Miles couldn’t get the kiss off his mind no matter what he did.
He tried writing a song, played games, then he tried watching a movie but…….
d@mn!! What have I done, he groaned.
Surprisingly he didn’t regret the kiss, but………
The fact that she is Jewel’s sister still hunted him.
Is it really right to do that with her?, He thought.
He couldn’t understand his heart at all. He didn’t understand why he was feeling that way towards her.
A knock on his door interrupted him from his thoughts.
He closed his eyes and sighed.
Come in, he said rubbing his forehead. A maid came in and bowed.
A man waiting for you in the living room, she said. He opened his eyes immediately.
Who?, He asked.
Your manager, she replied.
Okay you can take your leave, he told her. She bowed and left the room.
Miles sighed.
Just as the maid had said it was his manager, Edward.
Good day sir, nice to see you, Edward said smiling. Miles rolled his eyes and sat down.
Cut that crap Edward, what do you want from me?, He asked.

Edward brought out a document from his briefcase.
It’s for you and Chelsea, you both have to sign, he said.
What for?, Miles frowned.
A couple $h00t. You will be having a photo$h00t together for Cosmos hotel, Edward explained. Miles scoffed.
You’ve always been their ambassador, they added Chelsea because of the rumored relationship, this is a good deal for her, Edward said.
Wh@ťěver, Miles mumbled and stretched out his hand. Edward stared at him blankly.
Give me the document, Miles said.
You can sign it now later I will meet Chelsea and……..
No need for you to meet her, I will meet her myself, Miles said. Edward stared at him in shock.
Didn’t you hear what I said, Miles snapped.
Edward gave him the document hesitantly.
You can leave bye, I will call you when we have signed, Miles said looking at the document.
Edward hesitated.
One, two, three, four, fiv……….
Edward fled immediately.
Miles sighed.
He didn’t know but he just wanted to see her again.
What was wrong with him??

And about an hour later he was inside the company.
Luckily, he met Rachel coming out and asked her about Dami.
Private room, Rachel replied.
But she’s……..
He made his way to her private room without caring to listen to Rachel.
Just as he wanted to open the door he heard Dami yelling.
Did something happen to her? He thought. But when he heard Krystal’s voice, he concluded that she was okay.
But just as he turned to go, he heard Krystal scream ” You are the reason your sister died, infact you ki||ed her “.
That statement made him halt and turn back.
He thought of whenever to enter inside or stay outside but then decided to stay outside. He might not help her situation by going in.
He listened to all she said and his heart broke for her.
How could Krystal be so mean no matter what, even his dad had never said anything as mean as that.
Then she opened the door and he stared at her. Her eyes looked really pained and that hurt his chest.
He stretched his hand, she hesitated but then she placed hers on his. Then he pulled her away without looking back.
He heard whispers and sounds of camera clicking but he didn’t care. At that point, he just wanted her to not be in pain anymore.
They got to the bridge and came of the car.
Well back to present, suddenly she started looking at him weirdly.
Is she mad at him?
Are you okay, he asked calmly.
Do I look ill, she chuckled.
Well I……
Just how much did you hear?, she asked.
I will be sincere, I heard a lot. From the moment you yelled at her, he replied. She stared at the water calmly.
Has she always treated you like that, he asked. She nodded.
Huh!!
She turned to him and chuckled
What?? are you surprised?, She asked.
Yeah kind of, he replied.
I tried jumping off a rooftop once, she said.
Then why didn’t you jump off, he asked. She stared at him in shock.
You want me to jump of, she asked.
Not really, I am just curious, he replied.
No idea, I was just saved, She said. He sighed.
You have no idea how much pain Chelsea has been in, She said.
She must have been so broken and pained, she mumbled.
You are talking like you are referring someone else, he said.
Of course I am referring to the old Chelsea, Dami said.
He sighed.
Well you won’t know that I am referring to the real Chelsea, Dami thought.
Should we grab some meal before leaving?, I am already feeling hungry, Miles said.
Let’s go, there is a quiet and nice restaurant around her, she said.
Have you been here before?, He asked.
Well I’ve come for dinner here about once, she lied.
Okay lead the way, he said.
Gosh I am slowly turning into a chronic liar, she mumbled.

Hmm nice view, Frome here I can see anyone coming in, Chelsea said grinning.
They will probably think you are the receptionist, Ryan said.
You are always mean, moreover it’s a table for customers, she snapped.
He rolled his eyes and opened the menu, but then she snatched the menu from him.
I will order because it’s your treat, Chelsea said
If you order more than my pocket, I will leave you here and then you will work as a waiter here to pay the money, Ryan said. Chelsea scoffed.
I will just ask Dami to give me one of my credit cards, no need to ask you, she snapped.
Good idea, how about you call her now, so we can order everything, Ryan asked. Chelsea hissed and threw the menu on his body.
It says free coffee for every customer, go get it, she said. He glared at her.
Now, she said tapping the table.
I am going because I will have free coffee too, not because you asked me to, he told her. She rolled her eyes.
He hissed and left to get the coffee.
Barely a minute after he left, a girl wearing mask and sunglasses came out of a car and walked to the entrance door.
Is she a clown or what?, Chelsea mumbled staring at her. Just as she got to the door, she bumped into a little boy. Chelsea shook her head and looked away.
Who the hell wears a dark sunglass to a restaurant, unless………
She gasped and turned back to the girl immediately.
She already helped the boy up and was apologizing to the mother
Could it be…..
Dami?, She called without thinking. The girl froze and looked up.
Chelsea?, She gasped.
What was she doing there???
Chelsea was about to say something when she a guy came in, she needed no soothsayer to tell her that it was Miles. Dami stood up and coughed.
Probably to tell her to keep quiet.
I am very hungry are we going in or not?, Dami asked him.
Lead the way then, he told her.
Chelsea watched as they walked to the counter.
She didn’t know how she felt at that moment.
Is it really right for her to be close to him with my body, Jewel…….
She sighed.
What are you staring at, your eyes might fall off, Ryan said dropping the coffee on the table.
Dami, she mumbled.
Dami? What happened to her?, Ryan asked. Chelsea looked at the counter and then back to him.
He understood what she meant and gasped.
Wait is the guy beside her Miles?, Ryan asked. Chelsea nodded.
Ryan made to go meet them but Chelsea pulled him back immediately.
Are you crazy, are you trying to expose her?, Chelsea snapped. Ryan scoffed and sat down.
Then what are you going to do? What is she doing here in the first place?, He asked.
Chelsea sighed and brought out her phone.
I guess I have to find out, she mumbled.

They were taken to the VIP section which was upstairs.
Miles rented the whole place so it was just then.
And the table was filled with different delicacies.

The thought of seeing Chelsea disappeared from her head and she sat down immediately.
She ignored Miles’s stares and dug in immediately
Foodie, he mumbled.
I accept, she mumbled. He smiled and started videoing her with his phone.
What are you doing, you better delete that, she warned.
Never, I will post it now, he said.
Don’t you dare, I will ki|| you for real this time if you do, she snapped.
Who cares, I will post the video in the underworld too, he said.
Jerk, she mumbled. He laughed and dropped his phone.
I thought you were hungry, I guess otherwise, she said.
Yeah I was but I had to leave the food for the needy, he said.
Are you crazy??, Who did you call the needy?, she snapped.
I never called any name, he mumbled.
You!!! You are definitely dead once I finish eating, she said. He laughed and picked his phone again.
Just then her phone beeped.
Gosh don’t tell me it’s another shoo…….
She paused when she saw the was message from Chelsea
📩 Come to the restroom Immediately!!!!!!
Why does it sound like I am in trouble, she mumbled.
What’s that?, Miles asked
Just a random message, I need to go to the restroom, she said. He stared at her suspiciously.
I am really serious, I will be back soon, she said and wore her mask and glasses, then she zoomed off.
Before she could even enter the restroom, Chelsea pulled her in and locked the door.
What are you doing?, Dami asked
I should be asking you that, what the hell are you doing here?, Chelsea asked.
Miles brought me here, Dami replied. Chelsea scoffed.
I am really serious, he took me to the bridge around here and then we came here, Dami said.
Bridge?, Chelsea asked. Dami nodded.
It was as if Chelsea remembered something because her expression changed immediately. Dami sighed.
Don’t tell me it’s related to Jewel, Dami mumbled.
That’s where Jewel disappeared, Chelsea said.
Huh?? How did she fall inside there?, Dami asked.
But how did you know it’s related to Jewel did he tell you that?, Chelsea asked.
No but your mom came over and he heard all what she said and then he took me there, Dami replied.
Mum?, Chelsea mumbled.
I won’t really call her a mom anyway, I would have beaten her up but you wouldn’t like it, your mum is such a b***h, Dami scoffed. Chelsea opened the door and turned back to her.
Do wh@ťěver you want with her, I don’t care, Chelsea said and walked out. Dami followed her.
You don’t really mean that would you, You mum might tell the media and then you will be known as mom beater, Dami said.
Wh@ťěver, Chelsea rolled her eyes.
How did you know it was even me?, Dami asked.
Chelsea suddenly went backwards and leaned on the wall.
What’s wrong, Dami asked.
He sure knows a lot of girls, don’t he?, she mumbled.
Dami leaned forward and peeped. Ryan was still sitting on their table. He was talking to a girl and was even smiling.
Dami went back to Chelsea.
Wait why are you concerned?, Dami asked.
Con what? Who says I am concerned!, Chelsea snapped.
Dami looked at her suspiciously.
You are even yelling, look all your veins are showing don’t tell me you………
That’s a lie, I don’t like Ryan, Chelsea snapped.
I didn’t even mention it, Dami chuckled. Chelsea looked away.
Wh@ťěver but remember he is my brother and you are in my body, you shouldn’t do anything crazy for now, Dami said.
Look who’s talking, do I need to remind you about Miles, you better don’t do anything crazy with him, Chelsea snapped.

Dami paused when she remembered the kiss

Nothing okay, it was just a kiss, no strings attached, Dami said.
Kissssssss, Chelsea screamed loudly. Dami gasped covered her mouth immediately.
Are you crazy, Dami whispered. Chelsea bit her hands immediately.

It’s was a mistake, I fell on top of him, Dami lied.

You see what you caused, I think everyone heard it, Dami said.

They both stared at her.
You just keep making noise here, arguing over the most senseless thing, like stupid people, Dami snarled.
Ryan wanted to say something but then he stopped when he saw someone approaching them.
Are you calling me stupid then!!, Chelsea snarled. Ryan started blinking at them.
You are what you call yourself, Dami said
Dami, Chelsea screamed.
Chelsea, Dami screamed back.
What’s going on here, someone asked.
They both turned back.
