“Where do you think you’re going?” Collins voce said and Marisa froze on her spot
Pedro’s eyes bulged as he halted
“What are we gonna do?”Marisa whispered to Pedro in fear
“Run”He whispered back
“Huh?”Marisa stared at him in shock
how is it possible to run when Pedro is by their back and probably with a gun
Pedro slowly turned back to meet Collins and some of his men
“Really? You think you can outsmart me?”Collins laughed out loudly
“We didn’t think,we will,Run Marisa!”Pedro shouted and dragged Marisa then they both picked up a race
“After them”Collins said to his men and they also ran after Marisa and Pedro

“f-__-k”Prescott cursed as he saw his men lying on the ground in the pool of their own blood
He stared at Emily who has a smirk plastered on her lips
“Shocked,huh?”Emily said and sat on a chair in his office
Henry is at one end of the room, shaking like a wet chicken
Emily’s men overpowered Prescott’s men,and all Prescott’s men are down though Emily also lost some of her men but not much
“Are you gonna confess to the world or I should?”Emily said
“I’ll never accept defeat, that’s an act of cowardice”Prescott spat and Emily laughed
“Cowardice?”She stared at him again and laughed
“Then I guess you’re gonna face my judgement, capture them”Emily said and her men bundled Prescott and Henry up

“Seriously,where are we?”Jenice groaned
“Now I also think this is a joke cause where the f-__-k are we going?”Naya also said
“I’m also getting doubts about this unknown message,we should’ve reached the bridge”Isabella also said
“Oh,oh, I’m seeing a bridge,press on the accelerator Karen”Jenice squealed and indeed they were all seeing the bridge,right in front of them
“Yes!”A smile formed on Karen’s face
“Just a few more steps to Saving Marisa”Isabella also smiled
I know y’all are wondering where Nora might be,she received a message and went to Luna in the hospital

“Ohhh, I’m tired Pedro, we’ve been running for almost an hour”Marisa complained
“Do you wanna go back there? To the lion’s Den?”Pedro said and Marisa kept quiet
A bullet suddenly penetrated into Pedro’s back and he groaned in pain
“Pedro”Marisa shouted and quickly looked back to see the $h00ter
Their beholds Chloe,who has a devilish smile on her face
Behind her is Collins,who is also smoking a cigarette
“Ch… Chloe?”Marisa said in shock
“Oh dear Gabby, I’ve really missed you”She laughed sarcastically
“But I never wanted you back,I was happy with the way you got lost”Chloe said again
Marisa wanted to say something but Pedro’s groan got her attention
“Run Marisa, I’ll distract them”Pedro said silently
“How is that possible? You’re shot Pedro,what about you?”She said
“That doesn’t matter, I’ve been shot a matter of times and I still fought with it,the major thing is for you to get out of here safe and sound”Pedro said
“But why are you doing this? I never knew you and never did anything to deserve this”Marisa said
“I’m doing this because I know it’s wrong, and because you’re Nora’s friend and before I forget,Tell Nora I’m sorry and I love her so f-__-kin’ much”Pedro smiled
“Wait…You. .”Marisa staref at him in shock
“Yea,I was the one,hurry and get out of here, they’re coming”Pedro said and Marisa took to her heels,Chloe chased after her
Collins looked at Pedro and shook his head
“I know what you’re gonna do,just do it already”Pedro said as he stared at Collins
“Pfft…I liked you but too bad you had to betray me”Collins said
“I didn’t Betray you,I did the right thing,and … and I’m tired of being your dog”Pedro spat
“Dog? Then I guess you’re also tired of living”Collins said and released three bullets to Pedro’s stomach

“Where do we walk to?”Karen asked
“I don’t know”Isabella said
“But I’m sure she must be around this bridge, somewhere”Naya said and searched for Marisa with here eyes
They were out of the car actually, heading towards the bridge
“Ohhh,oh look!”Jenice shouted and pointed at a particular spot
They also stared at the direction and their eyes widened
It was Marisa!
and she was running which means just one thing, something’s chasing her
“Stop!”A voice shouted and Marisa stopped just by the bridge
She turned around to face
“Chloe?”Isabella said in shock
“Chloe.”Jenice’s eyes widened as she saw her
Chloe has a devilish smirk plastered on her lips and she’s holding a gun, pointing it directly at Marisa
Karen already ran towards Marisa
He was about to close the little space separating them when Chloe’s voice stopped him
“One more step and I’mma blow up her head”Chloe said and Karen quickly stepped back
“Now where do you run to now Gabby? None of your petty friends and even your boyfriend could save you,so hopeless”Chloe chuckled dryly
“Please Chloe, I’m begging you, don’t hurt her, you can jus $h00t me instead”Isabella said with her face stained with tears
“Nope, I’m no gonna hurt her dear sister, I’ll end her”Chloe said and Marisa felt a cold shiver run down her spine
Chloe pulled the trigger before anyone could talk
Marisa closed her eyes, expecting to feel the pain but couldn’t feel anything
She opened her eyes to see Karen down in front of her,in the pool of his own blood
“No,no,no, Doofus?”Marisa couldn’t stop herself as she ran towards him
“I don’t mind dying for you,I love you uncontrollably Loudmouth”Karen said as his eyes closed slowly
Marisa felt her own tears wet her cheeks
She was kneeling beside Karen beside the bridge
Isabella and the others couldn’t believe their eyes
Chloe just ki||ed Someone right in front of them
Not just anyone but Karen Smith!
Marisa stared at Chloe with so much hatred
Chloe laughed as she stared at Marisa
Jenice tried to snatch the gun from Chloe from behind but got shot in the shoulder instead
Isabella just stared at everything in horror
Chloe pointed the gun at Marisa
“Please Chloe”Isabella said with tears in her eyes
Chloe lowered the gun and happiness seeped into Isabella’s soul
She suddenly raised it up and released several bullets into Marisa’s system
“Noooo, Gabriella!!!!!!!!”Isabella shouted
“Marisa!!!!!”Naya also screamed
She fell straight into the water at the bridge and her blood colored the sea
Isabella’s phone started ringing almost immediately but she was too gobsmacked to pick the call
Naya picked it instead
“hello”Naya said
“Luna is dead”Nora cried out
“What??!!!”Jenice shouted
“What happened?”Isabella managed to look at them
“Luna is also gone”Naya said slowly as tears streamed down her face
