“Are you planning to lose your job?” Mrs. Smith yelled. “It’s better you punish me than Mrs. Martin should, I have sorry I did what I’ve to, Mrs. Martin is my SNR colleague’s wife, not only that she’s also my superior, I can’t keep her daughter here when we didn’t have concrete evidence on what she did” the cop replied.
“You will pay for disobeying my order,” Mrs. Smith said and end the call angrily.
She stood up from the chair and paced to her fro.
“What happened, mum?” Luna asked.
“The cops released her” Mrs. Smith replied and roughing her hair angrily.
“Mum you’re joking, right? How can they release her without your permission?” Luna asked.
“Do I look like I am joking” Mrs. Smith yelled and Luna moved back in fright.
“Why will you shout at me? My mother has never shouted at me before?” Luna yelled back and pick up her bag.
“Luna darling I am very sorry, I don’t mean to shout at you, I was just angry, I’ll so deal with them all” Mrs. Smith said and move closer to Luna.
“I’ll be on my way now,” Luna said. “But I said I am sorry,” Mrs. Smith said.
“I know, I need to rehearse for my new song, I’ll see you tomorrow,” Luna said and pecked Mrs. Smith on her cheek.
“Alright, call me when you get to the studio,” Mrs. Smith said.
“Alright, mum I’ll do just that” Luna replied. Mr. Smith came out of his room and Mrs. Smith rushed to meet him. “Darling” Mrs Smith called with a pout.
“Don’t tell me anything, I heard your conversation with the cop, how can you treat someone else child like a queen and treat yours like trash?” Mr. Smith asked.
“I am not treating Jayden like trash, I am only training him, and Luna is a lady, not just a lady our daughter-in-law, Ladies need to be treated special, don’t you see how you treated me like a queen” Mrs. Smith replied.
“You don’t practice what you teach,” Mr. Smith said.
“I do” Mrs. Smith replied. “I doubt it, you won’t have arrested the Jayden secretary if you do” Mr. Smith replied.
“That low life? Did you know how she embarrassed me? She even hold my hand with her filthy hand, she disgust me, I have to rush down here to wash my hand” Mrs. Smith said.
“You should have cut it off Instead” Mr. Smith replied.
“What!! Why will you say that?” Mrs Smith said.
“I’m only giving you an advice” Mr Smith replied. “I don’t need it” Mrs Smith replied. “Okay!” Mr Smith said.
“Is that what you say?” Mrs. Smith asked. “What did you want me to say?” Mr. Smith asked calmly.
“You can call and thr_@ten the cop, I know they will listen to you” Mrs. Smith said.
“I am not interested in this your game anymore,” Mr. Smith said, he picked up his car key and went out.
“What the hèll is wrong with this man? Did he just walk out of me?” Mrs. Smith asked angrily.

“Drive fast!” Jayden command. “I’m trying my best sir” the driver replied.
“Mr. Smith you need to calm down, we will soon be there” Justin replied.
“What if it’s not the cop that came to arrest her, what if they’re kidnappers, I know what mum can do, so don’t tell me to calm down,” Jayden said.
“You don’t have to worry yourself since we know who sent them,” Justin said.
“And you think knowing who sent them will help?” Jayden asked.
“Calm down, I haven’t seen you this worried before,” Justin said. “I’m worried because of her, I hope she’s fine, I know my mum won’t let that slide, but I don’t know it will be this fast” Jayden said.
“Sir we are here,” the driver said and rushed to open the car door. Jayden rushed down from the car and walked inside the station.
“Who cooks these noodles?” Karen asked. “We ordered for it Miss Martin” the chief replied. “It’s tasteless, I’ll advise you not to buy food from the restaurant again,” Karen said with a smile.
“We are sorry manage it for us Miss Martin,” one of the cops said with a smile and Karen nod her head.
Jayden was shocked to see Karen eating. “Boss come and join me,” Karen said immediately after she saw Jayden.
“What are you doing? I thought you’re arrested” Jayden said. “Who dare them arrest the formal chief daughter? Or a retired soldier’s daughter? Tell me who dare do that?” Karen asked and burst into laughter.
.”Oh I see,” Jayden said and sat beside her. “Have you eaten lunch?” Karen asked.
“No I haven’t” Jayden replied and breathe out in relief. “Oh did you run down here?” Karen asked.
“I was worried because I know what my mother can do” Jayden replied.
“Your mother is a no match to me, sorry for making you worried, should I tell them to bring food for you?” Karen asked.
“No thanks I’m okay” Jayden replied with a smile. “You will have to join me then,” Karen said and take the spoon closer to his mouth.
“I can’t possibly eat with a mask,” Jayden said. “Remove it,” Karen said and Jayden removed the mask immediately.
“Oh Mr. Jayden, nice having you here,” the chief said.
“Don’t shout his name, have you forgotten his cràzy fans can rush inside this place?” Karen asked. “I am Sorry” the chief replied.
“Open your mouth,” Karen said and Jayden open his mouth immediately and Justin open his mouth in shock.
“Did you like it?” Karen asked. “Yeah, I love it, because you’re the one that gave me,” Jayden said.
“What does that suppose to mean?” Karen asked.
“You’re beautiful,” Jayden said. “Are you flirting with me?” Karen asked. “There’s nothing wrong in flirting with a beautiful girl like you” Jayden replied and Karen kicked his leg.
“Is this how you go around flirting with your workers and fans?” Karen asked.
“No Mr. Jayden isn’t like that, I was even surprised how he’s free with you,” Justin said. “Who’s he?” Karen asked. “My manager” Jayden replied. “Oh I see, I don’t expect her to say the truth,” Karen said.

“I am home,” Sky said with a frown. “Welcome my darling” Mrs. Martin replied with a smile. “Is there no food in this house? I thought she said, she will send our lunch” Sky said angrily.
“She can’t send out lunch, Karen is in the cop custody” Mrs. Martin replied.
“What! Who arrested my sister?” Sky asked angrily. “Her boss’s mother” Mrs. Martin replied.
“What did she do? And which station?” Sky asked. “Well they didn’t tell me what she did, but I guess she deserves to be in the station” Mrs. Martin replied going through s magazine. “Mum what are you talking about? How could you say she deserves it? Is she not your favorite child again?” Sky asked.
“I don’t have a favorite, both of you are my favorite” Mrs. Martin replied. “How can you say, she deserves what she got if she’s one of your favorites?” Sky said.
“Sky I don’t have the strength to talk much, you know my condition” Mrs. Martin replied and Sky rushed out. “what are you running to?” Mrs. Martin asked.
“I am going to release my sister, they can’t lock get up, as a prisoner” Sky replied. “But you don’t have the address,” Mrs. Martin said.
“I don’t need her address, I’ll track her location” Sky replied and Mrs. Martin burst into laughter.
“He failed a little test, I thought he doesn’t love his sister,” Mrs. Martin said with a smile.

Sky parked his bike, at the cop’s garage, he came down from the cab and rushed inside the chief office.
“Where the hèll did you keep my sister?” Sky asked angrily and Karen burst into laughter. “Don’t tell me you’re worried about me?” Karen asked and Sky scoffed loudly.
“Worried about who? You over my dèàd body, I am only concerned about my lunch, why haven’t you send our lunch? Did you want us to dîè of hunger?” Sky asked.
“Your face carried so much fear, you’re afraid to stop pretending,” Karen said and Sky chuckled.
“Stop bringing your hope high, I am not afraid” Karen replied. “Who’s he?” Jayden whispered to Karen. “My kid brother” Karen replied.
“Oh my goodness, I am dieing someone should wake me up, my idol” Sky shouted and hug Jayden himself.
“Hey are you planning to fall him?” Karen asked.
“Yes, I’m very happy to meet him in person” Sky replied.
“Karen, who’s he to you? What’s he doing here with you?” Sky asked with a smile.
“So you can smile?” Karen asked. “Hey stop asking me questions and fûcking answer my question,” Sky said.
. “I’m Karen’s boyfriend,” Jayden said with a smile. “You don’t mean it?” Sky asked with a frown.
