RED EYES: HER TEARS
“Are you crazy?” Angelique asked and pushed Valentino’s hand away.
Valentino squinted his eyes slightly and let out a charming seductive smile.
“Don’t blame me you are the cause why would you be shaking that @zz without pitying the guys?” He asked, looking at her.
Angelique was tempted to laugh but she controlled herself and her face formed into a sour one.
“It’s clear you are crazy Valentino” She replied and turned to walk to Erica but she grabbed her hand.
“What?” She snapped.
“Yes, I’m crazy about your @zz, and right now I wanna f_ck you” He smirked.
“Geez, go and look for another @zz to f_ck bastard and if you are going crazy you can visit the hospital or better still close your eyes, don’t touch me again or I’ll punch your face real” She said seriously and pushed him. She walked away, her @zz bouncing and clamping against each other.
“Gawd, I can’t breathe” Valentino muttered, staring hard at her @zz.
Angelique got to Erica who was waiting for her, actually she saw what was going on between her and Valentino and she couldn’t wait for Angelique to give her the update.
“Ɓîtçh” Erica said.
“Let’s go get some drinks” Angelique took her hand and they walked to the counter.
They got two glasses of wine and started sipping.
“What was Valentino talking to you about?” Erica asked and Angelique hissed loudly.
“That bloody flirt” Angelique scoffed and narrated what happened to her.
Erica started laughing when she finished talking.
“It’s not his fault, I even wish to f_ck your @zz if I was a guy”.
“He’s handsome” Erica said and Angelique faced her.
“So?” Angelique asked.
“You should understand what I’m saying”.
“I can’t deny the fact that he’s handsome but he’s a big flirt, he’s so straight forward” Angelique rolled eyes and Erica smiled.
“Let’s go there and shake our @zz, I want the boys to Com in their pants” Erica said, pointing at a particular spot.
“You’re badddd!!” Angelique replied and they left.
“I f_cking h@ťě that Ɓîtçh,I want to ki|| her” Stella said, glaring at Angelique from where she was standing.
How dare she talk with her Valentino?.
Rose was lost staring at Valentine who was busy with his phone that she wasn’t listening to what Stella was saying.
Charlotte sat down somewhere drinking, she was thinking about Shane, wishing he was here.
The girls started trying to get Valentino’s attention but he stylishly walked away from them.
“Your flirting didn’t work on her right?” Valentine asked, looking up from his phone with a mockery laughter playing on his lips.
“She will fall very soon, I can’t let go of that @zz” Valentino replied.
“Hope you know she’s a hard nut to crack right?”.
“I’m not soft either, I got the hammer to crack her, just believe in me” Valentino said.
Valentine shook his head and laughed softly.
“It’s so boring, let’s party” Valentino said.
“Go ahead, I’m fine”.
“You’re always boring” Valentino said and walked away.
“Hey Val” Rose smiled, stopping beside him.
Valentine looked up and looked at her.
“Hey” He replied dryly.
“I’m Rose”.
“I know” He said simply and she smiled.
“Why are you not dancing?”.
“Not interested”.
“Mind dancing with me?” She asked. He turned to her and looked away.
“No, I want to be alone please” He said softly and she bit her lips, feeling bad.
Mandy was walking towards their direction but her eyes were somewhere else, she got closer and immediately she stumbled on something and started falling but Valentine was fast enough to hold her.
Rose’s blood boils as she sees Valentine holding Mandy.
“Are you okay?” He asked, looking at her.
“I’m fine, thank you” She said in her tiny voice.
Valentine smiled and that escalated Rose’s anger. He didn’t smile at her when she was talking to him.
“Val…
“Leave please” Valentine cut her off.
Rose looked venomously at Mandy before walking away.
“Be careful” Valentine said and Mandy nodded.
She smiled and walked away, actually she was looking for Angelique and Erica.
She saw them dancing and she started walking there when someone grabbed her by the hair and started dragging her away.
“Ahhhh!!” Mandy screamed when she was pushed against the wall.
She looked up and a slap landed on her face.
Her hair scattered, falling on her face.
Her eyes fell on Stella and Rose, looking at her h@ťěfully.
Mandy shifted fearfully.
“What did I do to you?” She asked, almost tearing up.
“How dare you smile at Valentine? How dare you allow him to touch your dirty body, he belongs to me” Rose said and kicked her.
“Please, I’m sorry” Mandy let out her tears.
A slap from Stella landed on her face and she started crying loudly.
Someone kicked her on the head and her head collided with the wall, she immediately passed out.
The girls turned to see Charlotte.
“Ɓîtçh” Rose said and they released their spits on her before walking away, leaving her there helplessly.
<NEXT DAY>
Rona’s eyes moved slightly under the sheets.
She dragged the sheets over herself completely before sitting up on the bed.
Her eyes went to the window and she saw the rays of the morning sun.
It’s morning already. She arranged her hair and moved away from the bed to the window.
She stood there and started looking at Shane’s window, hoping to see him.
His window was open but his view was yet to show.
“Did he go to the university already?” She asked herself, wishing she wasn’t late to see him before he had left.
She stood there for five minutes without seeing a glimpse of him and her hope started crumbling. Maybe he left.
She was about to move away when he showed up, dressing up.
Her heart jumped immediately when she saw him and she bit her lips looking at him, his perfect face.
She felt her heart beating fast and she directed her to her chest. She felt it and gasped.
“Wait, did I develop a heart disease but why is it happening now that I see him?” She said and directed her eyes to him.
“Has he eaten? What if he hasn’t eaten anything yet, what should I do?” She asked, still looking at Shane who was dressing.
She smiled when something came into her head.
She ran out of the room and went into the kitchen, luckily Stanley didn’t come back home yesterday.
She turned on the gas quickly and put a pot on it. She added water to the pot.
“Do fast, he might leave before I will be done” She said like the fire would hear her.
The water boiled to the limit she wanted and she turned off the gas.
She poured the water into a cup and ran to the cupboard.
<MOMENTS LATER>
Shane came out of his house and started heading to his car.
He’s having a meeting with professors in the university and he doesn’t want to be late.
“Shane” He heard his name being called and he turned to see Rona holding a cup, out of the cup was a steam coming out from it .
Rona hastened her steps till she got to him.
“Good morning” She said.
“Good morning Rona” He replied.
“You’re leaving already?” She asked.
“Yeah, I’m having a meeting” He replied.
“I made this, a cup of tea, I just.. thought maybe you..” She stopped, thinking what she might say would be rubbish.
“Thank you Rona” He said and took the cup from her.
He started drinking the tea and she kept smiling till he finished.
“You know how to cook, I enjoyed the spaghetti and I love the tea, thank you, see you later right? I have to go now” He said.
“Okay, bye” She said and he entered his car and drove away.
Rona stood there, lost for a minute, she suddenly screamed.
“Yes!!!!!!!” She shouted and ran into the house.
“He ate my spaghetti and he even said he enjoyed it, he complimented my tea” She said smiling foolishly.
“I would have loved to visit the university but I can’t, I have work to do in the restaurant”.
<ERICA’S ROOM>
Mandy opened her eyes and quickly sat up.
Her head hurt and she quickly held her head but her eyes widened when she felt herself on something so soft. She looked down at the bed and gasped out, her eyes went around the room and she shouted shockingly.
This isn’t her room, her room isn’t this beautiful and large, it doesn’t smell this expensive, her bed isn’t this big and soft either.
“Wait, did Stella and Rose bring me here? Am I kidnapped?” She asked herself fearfully.
She was about to jump out of the bed when the door opened and Erica came in with a smile on her face.
“Mandy” Erica called.
“Erica, please save me, I think I’m kidnapped, please get me out of here” Mandy said as she held Erica’s hand.
Erica started laughing, landing Mandy in a state of confusion.
“Calm down, you’re in safe hands, this is my room, we saw you unconscious in the clubhouse and we brought you home” Erica said and Mandy sighed.
“How did you find me?”.
<FLASHBACK>
Charlotte, Stella and Rose came out of a corner and that moment Erica turned around and saw them, smirking mischievously.
Something immediately whispered to her that something is fishy. She wasn’t sure exactly but her instincts don’t lie. Angelique was busy shaking her @zz, giving the guys the cracks.
“Angelique” Erica called and she turned her.
“What’s it?” She said loudly, cos the music was high.
“Let’s go check out something” Erica said and quickly dragged her away.
The guys started shouting.” where are you taking her to?”.
“Hey, what is happening?”.
“I saw Charlotte and her gang coming out from that corner, I smell something odd” Erica replied, entering that corner with her.
Their eyes widened when they saw Mandy.
“Mandy!!” They screamed.
<BACK TO PRESENT>
“Thank you Erica” Mandy sniffed.
“It’s nothing, we are your friends and we will protect you”.
“I need to go home right now, my mother will be worried” Mandy said.
“Not so fast, I prepared breakfast, you will leave after eating baby girl” Erica said and Mandy smiled.
“Stella, Rose and Charlotte did that, right?” Erica asked.
“Yes, because Valentine spoke to me” Mandy replied.
“Oh, I get it the Ɓîtçh is crushing on him” Erica chuckled.
“I will train you to become a Ɓîtçh like us” Erica said and took her out of the room.

Shane was still on the road when his phone started ringing and the moment he saw it was Jonathan he hissed.
“Calling to disturb my peace” He said and answered the call.
“See Nathan, I don’t have time for your..” He stopped when he started hearing gunshots in the background.
“Shane, there are some guys at my house trying to ki|| me, get here fast, I can’t handle them” Jonathan said.
“What!!”.
Shane reversed the car roughly and headed to his house.
A thirty minute drive took Shane just ten minutes.
He parked his car roughly and came out, he took out his guns and ran into the house.
But something seems weird, he was hearing gunshots so what happened right now?? Did something bad happen to Jonathan?.
He barged into the house and met the living room empty but things were scattered in the living room.
He saw blood on the ground and his eyes widened when he started tracing it to his room.
“Jonathan” Shane called and entered Jonathan’s room.
“Nathan” He shouted and started breathing heavily.
What if the guys ki||ed him or succeeded in taking him away.
He quickly walked out of the room and bumped into Jonathan.
“Nathan” He called.
Jonathan looked at his worried face and smiled.
“Where are the guys? You ki||ed them?”.
“So you really care about me?” Jonathan asked.
“Answer my question”.
“There were no guys, I did that to scare you, the gunshots were coming from my system, I can’t believe you really care about me, I thought you don’t, stony face” Jonathan said and started laughing.
“And you think this is funny?” Shane glared.
“I wanted to know how much you care about me”.
“I’m having a meeting and you made me come here for nothing, I was afraid something happened to you, I h@ťě you Nathan” Shane said but regretted it immediately. He h@ťěs showing people his emotions.

Jonathan stopped as his eyes went to his wrist, he didn’t see the bracelet there.
“Where is the bracelet?” Jonathan asked, looking at his wrist.
“I lost it” Shane replied.
“What did I tell you about losing that bracelet” Jonathan said.
Shane’s phone rang and he answered the call.
“Where are you? The meeting is starting” The voice said.
“I got to leave right now Nathan” Shane said.
“You’re not…
Shane pushed him out of the way and ran out, entering his car.
“I will ki|| you bastard” Jonathan screamed at the door as his car drove off.
Jonathan smiled as he went back into the house.
It feels good knowing he cares so much about him.
<CLINTON’S UNIVERSITY•• MEETING HALL>
Shane got to the university and started walking to the hall.
Usual flirting and seductive comments from the girls kept coming but he ignored it. He has been doing that.
He got to the hall and entered and all eyes turned to him.
“Why are you coming now?” The head professor asked.
“Something urgent came up, can we start?” Shane replied and sat down.
“You’re late and you are urging the meeting to start” Another professor name Steven scoffed.
Well he doesn’t get along with Shane.
“Then are we to sleep here?, I thought I was the one holding the starting” Shane replied.
“You should learn to keep time..
“Steven” A female professor scolded and Steven rolled eyes. The lady looked at Shane and their eyes met, she smiled at him but he looked.
“Always cold” She muttered silently.
“Shall we start?” The head professor said.
<SHANE’S PLACE••8PM>
Shane got home after eliminating a target, he took his bath and wore jogger pants and a shirt, looking dashing as always.
He walked to the living room and sat down on a couch.
The Tv was on and the news of the man he ki||ed came up on the TV.
He scoffed and changed the channel.
He didn’t have the appetite to cook but is feeling hungry.
His mind went to the spaghetti Rona gave him yesterday and he started wishing to eat something like that.
She prepared it so well that he can’t help but wish to eat it again.
If they are close enough he would have asked her to prepare that for him again.
He took his phone and started checking something when his eyes fell on a particular picture of a girl. His cold blank face turned into a vicious one and his bones hardened as the spirit of Anger started taking over.
Past memories started coming back to his head and his eyes started turning red.

Rona stood by her window expecting him to open his window so she could see him but nothing like that happened. She has been standing there for almost an hour.
She concluded he’s not opening his window so she moved away and went out.
Stanley isn’t yet back home.
Earlier he complimented her that he enjoyed her spaghetti.
So what if she gives it to him again?
“Have he eaten?” She asked herself.
She went to the kitchen and dished out the spaghetti in a food warmer.
She smiled and walked out of the house, heading to his own.
She stopped at his doorstep and held her breath. She released it and knocked on the door.
No response came and she knocked again but still no response came.
“Is he not around?” She asked.
“What if he is inside?” She wondered and tried opening the door.
The door gave way and she slowly entered.
She met him in the living room with his back on her.
“Shane” She called with a smile and his ears recognized her voice.
“What are you doing here?” His voice came out like a roar.
“Are you okay?” She asked, moving closer.
“Leave” He said coldly.
“You don’t sound okay, are you alright??..
Shane turned around and Rona shifted back, what she was seeing right now was not the handsome lecturer she had seen before.Yes, she hadn’t seen him smile but his face was like that of a beast, the Aura was so dangerous.
“Shane..
“I said get out” He growled and Rona fell on the floor without being pushed.
His eyes grew more redder and his veins were popping up more and more.
Tears came out of Rona’s eyes.
Many people have yelled at her, including Stanley but she hasn’t felt a sting in her heart like the way it just happened right now.
Is it because it’s him???.
