Kadence looked at him and couldn’t help but stare.
“Didn’t you see me?” He frowned and pushed her away gently.
“Sorry” Kadence said and lowered her head.
The other students who were looking at them gasped especially looking at the guy.
Infront of them stood a demigod. His cuteness and handsomeness could make someone trip. Even the boys were admiring him.
*Is he a student of this school
*Yeah, I think so.
*Guys….It’s Liam! The calm and quiet guy.
*So he can talk? Thought he was mute.
*I never even paid attention to him, maybe because he’s always at one corner.
The guy wore back his hoodie and picked up his phone that fell down. Luckily, it wasn’t broken.
“It’s okay, just watch where you’re going” He smiled slightly and then walked away.
Kadence looked back at him walking away. She shook her head and began walking front again.
“K-d!!” A voice called her from behind.
She smiled, only one person calls her like that.
“Emma, thought you were missing” Kadence smiled turning to her.
“This school is so cool and spacious. You have to see my roommates, they’re very nice and welcoming” Kadence said.
Emma sighed…
“Mine are not what they call charming and welcoming” Emma said..
“Talking of roommates, why are you located in another girl’s hostel and why can’t I go there?” Kadence frowned. She tried going there but they denied her the access.
“Well….Maybe they are just practicing their instructions. Something like that.” Emma shrugged and then wounded her hand round Kadence’s shoulder.
“Come let’s grab a bite before 5pm reaches” Emma said and led the way to the canteen.
All eyes were on them when they stepped foot in the canteen. The supernatural there were all surprised to see Emma back and also they were starring at Kadence.
“I think you should stop wearing these baggy clothes. Try and wear something cute for once” Emma said.
“No, don’t want to get a lot of attention” Kadence said and tugged her hair behind her ear.
Emma scoffed…
“You’re already gaining everyone attention. It won’t change a thing” Emma replied.
“I want a bowl of chips and dip” Kadence said
“Sushi will do for me please” Emma said.
Miss Verna, the server nodded and served them their orders.
They walked to an empty seat and then sat down then began eating while discussing so loudly.
“No, chip and dip are not good. You have to try some sushi I’m sure you will-”
“Emma?” A voice called behind her.
She slowly turned to see it was Sophia.
“Omg, Sophia!” Emma stood up and hugged her.
Sophia used to be her roommate before she left.
“Missed you so much friend” Sophia smiled widely.
They broke the hug and Emma looked behind to see Lisa.
“Who’s she?” Sophia asked referring to Kadence. She could see she was a human.
“Oh, it’s Kadence. My best friend” Emma smiled.
“Nice meeting you, I’m Sophia” Sophia shook hands with Kadence.
“The pleasure is shared” Kadence replied.
Lisa cleared her throat and pretentiously looked away…
“Here’s Lisa. My roommate” Sophia gestured at Lisa.
“Hey Lisa” Emma and Kadence chorused.
Deep down, Kadence was still wondering how did Emma manage to know all these people since it was her first day here.
“I’m I dreaming or is it Emma?” Romeo said, walking toward them.
“Romi!!” Emma exclaimed and hugged him..
“Just look at you. You’ve grown more cuter” Romeo complimented.
“Gigi” Emma said and also hugged Gideon.
“Emma, we missed you” Gideon smiled…
Kadence was busy watching them. Something smells really fishy.
“Missed you too. Are you still crushing on st*pid Jody?” Emma asked and the others laughed.
“From their reaction, I guess you are.” Emma said and sighed, tired of telling Gideon to forget Jody.
“Hey, are we that invisible.” Eric said and crossed his arms.
“Sorry bro…. Emma, meet our new friends. Eric, Nora and Connor” Romeo said.
“Eric, we’ve met already but as for the other two. It’s the first time seeing your faces. Nice meeting y’all.” Emma smiled.
Emma turned to Kadence and held her shoulder.
“Everyone, here’s my bestie and sisi Kadence” Emma presented her.
“Hey everyone.” Kadence waved.
They began chatting while Kadence and Emma quickly finished their meals.
The electronic bell rang, signalling the students to meet at the general assembly.
They all sent to the assembly and they began giving them all those instructions especially to the new students.
Once they were done with the instructions, the students dispersed to their various location.
Kadence, Pamela and Quinn were going back to their hostel. Kadence’s eyes caught with the hoodie guy by the garden outside.
“Girls, I’ll join you guys.” She said and walked away.
“Hey” Kadence said walking towards him.
He looked up and ached his brow.
“Oh, it’s Miss bumper” He said and faced front. He had a brush in his hand and he was painting the roses.
“That’s not my name” Kadence said and crouched beside him, watching the painting.
“It’s so beautiful” She smiled.
“You can have it. I’m even leaving by the way.” He stood up.
“Really? Thanks!” Kadence said and hugged the painting.
“What’s your name?” Kadence asked.
“How much will you pay me to know?” He replied cool…
Kadence frowned…
“Really? Pay you?” Kadence exclaimed…
He finished packing his painting tool in his bag and stood properly then looked down at Kadence then ran his hands in his long hairs. He was kinda tall!!
“My name is Guillermo. But you can call me Liam” He replied and wore back his hoodie then walked away..
Kadence looked at the painting and bit her lips.
“Liam… He’s cute.” She thought and looked at the exit he took.
She also walked away, heading to her room.
DEMON KINGDOM**
“Get out of here, you’re not what I want in a woman” Khalil said and stood up from bed, naked.
The vampire bowed and picked up her dress then hurriedly wore it before scurrying away.
Khalil wore his black robe and ran his hands through his long black hairs.
“Princess Kaitlyn… Wonder how she’ll taste” He smirked.
“Your majesty. The king asks for your participation. The seven deadly sins are here” A maid said.
“Okay” He replied and smiled…
