This is how my life is gonna end, Why did I follow Hardin for a hangout. Now am in a big mess.
“Hand over the girl to me or I shot the gun” the man said……….
“Are you deaf or something I said I have nothing to do with you, go to my dad that you have business with”Hardin said….
Gosh can’t he just calm down, this people are with gun for goodness sake.
The man smirked and cracked his gun then pointed it at us and Hardin dragged me to his back..
I closed my eyes and immediately I heard a gunshots…
Wait did they shot Hardin, no I can still hear his heart beat and he is breathing perfectly, I opened my eyes and saw two men on the ground lying down lifelessly.
Then a back car arrived then they started exchanging bullet..
Hardin just dragged me inside the car then drove off, I could not calm down after seeing a dead body on the floor….
Hardin seeing my mood held my hand and press my hand.
“Don’t worry we are save already”he said and I nodded still in fear.
“Who are they and why did they want to end Hardin life”I thought…

Heaven came out of the bathroom then heard Hardin speaking to someone one the phone call…
📞📞 Dad, I almost lost my life today, can’t you just stop dragging me to your mess”Hardin said through the phone…
📞📞Am sorry son, we just had small issues and I don’t know they will come for you, thank goddess my boys arrived early”Hardin’s dad explained.
📞📞I h@ťě it when you dragging to your mess, I don’t want anything to do with whole Mafia stuff so can’t you just let let me be, I know you h@ťě me but don’t set me up again”Hardin half yelled.
📞📞Son, I don’t h@ťě………”but Hardin interupted him by hanging up.
“Hardin”Heaven called then he turned, he was surprise to see her, he thought she was still in the bathroom…..
“Umm…. you are done freshing up???”he asked the and Heaven nodded.
“Okay, the clothes look good on you, you should stop wearing all these your baggies”Hardin said and Heaven just looking down.
Hardin seeing her mood noticed she was still scared about what happened…
Then he made her sit on his thigh.
“See am sorry for everything that happened, those people Mafias and they want something from my bad so they had to go through me to thr_@ten my bad,am sorry for the failed hangout, if I had known this will happen I could have left you when you said you are going to hangout with some else, it could have been fun not this $h|t”Hardin explain….
“I know it wasn’t your fault, but your dad is a Mafia I thought that mafia only exist in movies or story”Heaven said and Hardin..
“Of course is exist but am not among that $h|t”Hardin said.
“Ohhh” and almost immediately Heaven phone started ringing, she was shocked when she saw the caller id, That was her mom and she was surprise because since she entered the collage her Mom have never called her or did she know about what happened today…
Heaven picked the call
“Heaven so did not call me to check up on me, I was waiting for your call since but you refused to call”that was the first thing she said and Heaven laughed.
“Good evening Mom, I was waiting for your call too”Heaven answered…
“So how are you doing, hope you are reading your book and also your holy bible??”her Mom asked and Heaven opened her Mouth not knowing what to say, since she came to this campus she had not for once opened her bible to read…
“Are you hearing what am saying Heaven”Heaven mother said.
“Yes, yes I read my Bible and everything”she lied…
“Okay I just called to check up on you, call us if you need anything”her mother said and hung up then Heaven breathed out….
“Your mom really care about you”Hardin said and that was when he noticed she was still sitting on his leg, she stood up and sat on the bed immediately….
“Ummm yes all mothers cares about there children right”she said…..
“Yes that’s true tho, if only I didn’t lost mine”Hardin said….
“Wait your Mom is dead, my bad sorry for the loss”Heaven said and he smiled
“Is okay, am slowly getting over it but am sure if she was still alive she could have made sure that today which is my birthday will be great for me”he said and Heaven looked at him Surprisely….
“Today is your birthday and you didn’t tell me, so how am I going to the gift I will give you”Heaven said.
“That was why I wanted us to hang out but seems nature don’t want us too but you can still give be a birthday gift is is never too late”he said….
“I don’t have any money with me or should I…….” But Hardin interupted her..
“I don’t need your money” he said and Heaven looked at him if not Money what else….
“But I don’t have any other thing”she said innocently and Hardin stood up.
“What if I need another thing that is not money, could you do it just to celebrate my birthday for me??”he asked and she nodded not even noticing what was happening.
And just like flash Hardin pushed her to the wall.
“Ouch! My back why are you pushing me like that”she groaned
“Kiss me”Hardin said for once.
“What, why could I do that??”Heaven asked
“became you said you will do anything make up for my birthday day”Hardin Smiled.
“But I have never done it before infact I don’t know how it is done”she thought then took a deep breath. She was the one that promised him for anything.
“Am waiting cupcake”Hardin said staring deeply to her eyes and Heaven took a deep breath before raising her toe to reach his height before slamming her lips to his. Hardin kissed back immediately not giving her any chance to kiss back.
Heaven’s heart started beating so fast, she was afraid to kiss back because she thought she will bite his lips.
Hardin kissed her till they both lost there breathe but seems he wasn’t satisfied so he went back and kissed her again.
“Thanks for the birthday gift cupcake”he said when he broke the kiss…
