The hall was crowded and noisy
Ma’am Natasha Fredericksburg and other staffs walked in and those standing sat down immediately they saw her and the once noisy hall became dead silent
“Hi lovelies, as you all know I’m Natasha Fredericksburg,,,, Natasha Frederick for short” she smiled and just by the way she spoke, one could tell she was an expert in what she does..
“Do you think we will be picked?” Jasmine asked and Sandra sigh
“You worry too much… Just watch and listen” Sandra said with a smile which Jasmine returned
“If you put your efforts, then you will definitely be picked” Desmond replied and jasmine stared at him for a while before smiling at him
He’s kind of cute .. I wish you luck.. jasmine said in her mind as she smiled at Desmond
Desmond smile briefly on hearing her thought. Jenny felt uncomfortable as she watch them smile at each other. She quickly reach for his hand and held it tight making him face her
“I wish you luck too” Desmond told her and she smiled and Desmond returned the smile
“It seems your symptoms are coming back again.. why the heck are you smiling? Wait are you really becoming a cool guy? Michael asked in his head after seeing all the dramas they were performing seconds ago
Desmond scoff and glared at Michael
“Do your worst.. just stay put and wait for Sera to appear” Michael stuck his tongue at him before leaning back on his seat
“I am glad to announce to you that, today is the day we’ve all been waiting for. A day to show what you all are made off” Natasha said and everyone cheered in excitement
“I’m the director and founder of this academy” she added and the crowd clapped happily
“Alright . Alright.. i love your spirit already. And also, this particular audition will be in another dimension. It’s gonna be different….
Normally, the participants and judges were to sit separately, but this time both the judges and the participants will be seated together with some few space at the front and the those who are yet to participate will be at our back” she said explained making Jasmine more nervous
“I have never done this Infront of this type of crowd” Jasmine panicked
“It’s really gonna be okay.. all you need to do is to believe in yourself” Sandra squeeze her hands softly while jasmine let out a tight smile
She hasn’t be this nervous and shy before
“Results of participants do come out few days after their performance but today, it will be different. The results will be announced today few minutes after the contest” Natasha said and this made Jasmine even more nervous than she was before
“You can do this jasmine.. you can do this” she assured her self
” Now I’ll be introducing the judges,, So the person at my left is Mr Seth” Natasha said pointing at Mr Seth who was beside her. Mr Seth waved at the crowd and everyone clapped
“The one next to Mr Seth is our vocalist Mr Kelvin and beside him is Mr Fred And here at my right are miss Arabel, Mrs Johnson and miss Natalia” she introduced and everyone cheered..
” now let the show begin” Natasha screamed and students cheered happily as she left the stage and Miss Natalia took over the show and everyone stood up clapping happily.
“Before we start calling out our participate, I want you’ll to take note of this, you all have 5min each to perform” Natalia said and the students clapped
But before that, I will like to call on “the silver ray crew” (Nike and his friends)” Natalia said and the auditorium became noisy making the newbies wonder what was happening
Silver ray crew consisted of four boys; Drew lee, Aspen Del’avor, Kang min Yung and Nike Walters their leader
Nike and his three friends walk to the stage and students starts shouting.. of course, Nike and his friends were the best in Reality Talent school.
“Hi” Nike waved at the crowd and the noise became loud again. Jasmine sigh as she watch the crowd shout.
The noise died down and Nike began singing..
Nike: ? You were the the diamond I didn’t wanna let go….
They kept singing and the girls kept screaming as they sang
“OMG.. his voice is so cool” Jenny exclaimed in amazement
“I wondered if I will be picked” she said in her mind and Desmond held her hands
“You will” Desmond assured and she smiled
Jasmine also smile after she heard what Desmond said..
“he must be a cool guy to his girlfriend” Jasmine thought and Desmond scoff lowly
Few minutes later, The silver Ray crew were done performing and left the stage
“That’s what we will be looking out to see” Natalia said and the participants became scared
? What if we aren’t good as them?
The students kept murmuring among themselves as Natalia called on the first participants
Second turned to minutes and minutes to hours till it was 5pm
“So the next participant is Rachel Montez” Natalia said and Rachel walked up to the stage
“You can do it” Stephanie shouted from the crowd
? Wow, she’s the president’s daughter?
? She’s so beautiful..
Desmond scoff after seeing Rachel on stage..
“This kid isn’t serious, How could she enroll because of me?” He sigh and looked at Michael who had a straight face.
“Is everything alright?” Desmond asked and he nodded
“I’m just curious to see if Sera would also be singing” Michael replied
“And you think she’ll still be bearing Sera? Of course not” Desmond said
“Why ?” Michael asked
“Her earthly parents will have to give her another name” Desmond replied and Michael felt disappointed
Rachel cleared her throat before singing

“She sings really well” Jasmine complimented
“I know right…I heard she is the president’s daughter”
“Wow… I guess she will surely pass this audition” Jasmine said
“No doubt” Sandra replied as she watch Rachel sing..
“Wow the president’s daughter was really great. I wondered if any girl will beat her voice” Someone said from the crowd immediately Rachel finished singing
“That was a nice one there miss Rachel, the country will surely be proud to have a musician like you” Miss Natalia said while Rachel smile
“You did great” the judges said and Rachel blushed hard before heading back to where she was seated with Stephanie
“Next is…. Jasmine and sandra ” Natalia announced and the crowd cheered for them
“What? They just call us?” Jasmine asked and Sandra nodded
“We need to go… Just trust yourself and everything will be okay” Sandra said and held jasmine by the hand as the walk to the stage
“Let’s see what this beautiful girls are made of” Natalia said and the crowd cheered for them
“I wish you luck” Natalia added again before going back to her spot
Jasmine believe in yourself. Show them what you’ve got. Desmond said in his mind even though he knew they wouldn’t hear him
Jasmine looked at the crowd then back at Sandra who smiled at her
“Are you feeling nervous?” Sandra asked and jasmine nodded.
“Okay, just breath in and out” Sandra said and jasmine nodded again, doing exactly what Sandra said
“Wow.. I love their cooperative spirit” kelvin, Natasha, Mrs Seth and Natalia said at once in their minds
“It means they are surely going to pick them” Desmond smile
Somehow, he’s getting drawn to Jasmine, he just couldn’t explained it. Apart from the incident at the hospital, He felt like they’ve met before
Sandra signal to the keyboardist and the sound of the piano took over the hall, everyone was already cheering.
“Let’s do this” Sandra said and jasmine nodded before bringing the microphone close to her mouth but no word or sound were coming out of her mouth as she stared at the crowd
? What is happening?
? Is she having stage fright. Then she doesn’t deserve to be a singer
? Will they be eliminated?
“Jasmine” Sandra called lowly and walk towards her
“Calm down.. close your eyes.. pretend no one is here and forget about the comments from the students ” Sandra said while jasmine nodded again
“Come on” Sandra said but jasmine couldn’t take it anymore, the fear was just too much
She took few steps back before running out of the stage while majority of the crowd burst into laugh
“Jasmine!” Sandra called as she ran after her
