Chelsea flinched and stood up immediately. She
felt really embarrassed.
Children of nowadays, the person said and
walked away.
Ryan also stood up and began to dust himself.
I am really sorry, it was a mistake, she said
avoiding his eyes.
He ignored her and started walking away.
Is he mad?, She thought.
But she hadn’t moved up to a meter when
someone pulled her back.
It was a girl.
It’s you!!, so you are alive and you keep
tormenting Monica!!, Are you trying to make her
run mad?, Why did you make her believe that
you are dead, the girl screamed.
She was one of Monica’s friends.
Let go, Chelsea said
Let go!! How dare you!!. She’s at the verge of
loosing it completely and you dare ask me to let
you go, I should just ki|| you for real, she
screamed.
Chelsea wanted to say something but someone
pulled her away from the girl forcefully.

I forgot he was here, she mumbled.
It seems like you became mad before your
friend. How dare you accuse a living person of
acting like a ghost. If your friend thinks she’s
dead then how’s that our business, Ryan
snapped
You!!!, The girl screamed
And also… There must be a reason why she
thinks she’s dead right?, Who knows maybe she
tried to ki|| her and was surprised to see her
alive, Ryan said

ever again, I will turn you a mad ghost , he
snarled.
Then he grabbed Chelsea’s hand and dragged
her away
He’s so manly and protective, Chelsea thought
smiling.
He stared at her and stopped walking.
What’s so funny, why are you smiling, he asked.

Was I smiling, she asked. He scoffed.
He pulled his hand away from her and started
walking away.
Hey are you leaving me behind!, Wait for me,
she screamed running after him.
Ryan wait up, she screamed.

Happy barged into the basketball court and
looked around.
Ace saw her immediately she came in but he
looked surprised to see her.
Happy?, he called. She ran to him immediately.
What are you doing here, he asked still surprise.
Haven’t you seen the news online, she asked.
What’s news, he asked in confusion. She
brought out her phone and gave it to him.
He read the contents silently and stared at her.
I swear I didn’t post it, I just saw it, she said
immediately.
He gave her back the phone and sat down
quietly.
Why are you so quiet, shouldn’t we do
something about it, she asked.
I am thinking, he replied.
But what are we going to do? How did they even
take those pictures. How are we going to get out
of this, The internet is on fire, she ranted without
stopping.
If we say we weren’t in a relationship, then they
will think we are friends with benefits, he said

Or maybe it was a one night stand, he continued

snapped

holding his chest. She scoffed and rolled her
eyes.

because I remember there was no reporter in the
ship, she said.
What if I did, he chuckled. She stared at him

will be here, how did you find me here, he asked.

I guessed, she replied. He stood up and walked
up to her.

find out I will be here. This is a highschool
basketball court, you can’t just guess it, he said
coming closer.
She gulped hard.
He leaned over to her.
You are hiding something aren’t you, he asked.
Her heart started beating fast.
Just then his phone rang and he sighed. She
heaved a sigh of relief immediately and moved
away from him.
Wait here, I will be back, he said and moved
away to answer the call.
Is he kidding, he won’t see my shadow when he
returns, She mumbled

Dami was the first person Miles saw when he
opened his eyes .
They were both sleeping on the bed and we’re
almost hugging each other.
He smiled and sat up.
So she was the cause. He can only fall asleep
when he is holding her.
But why?
Is it because she’s Jewel’s sister?
Probably Yes.
Maybe it’s because he’s been away for a while
but she totally changed.
The Chelsea he knew back then was very fragile
and weak and he doesn’t like weak people.
If she really announced that they were in a
relationship without caring of the consequences
just to get back at Kimberly, then she’s a badass
and is crazy.
He chuckled and remembered Jewel.
She was quite stubborn and caused a lot of
troubles too.
Back then she made him to naughty things.
He sighed and stood up.
I will beg for forgiveness forever if you ever
come back and if you don’t, I will keep begging
till we meet in the afterlife, he mumbled sadly.
He covered Dami well and moved away.
It was already 10pm, is she going to sleep here?
Should he wake her up to go home?
She looks tired, let her rest, he thought
Or should I wake her up?
He was still contemplating on what to do when
she moved and opened her eyes.
She closed her eyes and opened it again, then
she started rubbing her eyes.
Where the hell was she, she thought looking
around
That place definitely didn’t look like Chelsea’s
bedroom or her private room, how did she get
here? Wait…….
She suddenly spranged up immediately.
Miles was standing few meters away from her.
So it wasn’t a dream?
I wanted to wake you up, thank goodness you
did it yourself,you should be on your way home
now, he said
Seriously?
Kicking her out again?
She scoffed and started leaving but he called
her back. She glared at him angrily.
You forgot your bag, he said.
Oops!
She grabbed her bag but then he stood before
her.
What do you want?, She frowned
He took her bag from her and collected her
phone from it.
What are you doing?
He did stuffs on it and gave it back to her
We just exchanged numbers, I will call you later,
he said.
What the hell!!
Bye girlfriend, he said smiling. She stared at him
speechlessly.
Aren’t you leaving, it’s already late, he told her.
She gulped and walked away without looking
back.
He chuckled

Lily rushed into Kimberly’s room crying.
Kimberly wasn’t surprised to see her, she knew
that she would come.
Kim did you see the news online?. She’s trying
to bewitch him. She knows he is my man but
she’s still trying to hook him, she cried.
Kimberly stared at her blankly.
Lily fell on her knees immediately.
Please help me get him. Since we had segz four
years ago, I haven’t been able to move on. I love
him and I want him. Please help me get him
back, she begged.
I will do anything you want me to do, I just want
Ace, she continued.
Kimberly smirked and stood up.
That’s not my problem, My main problem now
is Chelsea, why should I help you, She scoffed.
I will help you get rid of Chelsea, Then you help
me get rid of Happy, Lily said
What makes you think that Ace will come to you
if Happy disappears, Kimberly asked.
He was mine first. We even had segz. How can I
let another girl have him, I love him so much. If I
can’t get him I will ki|| him and myself, Lily
replied.
Kimberly burst into laughter.
Fine then, you must help me. I will help you
make Ace yours. We will get rid of Chelsea for
good, Kimberly said.
I will do anything, Lily said bowing.
Kimberly grinned and looked away.

The loud door bell made Dami wake up from her
sleep.
She looked at the time.
4:30am!!
Who the hell is that!!!
She went to the door and peeped from the key
hole. Her jaw dropped when she saw who the
person was.
Miles!!!!!
She opened the door slowly. It was really him!!
He pushed her aside and went inside.
What the hell are you doing here, she asked still
in shock.
Is that a question? He scoffed.
You said you were going to call, but you didn’t
say you were going to visit, she said.
Of course I did the both, But I guess you are a
deep sleeper. How did you not hear your phone
ringing, he scoffed
She glared at him and went to her room for her
phone.
15 missed calls.
Seriously?
Well she was too tired to wake up.
She went back to the living room and saw him
looking around.
Your house is too modest for a billionaire’s
daughter, what have you been using your
money for, he asked.
What money?, Does Chelsea get any money
from her mom, or her dad who hasn’t spoken to
both m and daughter for years?
What are you doing here, she asked him
He stood up and walked to her.
What are you doing, she frowned.
I came for a business agreement, He said

we have no business together, she said
We are in a relationship remember, he said
She glared at him.
He smiled.

he replied. She glared at him.

about to talk when his phone rang.
It was Kimberly.
She scoffed and rolled her eyes.
Talk to your girlfriend and leave me alone, she
snapped
He switched the phone off and kept it back in
his pocket.

I want to focus on you, he said looking at her
directly

She suddenly started feeling weird.
I remember I have only one girlfriend and that’s
you, I don’t double date, he said

way, she thought
