“Where’s your phone?” Henry asked. “It’s here” Leo replied and brought out his phone.
“Your Google is working right?” Henry asked and Leo nod his head.
“check her location from Google” Henry replied and rushed out.
“Come back here mothèrfûckèr” Leo shouted. Henry ran into his mother on his way out and she fall on her bûtt.
“Mum!” Henry called and rushed to help her mum up
“Are you planning to ki|| me?” Mrs Norman asked.
“Why will I do a thing like that? I can never think of ki||ing my sweet mother, I am sorry mum” Henry replied.
“You and your brother won’t be the end of me” Mrs Norman said with a frown.
“Mum I am different from Frank that refuse to come visit you,” Henry replied.
“It seems, you’re in a hurry, where are you going to?” Mrs Norman asked.
“I am going to visit a friend” Henry replied and scratch the back of his head nervously.
“Good day Mum” Leo greet. “My dear, how is your wife?” Mrs Norman asked and glare at Henry.
“She’s fine Mum” Leo replied. “She refused to come visit me why?” Mrs Norman asked.
“She’s not in town ma” Leo replied. “Alright dear” Mrs Norman replied and drag Henry inside with his ear.
“Ouch! Mum it hurt” Henry said.
“Yeah I know, when are you bringing your wife? Did you want me to die without meeting her?” Mrs Norman asked.
“Why are you taking about dèàth mum?” Henry asked.
“Keep quiet and answer my question” Mrs Norman said and Leo scoffed.
“You caused this, it’s all your fault” Henry said to Leo.
“Answer my question, when are you bringing her?” Mrs Norman asked.
“Five years to this time” Henry replied and rushed to his room.
“What!! Maybe you should sign in as a monk, you can’t be totally ûsèlèss, you and your brother can’t be ûsèlèss, if you can’t be useful to me, you should atleast be useful for God” Mrs Norman said and Leo burst into laughter.
“What’s funny?” Mrs Norman asked and give him a knock on his head.
LUNA P.O.V
“You really love me?” I asked with a frown and he nod his head.
Then I remember Bûllet word. ‘dont keep him waiting if you also love him’ “I love you, I really love you, I have been in love with you since I set my eyes on you” he replied and I scoffed, Mr lover.
“Wow are you confessing your feelings to my daughter right now?” Mum ask with a smile.
“Yes mum, I really wish she can consider me” he said, when did he start calling my mum Mum? “Karen love what did you have to say?” Mum ask and I love closer to her.
“Mum it’s not advice able to fall in love with him” I replied.
“Why because of his fiance?” Mum whispered and I nod my head.
“Go for your him, I am always by your side, Luna gat nothing on you” Mum said.
“Jayden you haven’t done the assignment I gave to you” I said with a smile.
“I am trying” he replied and I nod my head. “I’ll tell you how I feel about you, if you’re done with the assignment” I replied.
“We can carry out the assignment tomorrow, you will take me out after work tomorrow” he said with a smile and I nod my head and my eyes landed on Derrick.
“Wait! How long have you be here?” I asked. “Like forever” he replied and walked to my side.
He peck my forehead and Jayden pushed him away from me.
“Who’s he?” Jayden asked with a frown. “He’s my best friend, Henry meet my boss, Mr Jayden Smith” o said with a smile.
“Nice meeting you Mr Smith, I am one of your die hard fans” Derrick said and Jayden scoff. “What happened? Did you know each other before?” I asked because I can see that Jayden isn’t happy seeing him.
“No this is my first time of meeting him, and I am very happy to see him” Derrick said. “Same here, I Just don’t like how you peck her” Jayden replied.
“Common, she’s my best friend and this isn’t the first time I’ll be pecking her” Derrick replied. “Is that true? You have been allowing your best friend to peck you?” He asked and I look away, I am not sure he’s asking me.
“Karen!” He called gently and I look at him. “What?” I asked.
“Answer my question now” he said with a pout. He looks cute right now and I feel like kissing him.
“Are you Jealous?” I asked.
“It’s obvious” Sky replied. “Keep quiet and get out of this place” I said.
“I’ll respect you only for today” he replied and walked out.
“So are you Jealous of my friend?” I asked. “Sure I am, he is doing the thing I can’t do to you” he replied and mum chuckled.
“Jayden don’t get yourself work up, Karen and Derrick are childhood friends, they have been friends since, Derrick isn’t a problem” Mum said and Jayden smile, showing off his gap teeth and I noticed Derrick isn’t happy.
“What happened to you?” I asked Derrick. “Nothing I am fine” he replied and sat down beside me.
“Are you sure there’s nothing?” I asked and he smile.
Justin moved closer to Jayden and whispered something to his ear and Jayden stood up immediately.
“I’ll get going now” Jayden said.
“Alright dear” Mum replied.
“I’ll call you when I get to the house” Jayden wink and I blushed.
“That reminds me, we will be traveling out of the country tomorrow, but I’ll wait till you’re fine” he said.
“Travel for what?” I asked. “For business” he replied and walked out. Justin wave his hand at me before rushing after him.
“I need fresh air” Mum said and also walk out, it’s even better, because I have something to discuss with Derrick.
“I am sorry for not coming” I said.
“Common, you don’t have to be sorry, I understand” he replied with s smile and I nod my head.
“I have something to discuss with you” I said. “Really?” He asked with a smile.
“Yes, I need your advice” I said. “What’s bothering my baby?” He asked and I chuckled. “That guy that left is my boss, the one is fiance ask me to seduce, he fall in love with me even without trying, and he has been disturbing me with his love story what did you think?” I asked and he sighed.
“Are you sure he truly loves you?” Derrick asked.
“I think he’s someone i can trust with my heart” I replied and his mood changed. “Did you love him?” He asked.
“I think I do, I feel happy anytime I am around him” I replied.
“Give him a chance since the feeling is mutual” he replied and I smile.
“But his fiance is the problem” I replied. “She can’t be a problem, how can a sane person ask s woman beautiful than she’s nti seduce her fiance, can you do that?” He asked.
“I can’t, I am sane” he replied and stood up. “I’ll get going now” he said. “What happened? You aren’t happy tell me what’s bothering you” I said.
“There’s nothing I am very fine” he replied. “You aren’t fine, Derrick I know you very well” I replied. “Karen I am fine” he replied. “Derrick” I called, I noticed he has been avoiding my eyes. “How long have we been friends?” I asked and he sighed.
“Seventeen years” he replied. “Good! So I know you well I know you aren’t fine, tell me what’s bothering you and let’s find solution to it” I replied. “Are you sure you can?” He asked. “Sure I can, a friend in need is a friend indeed you have also helped me a lot” I replied.
