CHAPTER NINE & TEN : THE THIRD DAY ( CHLOE’S DILEMMA)
Thanatos watch her face, how it got red, she swallow, one will think she is about to act shy like other women but instead she lean close, pressing her lips to mine, I drop my hands and stood still, eyes wide open.
It took me ten seconds to get myself, push her away, into the water ” why will you perform such sinful act?” I growl, getting up and frown ” this is the second time”
She stood up, cleaning her face and trying to catch her breath, the water stopped at her neck region ” you just agreed to marry me ” she growl ” don’t tell me you can ki|| your future wife over a kiss?”
” Have you forgotten your promise?” I frown, fold my hands ” you will ensure women stay away, especially yourself”
She pout her lips ” you just said you don’t need me to look at other men ” I watch how she slowly get out of the water, her dress cling to her body, I could visibly see her Ɲīpplë and it hit me, she wore no bra……my eyes lower downward, without my consent and I gasp at relieve, at least they is underwear ” you don’t think I will be married and expect no action at night” she fold her hands, lifting her Břě@šť high.
Averting my gaze, I clear my throat ” is that what you think?” She asked once more.
” Indeed ”
” Why are you not looking at me?”
” You may not realize this but I am a man that wishes to remain pure ” I mumble ” even my eyes and make me perform unthinkable acts ”
” Your eyes?” She move to my line of sight and I frown, give me a confuse look ” what are you talking about?”
” Your…..your…your…” I h@ťě myself at this moment, the fact that am finding it hard to say such words is embarrassing ” you should cover properly ” I force the word out, am a god that have lived for centuries, how can this little girl leave me speechless?
She look down at her chest, any normal woman will immediately cover up but she look back at me, with a nonchalant expression ” why? We will get married anyway ”
” Huh” I gasp and before I could even react more, she step closer and hug me, her chest pressed unto mine, I could feel how soft it is, it is the first time, the first time someone has gotten this close to me .
I couldn’t form words, I had nothing to say but to remain silent, she wrap her hands around my body and rest her head on my chest ” it’s cold, let me warm myself up ” I swallow, thoughts move in my head, thoughts I have put at bar for so long.
I swallow, preventing my hands from moving to her arse.
” Chloe ” I force the words out and she look at me ” let go ” I command, with the last willpower I could bring forth, thankful she did as I said, if she had rejected, I had no idea as to what I might have done to her, but one thing is certain.
I would have enjoyed it.
It didn’t take long before we return back to the palace, I decided not to say a word to her, I walk back to my chamber, shut the door, walk into my bathroom, lock the door, take off my clothes and breath out at the sight of my harden Ç0çƙ.
Closing my eyes, I tried all my best to think of something else but I couldn’t, only one image came to my head, the sight of Chloe, naked on my bed. But that is something that shouldn’t happen.
Moving to the bathtub, I got in and wrap my hands around my Ç0çƙ, I knew I shouldn’t imagine things with her, not with Chloe but I did, I thought of lewd things that got me growling and finally releasing.
Did I feel Shame or guilt later?
No, I felt pleased, which infact is very strange.
Chloe woke up the next day feeling energetic, the thought of leaving the palace today excited me to the fullest, sitting up, I stretch properly, yawn and look at the bright sun, how it’s shining just above me, have I ever Been this appreciative?
“Of course not!!” I said in form of song while standing to my feet, since I have no maid available, I decided to prepare my own bath, take my bath, put on a red long dress, use a white flowery pin at the side, apply a simple natural makeup, select my necklace and for the final touch, my lipgloss.
Getting up, I look at myself in the mirror, I really do look stunting, but I couldn’t appreciate myself enough at the noise outside, turning around, I quickly walk out only to see Freya maids, shouting and looking for the palace shamans.
I thought shaman are forbidden from the palace? But never mind that, what is happening.
” Haven’t you heard?” One of the maid mumble to another, I move closer just a little bit to get the full gist.
” You mean concerning Freya?”
” She woke up old ” I frown at that.
” Isn’t that impossible?”
” We believe she has been cursed”
” What will happen to our princess? She was about getting married to lord Thanatos” I roll my eyes at that, maybe I should get a proper look at her, ignoring the maids, I walk towards Freya quarters, without knocking, I step into her chamber.
She truly do look like an old woman ” what happened to you?” I watch tears flowing from her eyes, the beauty she has forever cherish, her youth…just in the blink of an eye.
” Why are you here?” Even in her voice, it got deeper and slower ” to mock me?”
” Don’t you think, is this your attitude that made this happen to you?” I growl and she just look at me, am sure she must be thinking am the cause of all these
” Are you happy?” She fake laughter ” to see me in this state? Close to my death?”
” Yes ” I smile ” sometimes you need to taste how it feels to be treated differently, you also need to get the taste of feeling old”
” What did I ever do to you?” She yell and then cough ” it’s not my fault I was born beautiful and blessed”
I scoffed ” beautiful and blessed? You were wicked, always acting like the kind one, you and I know pretty well that, that night, you were the one who ki||ed my mother, not me” Shaking my head I choose not to go back to the past ” It’s not my fault you turn out this way either ”
” You evil being, you cursed me didn’t you!!!” She yell ” do you even think your dead mother life is up to mine??? She was a ugly Ɓîtçh !!!!” I turn around to hit her but someone caught my hand.
Calming myself, I look sideway to stare at lord xilber, he shakes his head and pull me out of her chamber, maid gasp and side talk begin ” let go of me ”
” Calm down Chloe ” he stopped at the back of freya chamber, where we are alone ” you know you shouldn’t lay a hand on her ”
” Who are you to tell me what and what not to do!!!!” I growl but stop talking when I take in his expression, I don’t want him to be disappointed.
” You should be happy to see me ” he smile ” not like this, you need to stay away from Freya, she is no good”
” We shouldn’t stay together ”
” Why not?” He give me a confuse look ” Incase some demon appear again ” I nod and he chuckle ” worry not, I will slay another just for your sake ” it still confuses me that lord xilber can see them but why is it that whenever I try to touch him, something like a barrier keep preventing me.
Something bright.
But he on the other hand, he touches me freely ” how have you been ” he smile, his hand touching my cheek ” I have missed you ” I stare into his blue eyes, his white hair tied into a high ponytail while he lean close ” will you come with me?” I frown, confused at his question
” What do you mean?”
” I told you last time ” he withdraw ” my words were quiet simple then ” I furrow my brows confused ” don’t tell me you have forgotten”
” Am sorry I….” He chuckle slightly, while I smile at the sight of him laughing.
” It’s fine, understandable ” he nod and then look at his wristwatch ” I told you when I return I will make you my queen ”
” Your queen ” I blink at those words. I notice how he looks at me, like am the most beautiful woman in the world.
” I want you to marry me Chloe ” he smile ” it’s only fair, I did take your first time, you should be with me..right?” Before I could say more, my gaze move to my right to notice Thanatos, he didn’t move towards my direction, no….he was walking away.
I could only see his back, which means he saw us but choose not to interrupt, his words last night hit me, he did ask me not to look at any other man but right now, the man I fancy is standing right here.
Asking me to marry him ” Chloe?” He mumble, waving his hand ” are you here?”
What am I to say to him? Do I reject this offer? Or accept it? How do I say no to xilber ” am sorry ” I mumble ” I will like to think more on this ” I didn’t wait for his reply before I walk away, I had no idea where my feet is taking me to.
All that was in my head was xilber confession but here I am, standing outside Thanatos chamber.
Why did I become a hot girl over night? Two men, just for me?
I giggle at that thought.
Oh my god, what should I do?
