Night came fast, the boys were fast asleep except Alex and Ryan
The silent cry of Lord Wayne could be heard since Ryan room was next to his
“He is at it again” Ryan said furiously, he h@ťěd the fact that his father didn’t even care about his mother disappearance but he was crying over a f-__-king mistress
“I think his mistress is a good person you should know that your dad won’t shed a tears because of a useless person” Alex said
“So you think that him not trying his best about finding my mom is good huh, do you know how much I long to see my mom” Ryan said
“No, am only trying to say that why don’t you start looking for your mom yourself who knows maybe you can get a positive answers” Alex said
“You’re right, maybe I could also do some findings about dad mistress” Ryan said
“That’s the spirit” Alex said patting his shoulder
“Are you still not ready to talk about the incident”Ryan asked
” Even if I explain to you guys you won’t understand, moreover I don’t have the courage to do so for now”Alex said
His phone beep, he pick up the phone
“Oh, next week is the TRIX photo$h00t” Alex said checking the message sent to him

Everyone was asleep except Marie who couldn’t sleep no matter how she tried
After a while she stand up from the bed walking out of her room she enter Marissa room she was careful with the door so that it won’t disturb the girls sleep
She stared at Marissa who was sleeping at the edge of the bed
She squat down, she started stroking her hair
“Am I doing the right thing”
“Please don’t h@ťě me after knowing the truth, am only protecting you”
“I hope you would be able to cope after knowing the truth”
“No matter what happen, I would make sure you are safe” Marie said she lean closer pecking her forehead she walk out of the room

Alex receive his mother message asking him to come home today so right now his inside the house staring at his mother raging eyes
“Why are you giving me that kind of looks” Alex said confusedly
Mrs Knight drop some pictures in front of him
“What is the meaning of this, in case you forget your fiance is coming back next week, and am sure you won’t want her to know hat you have fallen for another girl right do the needful or you I would help you do the needful” Mrs Knight said with a cunning smile
Alex sat down thinking about what his mom just said
” has he really fall for that girl, no, he can’t fall in love with her”
He pick up his car keys going out of the suffocated house

Marissa just send him a text asking if him and the royals her free so they could go out and have fun
It was as if she always know if something is wrong with him

The girls were already dressed up, actually they were the one who forced Marissa to message Alex since they think she was somehow close to him
The walk out of the room, soon they were welcome by the aroma of a cake, they quickly rush to the kitchen they were surprise to find Mike in the kitchen bringing out one cupcake out of the oven
“Are you the one baking the cake” Marissa asked with a suprise look on her face
“Why would you bake just one cupcake won’t you give this lovely sister of yours”Marissa making funny face
“Am sorry lovely sister but this cake is specially bake for Sophie” Mike said
“Me” Sophie asked she was surprise something feel weird why would this boy bake a cake for her alone
“Come and have a taste trust me it is very delicious” Mike said giving Sophie a fork
Sophie look at him and he gave him a go ahead
She took a bite and her eyes widening, she was expecting the cake to be awful but surprisingly it was really tasty
She started eating it not noticing the smirk dancing at Mike lips after she finish everything she look up to see her friends angry look
“And you finish everything without offering us just a bite” Cassy said walking out of the kitchen with the rest
“Don’t mind them, how is the cake” Mike asked feigning a curious look
“The best ever” Sophie said giving him a thumb up before walking out of the kitchen
“Babies” Marie called, and they turn facing her since they were backing her, Marie hand her ATM card to Marissa
“Mum” Marissa called
“Don’t worry you guys should enjoy yourself okay spend to your heart content” Marie said
“And that include me” Mike said he was already dressed up
“Where did you think you are going” Marissa and Clarissa shouted
They were angry that he didn’t even bake their own cake
“Mom, you see they h@ťě me” he said shedding fake tears
“Why won’t he come with you” Marie asked, one thing she h@ťě seeing was Mike tears because of this Mike always make use of his tears when necessary
“Nothing mom, he can come with us”Marissa said
” let’s go”Mike said leading the way while Marissa was glaring at him
“You gave her your card don’t you think she’s going to get the fact that you are wealthy if she knows the huge amount in that card” Clara said
“Let them enjoy their life, the card is the one which has the least of money
