call me after what you did?”
“It was worth it, at least I got your darling Cecilia under me, screaming my name in pleasure”
Mr. Monterio clenched his jaw.

“And your darling Cecilia dies,” Robert grinned.
Mr. Monterio squinted his eyes. He could hear low whimpers from the background and his eyes widened.

“Cara Mia, I’ll be back soon. Mr. Bartels asked to see me” Charles said to Hailey.
Hailey stared ahead of her as she saw Mr. Bartels signaling Charles to come closer to him.
“Okay, no problem,” she smiled.
“If you feel bored, just call me and I’ll be right beside you,” he said.
She smiled before nodding her head. He picked her forehead before walking away.
A pair of eyes glinted dangerously before picking a glass of wine. She walked to a waiter and handed the glass to her.
“Give it to that lady over there and ask her to meet me in room 306” she said.
She handed some cash to the waiter and the waiter smiled before collecting the drink from her.
Stephanie smiled satisfactorily before walking away.

Alberto laid on the bed naked in a dark room, awaiting the arrival of Hailey.
The door opened and a lady staggered in drunkenly.

Charles wanted to ignore her at first but he changed his mind. He retreated his steps and went upstairs, searching for room 306.
When he sighted the room, he barged in immediately and his eyes went wide at the scene in front of him.
